“It must be complicated. If you want I won’t ask further about it. Anyways, I don’t think you really do need to push yourself that hard. If you find an efficient method of studying, and put it to good use then you’ll be fine. Even some people who push themselves too much can fail. Trust me, relaxing every once in a while is beneficial. Besides , I don’t think it’s that drastic.” Faith advises. She smiles once more “I knew it. Why though?”

On the other hand, Emily goes to find Rayne

"Maybe all I need is some fresh air." Sterling muttered, heading to the courtyard and transforming to her eagle owl animagus form. This was the first time she transformed in the school. It was one of her holiday highlights, finally becoming an animagus and registering herself, like all good witches do. Maybe if she did have to cast a patronus, she would use her animagus memory as her happy memory.

"I don't have that luxury!" he snapped, then relaxed. "Sorry." He paused. "I guess it's been bothering me, that's all. And I've only ever once cast a patronus, I want to know more."

“That’s fine! And you should really try relaxing, it’s been proven to work. Not say like one whole day off, half a day off, but like maybe short ten min breaks in between. Patronuses are coollllll.” Faith responds, stroking Sparkles who was still around Dimitri, now wrapping gently around him like a scarf.

He was silent, then relented. "Sure, a little break. And how cool could Patronuses be exatly?"

Soleil rubbed the back of her right wrist. It was worse then what she had expected, she couldn't go anywhere in the castle without someone talking about the prophecy. Soleil put her head in her hands. Even in the library, overzealous first years were whispering about it. She closed her eyes for a brief moment, trying to clear her head. The whispers were getting louder and louder, but that might have just been Soleil's imagination. "Gosh darn it." she muttered angrily, shoving her books back into her bag. She would find somewhere else to study. Hopefully a place without loud first years.

Suvansh did not know how tedious the next few days would get for him, with him unnecessarily volunteering to find out everyone with the patronus mentioned in the prophecy. Well, at least the professors were helpful, taking orders suggestions from him, and doing as he asked. He kept Jules updated on everything he was doing, and had him help him with some coordination too. It was, actually, a really massive job, to find out the patronus of EVERY single student at Hogwarts.
"The Patronus is a form of advanced magic which even the most qualified wizards can struggle with. Harry Potter was one of the youngest wizards to cast a corporeal Patronus, having been taught by Professor Lupin at the tender age of 13." Professor Brindlemore, the current Defence Against the Dark Arts professor told to him, when he approached her about arranging for students from every year to have lessons on the Patronus charm. This did not help his hopes, but couldn't give up. Not without trying. What if he got all of the names from elder students already, from the list of patronus' with the school? Surely, when the professor in higher years teach the charm, like it was taught to him, note down the patronus of each student! So, he searched about the lists, and found a few matches. Of course there was him, and Jules. But except them, there were very sketchy matches. For one, multiple people had their patronus as a snake. That could make stuff difficult... And as for the rest, there were no clear matches. At least, not recorded. Many students had failed to procure a corporeal patronus.
So well, nothing could be done, but to arrange for special classes for the younger students, and anyone with no patronus recorded. But as he feared and the professor confirmed, they could not expect anyone from year 1 or 2 to be able to cast a patronus, hence it would be a waste of time to even try.
With schedules made, and everything sorted, with multiple lessons in a single day, taken over by multiple professors, and not just the DADA professor, Suvansh drifted towards the Hufflepuff Common Room. Actually, according to Suvansh's calculations, with the present schedule, they could take up to months to find all the students. And God knows what to do about multiple people having the same patronus. He wanted Professor Mcgonagall to call for extra help in the form of Aurors, from the Ministry of Magic, especially Harry Potter, who he had met a few times already, who frequently visits Hogwarts as a guest lecturer for their DADA classes. But she refused so, not wanting the Ministry to interfere for some reason. It wasn't like she did not trust the Ministry, the Minister of Magic was literally the Hermione Granger, and Harry Potter being the head of the aurors. Something in her voice suggested that she did not want to alert them unnecessarily. As if student safety was a joke...
As he reached the common room, he noticed a familiar face, in the form of Cass, a fellow 7th year Hufflepuff, who he had noticed to be missing in the past days here at Hogwarts. "'Ello! Missed the train, didcha!?" He says, giving her a warm, welcoming smile.

