As punishment for a failed rebellion many years before, each district must annually choose two tributes, one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen, to fight to the death in the annual Hunger Games, until one victor remains. The event is televised across the Capitol and all districts, who are forced to watch. This year, there’s a little twist. People born with, or possessing supernatural abilities have been chosen. And something tells me…this time, the Games will be a little twisted. But surely it can’t be that bad….right?

District 1:
Members of District 1 were known to produce luxury items such as jewelry. Due to their skill in craftsmanship, the goods that came out of District 1 were used to decorate the Capitol. Those who lived in District 1 were some of the wealthiest citizens of Panem. Tributes from District 1 were known as "Careers" because they trained for years before competing in the Hunger Games.

Located in the Rocky Mountains, District 2 was one of the largest communities in Panem. It was also home to wealthy citizens, resulting in a positive relationship with the Capitol. District 2 was known for its masonry and weapon manufacturing. Tributes are also known as careers.

Power: Infernal Hellfire
Within Ibaraki's blood dwells a hellish power. Perhaps the most striking thing about the condition is the increased amount of oxygen that can be carried through Ibaraki's veins. With this trait, Ibaraki's muscles are much stronger than average paired with a monstrous amount of stamina though the downside of such physical prowess comes at the cost of increased oxygen intake to simply function. Another perk of this power is the ability to shapeshift. This manifests primarily as the horn like growths atop Ibaraki's head but feats such as changing appearances, genders, and species are doable but require much more energy the greater the change. As the name suggests, because of the immense power that this skill has it is quite painful to live with as the enhanced blood quite literally feels like being burned alive. With great power comes great responsibility and this is natures way of reminding Ibaraki.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strength: Physically very powerful, able to get along with most people, stubborn and strong willed, astutely perceptive, has a very innocent face, easily underestimated, small and flexible
Weakness: Body is disproportionately weak compared to capabilities and thus easily breaks, chronic pain haver, impulsive and emotionally driven, difficulties planning for the future, no knowledge on how to fight, trusts too easily, easy to take advantage of
Other: Theoretically if you removed all of Ibaraki's blood then the power would be removed as well but Ibaraki would be dead anyways

Power: Waking Dreamer
Can choose one person who Viorel knows the name and face of and enter their dreams. Viorel doesn't haven't to be asleep for this to work though his victims do have to be, but his physical body is rooted in place and unable to move until he returns. In the world of dreams, he can manipulate how they play out, acting as another actor in the victim's dream. While he can not physically do anything such as kill someone in their dreams, and he is unable to influence any lucid dreams, he can psychologically torture or influence others through his powers. If you wake from a dream with only the vaguest recollections of fragrant violets, that is a sure sign that you have been visited by a wandering uncertainty. Viorel himself does not gain any rest when dream walking.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strength: Charming and very adept with words, charismatic, has a wild imagination and boundless creativity, in depth knowledge on fish; fishing equipment; both in making and catching them, pragmatic who is always well prepared, strong swimmer, willing to play the long game and wait out his opponents with extreme patience
Weakness: Less physically capable than his peers, over-thinker, bad at being honest, only forms connections if they're convenient, despite knowing how to preserve food is bad at actually rationing them, takes things a little too personally, would go out of his way to make things dramatic for showmanship's sake, mildly paranoid

Weaknesses: Not very big. Often reckless and self-sacrificing, rarely considers consequences. Isn't quite in touch with reality despite her determination to be, and drifts in and out of lucidity. Very few survival skills, due to her growing up wealthy rather than struggling to survive within her District.

Power: [Grandmaster] Niwa's power is an odd one, only able to be used on a person once. If he challenges someone to a game in any phrasing which they accept, they will be trapped in a barrier with him, unable to move until they choose something to play. The winner of the Grandmaster's game decides the fate of the loser- and vice versa. If he loses once, Niwa's fate is placed in the hands of his opponent. To counteract this, he keeps the true nature of his game secret and deliberately presents his opponent with only three options for a game. Chess, fencing, and poetry; challenges Niwa will always be unbeaten in.
Strengths: Logical, skilled with a sword, can occasionally be charming and manipulative. Has decent athleticism and is a fast enough runner. Knows how to ingratiate himself with stronger people.
Weaknesses: Very, very insecure. Has a vindicative, bitter side. He's had a fairly easy life for not being from a Career Disrict (his parents having connections in the Capitol) so his survival skills leave something to be desired. Also in possession of a hero complex! Physically, though he's lithe and fast, he's not very tall and more built for running than wielding large weapons or wrestling.

