This thread has been around a while now, wish it'd just be approved so that users didn't have to make ban lists :/

Once again, sorry about that. I feel bad for partially being the reason this was created in the first place, which was why I was embarrassed when we were talking about it. But I fully support this suggestion, and I'll think a little more on it to see if there's anything else I can suggest that could benefit it.

I feel incredibly bad whenever I have to tell someone they broke a rule or something in my art shop. (Doesn't happen often, but it does happen.) Mostly because of the embarrassment both parties may go through. Also, I've been told warning/blacklists are considered "naming and shaming"? I find that to be incredibly silly, straight-up, so it's only fair that we should actually have a way to give warnings to people on our own threads if a personal rule (not a site rule) is broken.

Having people coming to my threads causing trouble as well, I would love a way to "ban" them from even posting in them.
Especially in threads like forum games (the art trading games e.g.) it is necessary to ban people that won't listen to rules.

I would love if at least blocked people wouldn't be able to make a post in threads of people that have blocked them.

Full support. Though I think maybe with feeds as well because on one of the giveaways I did a while back there were like 3 peeps who had me blocked, so I couldn't send them the stuff ,which one of them won. So like maybe if they have us blocked they'll get a pop-up before they like or comment. Since it's really annoying when I tend not to block people back. I hope this gets approved and implemented! 💖

also the ability to delete comments in your own thread would be great qwq

imagine someone comes to your thread with spam or something that doesn't sit right with you but not necessarily reportable (even if it is, I'm not sure if it gets deleted or not, unless it's like a curse word or something extremely offensive) then it'd be great to get that nonsense out of your thread. or just to be able to tidy up from time to time if that's what you wanna do

On things like private RPs, fanfictions, and diaries (where it's either only you or you and one or more friends posting in there), there should be a whitelist for posters instead so you don't have to go through and ban every single user except you, whoever you're RPing with if it's a private RP, or the co-author if you and a friend are writing a fanfic together

Support! I've known someone for a while who is really nice, but they got on the banned list on a forum because of their brother. Now, there's practically nobody who talks to them except me.

Definitely support! Plus, there's already an option thing on everyone's posts in the forum so you could just add it to that list of options for easy access for the owner! I don't remember if it was mentioned, but I also feel like there should be an option to unban people if, for example, you change your mind or accidentally hit the button to begin with!