[Everyone please make a post about how your character discovers their patronus, if they do so yet. You can use a classroom setup where one of the Professors, maybe DADA, maybe Charms, or Transfiguration, or literally any of them are holding a special class in a random classroom, explaining to them about patronuses, or they could discover it themselves and inform a professor or not whatever lol smth such. If they already know their patronus, and if it's in the school records too, please mention so in a post!]

Emika combed through the book she was reading. Patronus. The one thing no one could shut up about. It was everything anyone spoke of nowadays... It was getting annoying! There was so many things in magic, yet because of the Hat, everyone was focused on this one thing!! She huffed a breath. Even the first years talked about it, but the youngest to form a corporeal Patronus had been thirteen at the time, and only because Dementors were constantly after him! She couldn't help but smirk a little. Maybe this would be her moment of glory... One of many of course. She had found the memory to use, and had been practicing in private for days. And after a bit of effort, she had done it... She had formed a corporeal Patronus. It was a Runespoor, a magical snake that was notorious for its three heads, each with its own thoughts and ideals. It matched her surprisingly well... Unfortunately, her Patronus hadn't stayed secret for long. A while ago, a group of students, Gryffindor boys much to her ire, thought it would be funny to create a fake Dementor and float it about in the Great Hall, specifically when students walked in to scare them. Emika had been one of those students unfortunate enough to be caught in the prank and, acting on instinct, she had whipped out her wand and called her Patronus forth, which ripped up the fake Dementor with its three heads with ease. When she had calmed down from her sudden adrenaline rush, she glared at the boys who had done the prank. How dare they?! But now, EVERYONE knew about her Patronus... "Oh well," she thought to herself, "it was bound to be discovered one way or another..." Finished with her book, she popped it back in its place on the shelf and left the library.

See, Jules had a different approach. He always kept good relations with his professors but the one he was closest to by far was Professor Flitwick, the charms teacher. Sure it was DADA but everyone had a class with the stout professor at least once. During his weekly lunches with the professor, where once they would pour over the latest academic papers regarding charms or training to cast nonverbal spells while weaving them together with wandless magic, they instead sifted through the student records and put aside possible candidates. Deliberating over theories of patronus and how the animal tended to reflect the owner, even the students from younger years were sorted into whether or not they could conceivably fit the criteria. Even if the stack was small, barely three sheaf tall, the pile of applicable first years still sent a searing bolt of protectiveness through Jules. Even though he doubted any of the younger years could cast such a high level spell much less make it corporeal, hell it took Jules years to even catch a glimpse of the familiar furry muzzle of his own patronus, he still clung onto the silly hope that no one would be involved in such an affair. It wasn't fair to those younger than him to be dragged into such a conflict. If Jules had his way, then he would completely bar anyone who wasn't of legal wizarding age from being considered as candidates, the risks were simply too high for people so young. But alas, that was not the case and he continued to diligently sort through the towers of paper. It had gotten to the point where he and Flitwick had given up on containing the mess within the charms room and had instead re-located to one of the private library study areas, permanently locked unless Flitwick willed it to open

Naturally, Jules also kept Suvansh updated on his end of the investigation. It was interesting to see the results their different methods yielded and made note of the many many students who overlapped in bother their investigations. But this method was simply taking much too long and was ultimately unreliable at best. Professor Flitwick seemed to agree when Jules brought it up and so they instead set their sights on something else, something that both of them specialized in. Charms

Now, making a new charm was difficult. Sure simple charms such as the one the dearly beloved Weasley twins crafted were easy enough to create. But if one were to theoretically charm an object to track down wizards with a certain patronus, that required a lot more creativity and elbow grease. Between both of their busy schedules, duties, and the difficulty of such a task, creating the charm was... slow going to say the least. It was clear that such duties were taking its toll on Jules, the number of times he had dozed off during Arithmancy and Astrology alone exceeding the amount of times he had fallen asleep in class ever, period. The Head Boy clearly was exhausted yet his smile never dimmed nor did his words take on any edge. They were getting closer though. But closer didn't mean that they were there just yet and until they had reached the finish line, Jules continued to labour over the logistics of charm making, willing the origami frog to follow whichever student had a bear patronus

Dimitri's mind was on his patronus ever since the day of the prophecy. He was, of course, working on every assignment under the sun, pushing himself to the utmost limit. But, after his talk with Faith, he did take some time for rest. Sometimes. Dimitiri knew that his patronus was a swan, but other than Faith and the school records, no one else knew. Or so he thought. One day he was passing between classes, head down and shoulders hunched as he weaved his way through the crowd. That's when he felt the leg tripping him and he tumbled to the floor, bag spilling open and ink splattering over his books. He cursed, and looked up, seeing Jennifer's smirking face. "Oops," she said loudly, "Sorry Beetle. Guess even people with one of those special patronuses can be clumsy idiots. Like you with your swan. Think you're special?" "Shut up," he yelled at her, "For once in your life, shut up!"

