District 1: Full
Members of District 1 were known to produce luxury items such as jewelry. Due to their skill in craftsmanship, the goods that came out of District 1 were used to decorate the Capitol. Those who lived in District 1 were some of the wealthiest citizens of Panem. Tributes from District 1 were known as "Careers" because they trained for years before competing in the Hunger Games.

Located in the Rocky Mountains, District 2 was one of the largest communities in Panem. It was also home to wealthy citizens, resulting in a positive relationship with the Capitol. District 2 was known for its masonry and weapon manufacturing. Tributes are also known as careers.

1. This Roleplay will hopefully be 2 or 3 parts, following the plot of Catching Fire and Mockingjay but with all different characters
2. The characters will be rescued by the rebellion towards the end of the first part of the RP, with some characters being taken to the capitol and some to district 13
3. The Roleplay will start with each character's name being drawn on Reaping Day, and then we will move on to Train interactions and then the capitol

District: 1 (Luxury)
Preferred Weapon of Choice: Knives
Personality: Alora has been nicknamed "Lady of light" because she radiates warmth and light. Alora is the most popular girl in her area, possibly in the entirety of district 1. Alora is known as a skillful fighter who excels at hand to hand. She is fairly friendly but can be overly sarcastic and somewhat pessimistic sometimes. Her mother was a victor many years ago, but not much is known about her family. She has a somewhat odd personality, as she is more clever then your average district 1 tribute, but slightly less conceited about her lineage. She has an extremely likeable personality, but the way she acts depends on who she's with.
Strengths: Excels at hand to hand combat, is good with problem solving and quick thinking. Is very likeable and very good at detecting lies. Has a ton of stamina and is fairly athletic, good at hiding pain
Weaknesses: Not used to hunger, can't do much against long range weapons such as a bow or a trident. Has a lot of secrets

Preferred Weapon of Choice: Her mind
Personality: Rhiannon discovered at a very young age that her piercing eyes see into the shadows. A medium with moderate capabilities, Rhiannon can ask upon the spirits of the lost to guide her decisions. Able to communicate with the dead (to a minimum-moderate degree) and able to lift small objects at will, Rhiannon's mind is her greatest weapon. Her nickname, "Foreseer of the Deep" references the origins of her name. Rhiannon is said to mean a queen with deep power.
Strengths: Due to being able to read into the future to a degree, not much phases or surprises Rhiannon. With enough time and preparation, she can make any situation viable. She is very popular among the capital people for her charm.
Weaknesses: Is very weak, physically. If you manage to catch her off guard or overpower her, she's practically dead.
Other: Rhia would be a delightful ally wouldn't she :)
Name: Samira Ronchesque

District: 2
Preferred Weapon of Choice: Unknown :)
Personality: Samira is the Desert Rose. She is strong, unfeeling, uncaring and powerful. Her delightful accent makes for excellent television, earning her lots of sponsors. Samira has a very intricate and complex mind. She has her own set of issues, of course, but the inner workings of her mind allow few to enter its winding maze. With a sharp tongue and a comeback for everything, the Desert Rose has challenged the arena.
Strengths: She's more of a wildcard, but it is very clear to anyone who sees her that she is physically very capable.
Weaknesses: Again, too much of a wildcard to tell...
Other: anyone who understands these references you are now my best friend

Preferred Weapon of Choice: doesn’t mind any weapon, but seems to do particularly well with haladie blades.
Personality: INTJ The Intellectual | 5w4 The Philosopher
She is confident, analytical, and ambitious in their behavior. Andrea loves to pursue knowledge and tend to be very logically minded. She tends to listen to her strong intuition and loves to see how everything connects together. She is focused on the bigger picture and may overlook small details.
Intellectuals are very logical and rational. She bases her decisions on what makes sense and might have a harder time connecting emotionally.
Andrea is organized and prefer following a plan, loving to set and achieve goals. But above all, she is manipulative. She toys with people’s emotions, their deepest desires, bending them to her will, and her goals. She probably holds more secrets then she should
Strengths: trained assassin style, so amazing with fighting techniques, stealth and defence
Weaknesses: She’s not someone who likes to take the offensive side, and she doesn’t have good aim, so throwable weapons, bows and arrows and the like, well they don’t work well.

