A long time ago, things were good. Peace and harmony ruled and people could go about their business but then came the war that nearly wiped out humanity. In order to maintain the hard-earned peace, 12 boys and 12 girls, called Tributes, are put in an outdoor arena where they remain to compete in a nationally televised event called the Hunger Games. The rules are simple: Keep the audience entertained and stay alive by any means necessary. Every citizen must watch as the youths fight for survival against death until only one remains or a full year has passed.
It is now the year 30XX. Your job is to survive the Games for as long as you can in hopes of escape. But even if you do, can you survive the Horrors within the Capital?
"This year on the 550th annual Hunger Games, as a reminder that the glory of the former victors, all tributes will be chosen from all generations of previous victors. (Meaning every tribute will be picked ONLY is victor was within their bloodline, no age limit.)"

Character's appearance (use an image if desired): Hair a mix of purple, blue and green hues, long and wavy like the sea during sunset. Her eyes are a deep blood red, and under the sunlight, look almost black. She is short, but definitely not lacking in grace and agility.

This ability, however is very draining, so she just sticks to beguiling. Apart from that, she is also able to use the power of persuasion who can manipulate others by using the tone of their voice to affect someone's emotions, making them do whatever she wished

Personality: Tough, quiet, and deceiving. Tayla could lie her way out of anything. "It's all about adding a few half-truths within your lie." Tayla comes off as cold-hearted and intimating; but deep down, she is a kind-hearted person. She is simply too kind. She'll do the ultimate sin of killing someone if it means protecting an innocent person.
Appearance: Tayla is quite tall, standing at about 5'7. She has wavy shoulder-length strawberry blonde hair and light brown eyes. She has a heart-shaped face with tan skin and light freckling on her nose. She has a horizontal scar on her right cheek. Because of her job, she usually wears whatever is suitable to best camouflage within her environment. Whenever it's fitting in with civilians in a busy city or wearing camo in a woodsy area, Tayla doesn't have the luxury to choose her own style.
Backstory: Tayla lived a normal life up until her whole family was murdered. She would later find out it was by her father's mistress, who wanted revenge because her father suddenly broke up with her, which made her lose a large income. She came out of it with only a scar- a gunshot wound that had just grazed her face. She was sent to live with her grandpa who taught her how to defend herself and shoot a gun.
She took interest in the training and would work day and night with her grandpa to be as good as possible. That's when she learned that her grandpa was once a vigilante. He took her under his wing and together, they tracked down her family's killer.
Tayla was a better person then and let their killer live. A mistake, because she tracked them down and killed her grandpa. In a matter of self-defense, Tayla was forced to kill her father's mistress.
Now alone, Tayla struggled to survive on her own. Within her struggles, she saw how dark the world was and vowed to cleanse the world of its evil.
Skills: Tayla is a weapons master. She is pretty decent at knife and ax throwing, but excellent at sharpshooting. She could probably outshoot a sniper by simply using a pistol. She is an incredibly dangerous enemy to face, especially when you cannot see her.
Weaknesses: (1): Tayla is pretty strong for her age. She could hold her own in a fight against an inexperienced fighter. But, if she fights someone with a bit of training, it's all over for her. Tayla is used to overwhelming her opponent from a distance, no need to get her hands dirty. If her opponent can catch her by surprise and get close to her, she'll be done for.
(2): Tayla has an intense fear of water because she almost drowned when she a kid. She avoids any waist deep water.

Was your character picked or volunteered? Volunteered. She has managed to stay completely under the radar in most of her professional life. Starting up was difficult, because she had to physically find people. Either by looking out for trouble on the streets or waiting for illegal activity to be discovered online. She knew when people needed help and tracked them down whenever she was called. Online, she was known as Nemesis. She would track people down by tracking that keyword and patiently wait for it to be used. If someone used Nemesis in a way to call out to her, she would find them.
Back to the story. She approached a young mother who claimed to have a daughter that was sent to the Capitol as an Avox. The mother just wanted her daughter back and heard that Tayla could get things done. Tayla agrees, but will quickly realize that she bit off more than she can chew

