User accounts on PokéHeroes are not activated manually by our staff. You have to verify your account with an activation link that is sent to your E-Mail adress right after your registration.
Make sure to check your SPAM/Junk-folders, too.

Didn't receive an E-Mail?
Then send a short Mail to [email protected] from the E-Mail adress that you used for signing up. Your account will be activated within 5-15 minutes.
