Name: Acri “Quill” Sagitta
Age: 23
Appearance: Medium tall female with dusty brown-blonde hair, wispy bangs and a medium long ponytail. She has dull brown-amber eyes and a skinny, lanky frame with a fair bit of muscle. When in public, she wears things to sort of disguise herself so it’s like you’ll never recognise her when she’s in another outfit. Whether that be a bandana around her mouth, a mask over her eyes or a hood that hangs low over her face. Speaking of hoods, when she’s doing archery, she has a green-brown cloak with a hood tied around her neck in a tough but thin rope. Other than that, she has loose clothing with a belt which has pouches filled with various things to help her in various situations, from healing plaster to pocket knives. Strapped to her back is a large container for arrows and a bow with iron plates on it.
Role: Archer!
Personality: She can imitate most personalities decently when being disguised, however her true personality is calm, rational and tactical. At heart, she’s a cold tactician when on a mission, especially if she’s with someone she has no emotional attachment to. However, if she is with someone she likes, decisions won’t be nearly as clear cut and she’ll worry constantly about seemingly small things. A graze to the knee would be horrifying for her, as it could lead to further injury. For herself however, is nothing at all.
Magic Type: N/A
Other: Acri, or more commonly known as Quill, used to be an assassin who kills criminals in the name of justice. Quill is a name they gave to the person behind the bow which shot arrows at unsurspecting robbers, serial killers or people creating toxic relationships on purpose. She would always land a shot directly in their heart, it’s her trademark. The people of the Kingdom don’t know anything about her, just the name Quill and what she does. They don’t know her gender either, and some even think she’s a myth.

Name: Marigold Sapphirus
Age: 49
Appearance: (Looks a lot younger than she is because of magic to not show her age, like William) Marigold is medium short with long, brown hair with various golden flowers in it and verdant green eyes. She normally wears a large white shirt which has large sleeves (think Shakespearean dress sleeves) and a yellow skirt which hangs to her feet.
Role: Queen
Personality: She’s quite a jolly personality! Mostly seen with a wide smile on her face, her larger than life personality leaks into most of the things she does, ending up with her quietly humming a tune or dancing from place to place.
Magic Type: A type of healing magic! She can take life from living beings and transfer it to other living beings. So for example, she takes the life of a patch of grass and weeds and transfers that to mend a cut. This could also be used to harm a human to grow a plant, something she sometimes does when tending to her private garden, and herself. She very rarely uses this offensively, only if someone or herself gets attacked, which is usually unsurprisingly uncommon.
Other: She cares about the King very much! Everyone in the Kingdom is like her children, even if they’re older than her :)

A villain would be someone from an enemy kingdom that in one way or another wants Bad Things over the people of Aeraya. Before having someone hate our guts though, it's important to actually create the kingdom first. All in all, villain roles will first be available later in the roleplay when the kingdom is more established as a society. Whether we're the actual bad guys or not we'll have to see

Regarding the High Priest role that Tsuko has taken, will the kingdom have any national religion? Or will we create one as we go?

while i myself am not opposed to creating a religion for the nation to have, when I originally saw the role, the image I got was more of a knowledgeable person for the people to turn to for advice and assistance who wasn't affiliated with the crown so that's what I went with.

some might also be uncomfortable with the idea of putting religion into the RP too but then again, we could discuss this as a group over palpad and work something concrete out

Name: Timothy 'Timmy' Blackarm
Age: 18
Appearance: What with his heavily tanned skin and lean, muscular build, Timmy may be seen as a brawler of sorts, evident muscles always standing to attention. His tousled dirty blond hair often turns wild atop his head, being a medium length; longer than a crew-cut, but shorter than a shaggy. It's soft spikes hang over his forehead, waving whenever faced with a breeze. His jaw is strong-set, and his chin often jutted out, fixing a look of pride firmly into his features. His lips are thin and small, often curled into a smile, and his cheeks are a little sunburnt; a result of spending too much time outside in the blazing sunlight. His eyes are thin and slightly slanted, with rather lign eyelashes. The colors surrounding his pupils are quite incredible; a mixture of reds, oranges, browns and yellows, similar to that of fire, though they are flecked with slim lines of grey, which could be comapred to ashes, if his eyes were fire.
For clothing, he is always seen wearing a pear of worn-down leathery dungarees, which clip over his shoulders, and no shirt, showing off his impressive mass of muscle. There is a sealed wound on his right shoulder.

Role: Farmer [farmer's son]
Personality: tbrpd bc I can't be bothered to write it, but to sum him up - cheery, defensive, enjoys teasing people but will never purposefully harm anyone, mentally or physically, unless he believes strongly that they deserve it.
Other: friends with Esmerelda, although some may consider them something other than friends. [King]

Name: Artemis 'Ashe' Arianrhod
Age: 16
Appearance: A fairly lean build, silver hair, brown eyes. He has some but not many freckles on his face. For clothing, he wears a light blue tunic of sorts with leather shoulder pads. Wears leather cloves and light leather armour also, with a long purple scarf
Role: Archer
Personality: Very knightly and aspires one day to join the ranks of the knights, wielding a melee weapon also. Is fairly optimistic and is also idealistic, facing the harsher realities on the world as they come to him. Despite his wanting to fight on the front lines, he wields his bow and arrows with pride. Having no ties to nobility of any sort, he tends to empathise the problems that can befell the commoners and will try to find a solution
Magic Type (to Mage & Mage Apprentice only): N/A
Other: King. He has faith in the Kingdom...he had turned to the High Priest for advice in the past, and had confessed his troubles before. He wields a forged bow of silver

Appearance: A short boy with purple-brown eyes and short, scruffy silver-purple hair, a green and white sooty set of overalls and tall brown boots. He also has black gloves, ones that he should take off if he’s doing anything which isn’t tending to the horses, but he doesn’t. He has a round tan face and many freckles, smears of mud on his face from time to time.
Role: Stable Boy
Personality: Avery is very approachable, a friendly young boy who will happily help without question. He’s also very mature for his age, acting more like a young adult than the awkward pre-teen his age infers him to be. He loves feeling the freedom of the kingdom, and the wind in his face as he rides horses from one end to the kingdom to another.
Magic Type: N/A
Other: He’s an orphan, and lost his parents at a young age. It doesn’t really bother him anymore, as his identity from the kingdom-people has been ‘Orphan Horse Boy’ for as long as he remembers.