The Astral Infection, as described by
the host and user of the ability, is similar to a symbiotic
relationship, as seen with various creatures on earth. The
Infection, though caused by a single sort of single-celled
attacker, has spread across a third of the body of the host. Due to
effects that alter the mind of the host and anything infected, the
host will attempt to flee from something that it cannot beat,
simply due to the virus’ self-preservatory nature. In smaller
organisms deemed ‘less important’ by the virus, they will do
anything they can to defend the host or infected land from foreign
invaders. If the host were to direct a bit of the virus into the
earth or a tree or even another living thing, it would take only a
few minutes for the infection to take effect. In animals, it starts
by altering the instincts and brain, ordering it to defend the
virus at all costs. Then, physical attributes start to change.
Flesh may become a sickly dark purple, and eyes will change to see
only heat and motion. Odd growths may appear across infected flesh,
eventually sprouting into brutally sharp spikes that may be used
for defense against an attacker. Teeth will be replaced by sharper
growths, and the jaw is often altered to bite down more easily or
harder on something. In the land around and in an infection,
everything becomes a twisted version of itself; trees are replaced
by large monoliths of fossilized and infected wood. The grass
becomes purple, speckled with bright blue-and-orange patches of
concentrated pathogen. Stone becomes further mauled, transforming
into a safe haven for the virus to replicate freely. Upon entering
the infected zones, one might feel as though they’re being crawled
upon by thousands of insects. Then, the virus will slowly start to
eat away at the flesh and skin, infected the individual and turning
them against other invaders. The virus first fell from the sky,
attached to a small meteor. The soon-to-be host found it, curious
as to what it was. Due to being in such a small quantity, the virus
was quick to infect the host. However, due to the true ability of
the host, the virus was forced to make do with around a third of
their body. This third ended at the left arm, shoulder, part of the
face and head, and a bit of the torso. Large spikes have erupted
from the host’s shoulder since, and one eye has been changed to the
viruses’ liking. This gives the host an advantage in combat, though
the virus does go into a panic-state when in any battles. The
host’s natural ability was a simple, yet effective, resistance to
nearly everything biological. Common infections stood no chance in
the body, giving the Astral Infection a perfect vessel without
competition. Though, due to the ability, the host was able to
resist the virus for a great amount of time, before the infection
gave in and allowed the host to maintain their body and
mind.

Life’s Clay is an ability that rapidly
adapts the user to the environment around him. In the forest, for
example, he might find his skeletal structure altered from climbing
trees to hide. Or, in a desert, he might find his legs longer and
more powerful, allowing him to sprint across the hot sand. However,
due to being in neither of those areas, he has found himself with a
sickly pale white shade of skin, a metabolism beyond compare, a
large jaw that can never close correctly, eyes that spot everything
easily in the dark, and limbs that reach out many feet past the
normal length. Standing over six feet tall, the user is hunched at
the upper back, his vertebrae poking out like spears, with his ribs
doing the same thing along his sides. Mostly deaf and with enormous
hands and claws, he’s got internal ears and a habit of ripping
large objects apart. Any and all clothes hand loosely and baggy on
his skeletal body, and a white Tragedy mask covers a face he finds
hideous. Regarding his face, he quickly attempts to kill anybody
who has seen it, hoping to keep them from “spreading his secret”
and telling everybody to laugh at him. This is due to a childhood
full of bullying, a single break in his nose at a young age ruining
his life. Though he can speak in ASL, his hands are rarely used for
anything but destruction and mobility, his sorrowful voice speaking
most words in long, eerie sounds. Despite the immense strength and
lethal power, the user is rather dull. Most common logic or sense
is lost on him, leading to him being very aggressive when something
goes over his head.

The Beholder is an ability that grants
a disturbing sense of knowledge about the world around the user,
and is reminiscent of the Beholders in legends; the user’s face has
been mauled and covered with numerous amounts of eyes, each one a
different color in iris. Each eye can move independently of others,
giving many different view points on the world around them. Likely
one of the most disturbing things about the ability is the fact
that the user’s mouth has been covered entirely, and their nose has
vanished, their face forming a flat plain of flesh and skin. Due to
the lack of a sense of smell, the user is left without an important
sense in a world that relies heavily on one, leading to some
confusion in the user when people talk about scents. With a lack of
a mouth, the user is left with two brutal options: Starve, or their
ability; The Beholder grants a terrifying excuse for a mouth, which
is located in the chest of the user. When closed, it appears as any
normal human chest, aside from a few lines that seem to be scars at
first sight. The lines tend to be seen as a cross, making some
question if the user is religious. They are not. When opened,
however, the mouth reveals its secret: Hundreds of large, razor
sharp teeth line the edges of this mouth, which opens at the center
of the sternum and splits four ways. Behind the massive jaws, there
seems to be nothing; an endless black pit, seemingly willing to
absorb anything that enters it. In addition to everything gone
wrong with their body, the user has developed a taste for raw meat,
claiming that it can better satisfy the Beholder, as there “is no
flavor in raw meat.” Due to this craving, the jaws are nearly
constantly lined with blood.

Within Ibaraki's blood dwells a hellish power. Perhaps the most striking thing about the condition is the increased amount of oxygen that can be carried through Ibaraki's veins. With this trait, Ibaraki's muscles are much stronger than average paired with a monsterous amount of stamina though the downside of such physical prowess comes at the cost of increased oxygen intake to simply function. Another perk of this power is the ability to shapeshift. This manifests primarily as the horn like growths atop Ibaraki's head but feats such as changing appearances, genders, and species are doable but require much more energy the greater the change. As the name suggests, because of the immense power that this skill has it is quite painful to live with as the enhanced blood quite literally feels like being burned alive. With great power comes great responsibility and this is natures way of reminding Ibaraki.