Appearance: She’s extremely short for her age, like that of a five year old girl. She has baby blue eyes, blond hair that’s always in pigtails, and basically looks exactly like a doll, ghostly pale and all

Preferred Weapon of Choice: It looks like a toy axe, but it’s not. She likes to cover the blade with poison from animals
Personality: Her sweet facade doesn’t fool anyone, but she can talk so smoothly it’s as if she’s born with the talent to get people to do what she wants. Everyone can tell there’s something off about Lilith, but most just can’t help it. A soft murmur, coaxing here and there, and Lilith gets what she wants. If being honey-tongued isn’t enough, more often than not she loses her temper like a child, and bashes their skull in (in private of course)
Strengths: She has decent knife skills, and can sweet talk anyone into doing anything for her. She can also withstand hunger for long periods of time. Additionally, she’s also a contortionist, which further…creeps people out.
Weaknesses: She literally sucks at being stealthy, and she can be very honest, too honest. She also likes selling people out, so those who know the true her stay far far away. She has friends, but most don’t last long

Hwa is a small 4'7 child with tanned skin and soft brown eyes, bordering on gold if viewed in the right light. No one is really sure how it came about, but Hwa has soft peach hair, unnatural and probably because of the amount of time spent in the sun bleaching the hair in a semi-natural way. Because of a lack of personal grooming, Hwa has a sort of shaggy and unkept skunk hairstyle. As someone with very little money, most of Hwa's clothes are oversized and falling apart at the seams. It gives Hwa deadly sweater paws though. Beware the innocent cuteness

Hwa is someone who strives to live up to a name despite its multi meaning nature . On one hand, Hwa is a gentle flower who is a lover of nature; delicate and fragile. Anything Hwa touches flourishes and many have named Hwa as District 11's flower child. On the other hand, Hwa represents a hope for the new generation that young people may grow up with their innocence intact and carefree. Hwa is a star in that regard, a small but guiding light who pours in hours and hours of work to uplift and empower others. But flowers can wilt and stars can fade; Hwa is no exception. Despite the innocent airs surrounding Hwa, the knowledge of a the harsh reality that comes with living in District 11 has been ingrained at a young age
Strengths:
Has an almost encyclopedic level of knowledge about plants and their various uses. Also very stealthy on account of being small and can fit in very tight spaces. Has surprisingly strong arms for a child but still manages to get others to lower their guard
Weaknesses:
Incredibly weak in battle and fragile. In fact, Hwa is more likely to die than be injured. Has no fighting experience and is too soft-hearted to hurt anyone, much less kill

She is relatively short for her age, only standing at a height of 5', and she isn't the fanciest-looking girl around. Coming from a district that hasn't known much wealth, her clothes have been worn out beyond repair. The only vibrant color one could see on said clothing was the color of blood, most of it dried but small patches seem to be fresh. She wears the bare minimum, her outfit consisting of a plain t-shirt and jeans, with some black boots. Her hair is deep brown and quite wavy, reaching down to the tips of her elbows, but she usually wears it up in a ponytail. Her eyes are seafoam green but seem to have lost their color over the years. Her face is covered in dirt and grime, and her hands seem to have a thick layer of tough skin. She doesn't seem very approachable due to the constant unpleasant expression she has.

She is very introverted and won't talk much unless someone talks to her first. She prefers to be alone, even when that lifestyle has made her life more difficult in the past. She has a very short temper and is relentless when she is angry. She seems to lack a lot of energy most of the time, but that doesn't stop her from completing a goal she has set for herself. The rest is TBRPD because I'm lazy and out of ideas
- Strengths -
As stated before, she will stop at nothing to complete a task set for her, whether it be one from herself or one from someone she trusts. This is a double-edged sword though, since not even death scares her when she wants to do something. She is also very loyal to those she has a relationship with, and she is quite good at reading emotions and thoughts. Since her job in her district was to care for the livestock instead of being a butcher due to her brother's influence, she is good with some aspects of medicine and injury care, as well as foraging. Also, despite her brother's attempts on keeping Aether away from the butchering side of their district, she has had a strange interest in it. She has built up quite a bit of muscle from hauling food and animals around, and whenever she was alone she practiced throwing various blades, being the most proficient in axe throwing.

