In what was once North America, the Capitol of Panem maintains its hold on its 13 districts by forcing them each to select a boy and a girl, called Tributes, to compete in a nationally televised event called the Hunger Games. Every citizen must watch as the youths fight to the death until only one remains.

It is now year 30XX. Years after the failed revoltuion of Katniss Everdeen, the Girl on Fire, the Capital now holds a tighter hold on the districts then ever. President Snow still lives, though he's not all human. Humans have mutated in the aftermath of the war and developed strange powers. But even after the failed revoltuion, District 13 threatens to over ride the Capital in secret. Your job is to survive the Games for as long as you can in hopes of escape.

"This year on the 125th anual Hunger Gagmes, as a reminder that soliders were often picked then willing to go, not only will all tributes be doubled, they will also be a vounteer to the chosen tribute. (Meaning every tribute that's reaped will automaticly get to choose who gets to go in their place.)"
