A mystery club? That sounded quite exciting. Dyti wasn't much of a detective, but he could help out... somehow, he was sure. [Read more] |

He'd noticed the other students begin to take off, a few chatting about a 'mystery club' or something of the like. Once again, he turned his attention back to Min with a smile. "May I accompany you to lunch?" [Read more] |

The next classroom intruiged him. He found the little drawings quite amusing, and the story more so. He'd waved hello to the small ball of fluff as it had barreled its babysitters. And though he did find the heat quite bothersome, he'd found a small spot in which there were no flames, and he kept the smoke away with psychic. Through the flames, he'd caught a glimpse of the one that had defeated both him and herself in battle - he believed her name was Min. And though he knew that it was none of his business, he couldn't allow himself to sit by while a fellow student was in turmoil, as she so obviously was, judging by her body language and general expression. So, naturally, he made his way over to her and sat next to her, tip-toeing around the fires. "Are you alright?" He'd asked, turning his head to look at her. [Read more] |

He was revived almost immediately, though, feeling slightly nauseous. He certainly hadn't been expecting that... Well, he supposed that Min hadn't been much of a battler. After hearing the bell, he followed the crowd to art, which, admittedly, wasn't his strongest subject, and took another spare seat, smoothing his skirt down as he did. Hopefully he wouldn't faint again today - it wasn't something he enjoyed doing, which was perhaps why he battled with such ferocity. Well, none of that would help him now. [Read more] |

He'd picked up the item labeled 'X-health' - one of his weaker stats - and his tag. Shortly after putting on said tag, he located Min - only to hear the call for the battle to start. Well, he couldn't attack first; that would be rude of him. So he'd waited, but taken a few steps towards the swamp biome, which should provide plenty of advantage points for him. [Read more] |

Despite his aged appearance, his thoughts were far more childish. Worries of school, for the most part. He and his family were recent to the area, but they were thinking already that they'd spent too long here; he only prayed that school would lighten his mood. The view from his bedroom window was a brick wall. Not interesting, for sure, but perhaps more entertaining than staring at his own bedroom wall. Then again, when is any wall ever different from another? They're all just vertical ways of stalling one's dreams, after all. Despite this, his hopes were high. A new school, an old dream - which certainly wouldn't be held back by any wall. As it turns out, Dyti had been sat there for far longer than he'd assumed, so when Zyco reminded him of school, and that he should've left already, he practically sprinted from his one-story two bedroom house, skirt flowing not so elegantly behind him. Tardiness on his first day would not leave a good impression. [Read more] |

Name: Dyti Balorre Age: 17 Pokemon: Kirlia Gender: Male Appearance: A practically regular kirlia, though his hair may be a little more dishevelled and his eyes are a light, sky blue. He wears a flimsy sting around his left wrist. Personality: Quite a gentleman, Dyti is helpful, friendly and charming. He's not the most intellectual nor physically advanced pokemon, but very few could overpower him in a battle. He's cool-headed and very rarely loses his temper, but will occasionally throw a tantrum when misgendered because of his skirt. Moveset: Future Sight | Teleport | Hypnosis | Dream Eater | Psychic | Heal Pulse [Read more] |

