Go to your Item Bag, then Evo. Stones, then Use whichever stone you want and select which Pokémon you want to use it on.

@cheetahsynth :

USE (not give) a "Dusk Stone" item on your Rockruff to evolve it into its Dusk forme.

Level up your Rockruff to Lv.25 (or higher) during daytime (6:00 to 17:59 @Server Time) to evolve it into its Midday forme.

Level up your Rockruff to Lv.25 (or higher) during nighttime (18:00 to 5:59 @Server Time) to evolve it into its Midnight forme.

You can also check out the Town's image since that is in-synced with the Server Time.

Just wondering about the Tall Grass- I have bought all the Egg Radar Chips except Legendary and Starter, but I'm still not able to select some Pokemon that don't fall under either of those categories like Scraggy and Yamask.

Am I missing another way to upgrade the radar to unlock the rest of the Pokemon (that aren't starters or legendaries)?

@cheetahsynth there are just simply no eggs of that pokemon species in the Tall Grass! Tall Grass eggs come from released Daycare eggs so you just have to wait until someone releases them!

@cheetahsynth To be able to find Pokemon in the tall grass, you have to have the radar, respective rarity chip, as well as the egg dex. To have the egg dex of a species, you must have hatched it before. Like OrcaNinetales said, someone must also have released eggs of that species to the tall grass.

I should have the correct chip for the Pokemon I'm looking for and I have the eggdex too. So it must be the latter that there just isn't any eggs for that species in the Tall Grass. Thanks!

@Flame2408 - There are 850.668 possible combinations for the Lottery.

@cheetahsynth - If you have the correct Chip and the Egg Dex, the pokémon will show up in the list. If there's no Eggs, it'll tell you in the list.

What are the little stars by my pokemon's stats about? Some are gold, some are grey, some have only one stat with a star, some have multiple.

It's a very new update and indicates how good your pokemon's IVs are. You can read more about it in the Minor Updates thread.