Power: Extreme and quite sensitive hydrokinesis, also has a form of "x-ray vision" that grants him visibility of any kind of water, almost like a sixth sense. This also causes his vision to be "static-y" and blurry due to water vapor in the air, but he can kinda see through walls I guess. An odd downside to this is, due to technically always being active because of his vision, Atmós tends to overexert himself and becomes dehydrated much quicker than the average person.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Atmós is very attentive and can utilize his ability extremely well, he's one hell of a quick thinker as well. He has quite the bubbly and outgoing personality, hardly a pessimist which sure does come in handy for such a depressing scenario. While not all that strong physically, he can still pull his weight and his strength comes from other places.
Due to his fun little "perk", his stamina and endurance is awful if he's out of the water or not chugging a jug every so often. Because of only being able to exert himself while submerged, his physical strength really only shines there. Also, his personality isn't all sunshine and rainbows, he quite often takes his jokes too far and can be pretty insensitive at times. Not only that, he's a bit of a sadist in regards to using his ability on others.

Psycho/Ergokinesis is known as the ability to manipulate energy without direct contact, such as mechanical energy and electrical energy. In theory, one could also manipulate thermal energy (which controls motion and temperature of an object) as well as chemical energy (that a human functions on)
But for the sake of the RP, we’re going to assume that electrical energy and electromagnetic fields are the only harnessable things.

Power: Has skin that can stretch 70 times its normal capacity (basically Luffy) but can't always control it. This normally applies to his arms and legs but can apply to any other way.
He can also create barriers made from energy that he has total control over, he can also absorb some energy from something or someone and put it into the barrier to make it stronger. This will use more energy than just a regular barrier.
Strengths: Has a strong empathy for others and is good at taking care of himself. He is very patient and has a lot of endurance.
Weaknesses: Sometimes he can't read the room and normally has under average common sense. He isn't very fast and is quick to assume things.

"Guys I feel like we're in danger." Sobble gazes at the Electrike with a terrified look. "I think it wants... us..." Sobble starts worrying, the smell of carrion made him shrink back in fear. He looks at the Elektrike, having a quick examine of its body.
"It's body looks like it hasn't been fed properly in a long time. I feel that if I touch it it will just crumble into dust but that wouldn't be a good idea. I suggest we do my favorite strategy... run away while we have a chance." Sobble seems ready to run, already facing the opposite direction and backing away slowly.

The power of siren physiology grants Keiki features of a siren and the ability of siren mimicry.

With the power of their soft, alluring voice, Keiki can temporarily stun/disorientate enemies who are listening to them. Combined with eye contact, and the ability becomes more powerful, often making enemies feel sleepy.

Keiki gains becomes more agile when in contact/submerged in water, and gains increased movement speed and power. Keiki cannot breathe underwater, but they can hold their breath for around ten minutes at a time.

personality
Keiki is a complicated person, at their best, they're a huge people pleaser and often go to extreme lengths to be acknowledged and appreciated. They're also very down to earth and fond of taking care of friends and family. When they get too comfortable, they can become a very loud and obnoxious person not in a malicious way, they don't often realise, but it does make people dislike them easily. They often try to spend more time with people than being alone.
They love to be a comedian, often making jokes at their own expense, anything to get a laugh, really. Keiki's very witty and seems to have a large ego and a lot of self-confidence, when in reality it's the opposite.
Keiki has a habit of flirting with people they meet, regardless of gender, and will stop at nothing to sway them with their poor poetry and bad dancing.

