No the only legendary that can be breed with ditto are the ones you get from completing Pokédex

@Bigbearz1991: Yes, the happiness comment holds regardless of the Pokemon.

@NovaX: Yes, in fact that's the way most of the shiny Pokémon are obtained.

So I currently have a spring ampharos and a normal ampharos in the daycare. My question is, will the spring mareep eggs look different/will the scanner inform me of the difference, or do I just need to adopt every single egg they produce and hope.

The scanner will tell you the difference! They won't look different in the daycare ^^

@Ashaiya - You will always get the same Pattern (Pink), if they're from the DayCare. The other patterns can only be obtained through the Safari Zone.

@infernaped - Metagross (and Metang and Beldum) are genderless, so they can only be bred using a Ditto.

@Pheobe zygarde cant be breed you can only get its egg via merging at the gem collector

It's not, there must be an Event Pokemon as one of the parents for there to be potential offspring for an Event.

For example: if you breed 2 Mareep together, then you will have 100% Mareep offspring. There will never be any chance for Spring, Summer, and Autumn offspring unless those would consist of either parent A or B.

Just posting here because it seems a somewhat active/knowledgeable thread.

I have two alakazams in daycare, male and female, both with everstones, and about 25k in the payment slot. They have only made one egg in the past 18-20 hours... is this normal rate? Seems really slow, but since I am not premium or using any flutes etc, maybe this is the usual? Any help is appreciated :)

It could be that that the natures don’t go along that well. I have a male and female Eevee in the daycare and it says that ”The two seem to get along very well.” with only 5k in the daycare, no flutes, or premium they get me a good amount of eggs. Maybe the reason is that they don’t get along well.