Of course, he'd struggled to remove the lid, but with enough brute force it had broken off, along with a few haggard shards of glass. The red label had said 'Coke', but unfortunately Leo couldn't read English so hadn't a clue what this was. He raised it to his lips, careful to avoid the great spikes of glass, and took a rather large swig. This was a terrible idea. As soon as the too sweet, fizzy liquid reached his tongue it was over the floor and fridge, making quite a mess of the once pristine kitchen. Not only did he spit out the contents but also dropped the bottle, resulting in a kitchen nigh on impossible to traverse. And then, joy of joys, Lin had arrived. Leo had stayed silent as she strolled past, shouting his name and somehow making him jump. He had not eaten, he realised, and though he didn't dislike her cooking the prospect of fish left him staring after her with a sort of craving. Fish, on his home planet, was a holy food, one to be shared by all and cherished by way of consumption. It was supposed to be eaten at least once daily, and he hadn't had any yesterday so was technically breaking his own religion, but what did it matter. This idiotic planet hadn't allowed him any time to find a proper salmon and prepare it as he'd seen his mother do countless times. As Lin was hopefully making something with fish, Leo attempted to tidy the mess he'd made of the kitchen. He started with his hands, which only led to multiple cuts and scars accompanied by a lot of wincing, then found what he presumed was for cleaning and tried using that instead. He removed several fragments of glass but only spread the coke further, yet somehow avoided getting any of the spillage on his clothes. Perhaps water would help- no, now the floor is slippery. A cloth!- cut by the remaining glass. After trying several more pathetic attempts at housework he'd managed to partially clear the mess, but the wreckage was still evident by the brown splats on the floor and fridge, if not the scars covering his hands. Once again hiding from Lin as she passed, Leo hurried downstairs at the mention of sushi. This meal was common at home, served to people of all classes and ages. His home world had people that spent their life researching and creating sushi, sending their masterpieces into the world to be enjoyed by all. So, admittedly, his spouse's weren't quite as good as the seafood at home, but they would suffice. [Read more] |

After staying awake all night, for differentiating timezones could be rather a nuisance to handle, he crept downstairs, careful not to wake the sleeping cloud demon. Glancing at himself in a mirror, he realised that perhaps he should have tried harder to rest. Large, gloomy circles hung under his eyes, and his navy hair was somehow more irregular than normal, hanging in strands over his face and pointing in every direction possible and impossible. He combed it quickly with his hand, then continued to the kitchen and peered into the fridge. In all honesty, Leo hadn't a clue how to effectively use any of these human foods. Nutrition on his home planet was almost entirely sea-food based, and there didn't appear to be any fish amongst the endless towers of food. At least, not any raw fish. What was it the harp-man had said? Something about bird people with food. His eyes still dim with fatigue but glowing with the rising sun, he left the house and stumbled onto the street. It was quiet at this hour; a welcomed reprieve from the crowds of people that would come with the daylight. Unfortunately, while there were no creatures he could also see no bird men. Wonderful. He supposed that he should attempt to find the dragon man instead, then, to ask for directions to the bird men if not to apologise for his outburst yesterday. [Read more] |

At first, the light from inside the house gave the girl a rather disturbing silhouette; pointed ears, odd translucent wings and somewhat mismatched legs. As she opened the door further, though, he began to see rather a lot more of her, and his eyes widened as he did. She wasn't exactly what he was expecting, though he supposed he should be thankful that she wasn't on fire or made of slime. He listened to her talking, shock evident on his face as she announced she'd made him food. Once she had gone upstairs with a smile that she was probably hoping Leo hadn't noticed, he followed her instructions, though it took an unfortunate while for him to find the kitchen. After prodding the omelette a few times - the food on his home planet looked nothing like this - he decided to take a bite, and found that it was rather good for a home-made egg pasty. As he was finishing, the girl arrived again - he'd forgotten her name, though he was sure it began with an 'L' - with some cloud-like axolotl in her hand. Now that she was more illuminated, he could see her easily and absorbed her different colours eyes and hair; her echoed wisps of wings, her tail protruding from her lower back. Unsurprisingly he tensed a little as the cloudy axolotl, whom he assumed was called "Fog", floated around his head, but quickly warmed up to him, though admittedly the staring was quite terrifying. After sitting in a somewhat awkward yet tranquil silence for a while, casting sneaky glances at L.. Lan.. Lana to better understand her - who drank hot chocolate at this time? - the sound of her voice was welcome. The question that was asked, less so, but he didn't want to sound rude so sneakily danced around the question. "Injuring someone," he responded, careful not to add any more detail. "And cooking was never something I needed to worry about, so.. not exactly." He smiled politely. [Read more] |
