You and other (Poké)sonas live peacefully in a city hidden away from the hyoomans where everything is perfectly arranged & always in order. There's never been any chaos and life goes on with no conflict. Life in Sonatopia is absolutely the best, right? Wrong. The "government" of the forest wants you to think it's alright. You're being brainwashed into believing anything they tell you and if you don't comply, you're punished. There are a few of us here who begin to realize that everything is not what it seems who meet secretly and plan to rebel and make Sonatopia the city it should be. Along the way you will fight & train to protect either side you stand with. You may even make new friends or find love.

History: Caesar was born a Fennekin to a Delphox & an unknown Fairy type. Because of this, he is half Fairy type and will not receive the Psychic typing if he decided to evolve into a Delphox. As long as he can remember, Caesar has had his blue ribbon with him and assumes it's a gift from his parents to remember them by. As a Fennekin, Caesar would wear his ribbon as a bow around his neck and usually managed to get on by his own though one day he was challenged by a powerful Sceptile. Despite the type advantage, Caesar struggled in battle until he evolved into a Braixen and unleashed his new Fire Blast attack. He then wrapped his ribbon around his new wand and was invited to Sonatopia by the Sceptile. Once he arrived, he received his bandana from a friendly Sawk. Years have passed and Caesar is now apart of the Rebels.
Personality: Caesar is very blunt and he's not afraid to speak his mind. He also enjoys causing mischief. He doesn't like to open up to people emotionally though he's an open book. When he does care for someone, he'll express his feelings for them and won't know how to stop.
Types: Fire/Fairy
Moveset: Fire Blast, Moonblast, Double Team, Substitute
Ability: Blaze
Other Details: His ribbon wrapped around his wand amplifies his non-damaging moves. His Moonblast is also drastically stronger at night. He can light the ends of his wand and project them outward similar to Fire Spin though it's much weaker.