Returning from her Animagus form, Sterling's curiosity had taken over. Grabbing her Charms book, she flipped to the page on the Patronus charm and did some quick reading. The incantation was Expecto patronus and all she needed to do was focus on a single happy memory, seemed easy enough.

She remembered the moment she was allowed to take care of magical creatures, specifically her Kneazle. For years her parents had kept her away from magical creatures, not being allowed to touch them. But after her first year at Hogwarts, she was allowed to. Focusing on this memory, Sterling shouted the incantation at the almost empty courtyard, watching her Patronus form into a bird she was familiar seeing: an eagle.

"Are you my patronus?" She asked, watching it fly around and land on her hand. "You look a bit like my Animagus form, just a bit- Eagle than owl." Some students who watched her summon her Patronus started whispering, and some even reported it to teachers: a girl in Hufflepuff had an Eagle as her Patronus. Pretty soon it had spread across the school.

Rayne was sitting in the library with her head buried in a book, occasionally taking some notes and picking at some bracelet on her wrist, "I hate my patronus she thought," "Patronuses are the new number one topic how annoying, plus they're a constant reminder of my failure." She thought of an old conversation with her brother Lester. They were in their rooms when Rayne suddenly heard a burst of noise, she rushed to her brother's room and said "Lester quiet down I'm trying to read!" "Oh come on ya bookworm I'm just trying to practice my guitar, besides you are the one who says that practice makes perfect." "Fine just lower the volume to your guitar." She went back to reading as she thought of how he used to babysit her.

Cass had been too preoccupied with sorting through her books and schedule that she hadn't noticed that someone had entered the common room until Suvanish said something. She visibly jumped, turning to give him a surprised look, then relaxes when she realizes who it was. "Ello! Missed the train, didcha?"

Again, an embarrassed flush appears on Cass's face, but she couldn't help but grin in amusement at his words. "I can't believe I missed the train!" Cass groans. "Especially on my final year!" She shakes her head, her smile never leaving her face. "Well, it's not that big of a deal right? I can catch up on my missed assignments. I didn't miss anything too important right?" She couldn't help but say the last part jokingly.

Rayne was muttering a few things while finishing up her notes and packing up her stuff, she grabbed all her books and headed to her next class. "Daybreaker, maybe I'll use the whistle later," she thought hoped Lester was taking good care of Daybreaker she touched the whistle on her necklace. "Daybreaker is probably in good hands after all Lester is a graduated student of Hogwarts," she reassured herself.

A hand stretches out towards Dimitri. “You look like you need help…now let’s see….” Faith waves her wand, and all the books are immediately swept up into a pile, ink free, looking brand new. She turns to Jennifer, smiling. “About you….I’ve arranged it with Professor McGonagall. After a lot of persuasion, she’s agreed to arrange a duelling club. I want you to be my partner. In simple words, I challenge you to a duel. It’s not very nice to nitpick others.”

Emily goes to the Room of Requirement, and practices her patronus casting. A beautiful dragon. Thankfully, no one knew about it yet. She hope no one would come in— no, she made sure no one could come in

"It's not that nice to nitpick others," Jennifer said, mocking her, and laughed. "Beatle is a freak, just like his parents. And it's my job to keep telling him that so he doesn't forget. And I don't care if I have to duel you, anyone who actually likes Dimitri is just as strange as him." Dimtiri got up and snapped, "Jennifer-"

Sterling looked at her patronus, smiling. "Say, can we fly together? Two birds throughout the school, happy as they can be?" she asked the shimmering eagle in front of her. She wasn't sure if her patronus would stay if she transformed, but she wanted to try.

The shimmering eagle nodded, and Sterling smiled, starting to sprint out of the room, arms out and laughing. The eagle patronus flew alongside her
