Don't acknowledge the obvious troll, as they are only seeking for clear attention ( More specifically negative ones ). Just report them and they will be banned soon enough.

Anyways, I still hope for this to get implemented. Esp there being another reason, which is: Times where all mods are asleep and no one is there to stop problematic users roaming in the threads.

I support this, however this button could be abused easily...