An ability that allows the user to
enter a state of supreme speed and agility, if only for twenty
seconds or so. The ability also lends the user immediate, though
temporary, knowledge of whatever weapon or tool they’re holding,
making for a very lethal opponent when faced in battle. However,
with the lethality of the ability, it comes at a brutal and
dangerous cost: Stamina and energy use of the user is nearly
quadrupled, leading to much faster exhaustion and near-unavoidable
downtime. For example, if the user works up a light sweat with
Gladiator active, then they’ll be soaked with sweat when it wears
off. If they find themselves trembling at the joints with the
ability active, they’ll find their lunch coming up when it wears
off. And if they throw out their lunch with the ability, the chance
they’ll enter an exhaustion-caused coma arises; in games such as
these, where power is dangerous to both oneself and one's enemies,
a coma induced by exhaustion can be lethal. Also dangerous, though,
is knowledge. The ability can, if used with the same weapon or tool
enough, leave permanent knowledge of the uses of the item in the
user's mind, a sort of delayed emergency learning for tense
situations. Though, the ability cannot be used consecutively,
making these bursts of power and learning few, and far
between.
Strengths: Wade is a skilled and efficient inspector and observer, a skill gained from years of working alongside others in District 6 and inspecting the work of those individuals, though quite unofficially; Wade had always been an observant young boy, but he always had the feeling he would be killed if he did so much as touch parts of the products produced by District 6. Nonetheless, he was fascinated by the little pieces that went into the transportation for the Capitol which his own neighbors made. He learned to see as they did, spying the smallest flaws in the largest work, though always being too timid to bring it up... After all, an officially employed inspector would see it further down the line. The skill, though, developed and grew into a keen, terrifying sort of vision that could spy the tiniest flaws in anything; a painting, a building, a railway car, a weapon... The people around him..
As Wade grew, he realized another talent developing. He could find a way to make nearly anyone speak with him, and at least pretend they enjoyed it. He didn't realize, but the real term was charisma. Wade was becoming charismatic. He thought it was strange, how he could strike up a conversation with anyone that caught his eye, but then found it useful. He spoke with the highest ranks he could find among his working fellows, spoke with people with something he wanted... He secured not only excellent friends and powerful associates, but a good job as well, working alongside the neighbors which he'd watching years ago, working tirelessly to create more to move people to and from the Capitol.
Weaknesses: Wade's body is, admittedly, extremely reliant on his unique ability. While there are abilities that enhance a person's physical status, none seemed to influence their mind. Wade's taught him everything, as long as he could get a hand on what he wanted to learn. If he repeated the use of the ability, he could sometimes retain information that Gladiator would teach him. At first, he thought nothing of it, until he first mastered the tools which he worked with. He became unimaginably efficient, true, but he felt something missing... So much reliance on the ability had crippled his ability to learn naturally how any tool was best used. In addition, he had learned to use the ability to grant himself a burst of speed or strength, often both. Though, as he came to find out, that reliance also began to cost him dearly; his body, without the ability, began to grow more voracious, as did his metabolism. To keep up with his ability, he needed to begin eating more, almost doubling his required portions in a few short months after turning 17. His physical body, though strong, was far too lean to be any threat to an unwanted opponent; he wouldn't risk letting it atrophy and leave him merely skin and bones.
The District 6 Gladiator, while being durable, tough, and well capable of running for miles, was admittedly.. Not immensely strong without the use of his ability. He always trained himself to be able to power through exhaustion for the sake of his ability, not caring to think about how vulnerable he was when it wore off and left him exhausted and without any decent form of self-defense, save for the empty lie of a threat of activating it again. Yes, while Wade could run for as long as he liked, he could not find a way to protect himself using brawn; for, due to his shortsightedness, he had no brawn.
Appearance: Wade stands relatively lower than many, at five feet and eight inches precisely, or about 173 centimeters. He wears long, blonde hair in a ponytail that hangs only to the base of his neck, if a few inches further. His eyes bear a soft, green-blue iris, the color seeming to change from blue to green in different levels of light. His shoulders are not wide, but rather average; nothing special, nor is his build. He is thin, with small dips beneath his ribs, where his accelerated metabolism has taken toll. His legs are built to run, with powerful muscles from hip to ankle keeping him steady and upright at all times. Often, he wears a shorter-sleeved garment and tough, rip-resistant trousers.
Other: Wade is terribly proud of his family name; He claims to bear it from an ancient language, and translates it as "Famous Wolf".