Her main weakness is having no regard for her own life, as stated before. She also isn't the fastest thinker or runner, despite her strength and the amount of knowledge she has. She is also very... mental, to say the least. Having a strange obsession with murder and death, she doesn't see most humans as actual humans, only the people she trusts are spared from being thought of as toys she can do whatever to. While these thoughts can serve her well in a place where she is forced to kill, they can also blind her from thinking straight and could potentially kill her if someone uses them against her. She would also probably have a hard time making friends, as they could be dead the moment night falls.

Personality:
Jason is the one rich pampered child who does not appreciate his wealth. He was pampered all life, but never appreciated any of it. And while moody to close ones, he's a social butterfly, being really open and friendly to people.
Strengths:
He has been trained to be a career by his parents and is exceptional in hand-to-hand combat, sword fighting, and throwing knives. He has good reflexes in a fight.
Weaknesses:
He loves eating, cannot run very fast and is too kind for his own good.

Name: Riggs Oakfrost
Gender: MALE
Age: 17 Years Old
Appearance: Of average height- he appears to be no powerhouse. But beneath his loose shirts, hides a wonder of muscle. He's stocky and strong despite his height (or lack thereof). He has short, shaggy brown hair and piercing blue eyes set against his dry, pale face. Every shade of yellow and pink under the sun hides behind his paper-thin skin, giving his face a wallow, bloated look. His features are rectangular with rounded edges- a big nose perches like an eagle's on the end of his face. His clothes are the usual shades of brown and red attributed to the workers of his district.
District: 7
Preferred Weapon of Choice: Axes.
Personality: Riggs is a chittery, playful person- always on the edge of hysteria, a keening laugh coming from his throat. He's never serious, always watching people- always preparing for something. He has little in the way of remorse or care- he has his own goals, and while he waits for their time, he'll always be having fun. Games, that's what Riggs likes- even as a child, he would sit in front of the sole, sparky television in the Community Home, mouth dangling open, eyes wide as he watched each bloody moment. A sociopath, they say- can't see the consequences of his actions. And perhaps he can't. But with that childish mentality remains a certainty that everything will work in his favour in the end. Everything in his life; every moment; will at last culminate in him winning the Games and seeing his people. His true people- the ones with fire in their hearts and a longing for blood, not the gutless worms he's been stuck with his whole life.
Personality Type:
Strengths: A strong, stocky build- from countless years of hauling lumber and his own personal training with an axe, he's pure power from waist up. His mentality and lack of remorse may also help him in the games- he'd gladly turn on someone in order to win and feel absolutely nothing. He has some skill with trees in most aspects and can prepare a fire in a flash.
Weaknesses: Frostbite scars mar his hands- one time he was locked out as a child and came back too late. Due to this, he has little dexterity in them, and at times, he'll feel phantom pain. He can grip large weapons effectively enough, but he can't get the hang of smaller ones, such as knives. Appearance: A very short-statured, stout girl with thin limbs and a round, scowlish face. She has albinism with skin as white as snow, and pale, pale blue eyes. Her hair is long and curly and clipped to her shoulders, whiter than her skin. Her height would be around 5'1 or so, and her weight around 115lbs. She wears tailored clothes to the Reaping.

Preferred Weapon of Choice: Fists.
Personality: Majoree is a rather grumpy, insulting person, with little to no charisma and a natural prickliness which drives others away. She doesn't like other people, save for her sister, and perhaps her other siblings who she isn't as close with. Majoree loves admiration like affection, regardless of the cause, and feels discouraged over the simplest things without that. This harsh, rude girl is the opposite of naive, and while not the best in school-terms, is very good at discerning other's motives and reasons for their actions. While this is true, provided that someone gives her a good impression initially, she'll be quite trusting of them, and might make excuses for their crueller actions that don't line up with her image of them in her head. Overall, she's a very prickly, seemingly smug girl... and it'd be quite hard to get close to someone like that, wouldn't you say?
Personality Type:
Strengths: Very few to be mentioned. She's light and fast and more well-fed than most tributes, but not exceptionally.
Weaknesses: Small, weak, has few ideas on how to support herself. She hardly knows how to set a fire or take a blow; much less skip a meal.
Other: Majoree was born to a wealthy family of District 9 alongside three older, and much larger, siblings. Her rough and tumble brothers and sisters were constantly teasing her, and she grew quite defensive of herself and others whom she felt were victimized. When her mother found her step-father, and a new child was on the way, Majoree grew more distant, even from the one sister she was close to. Oftentimes, she went off on her own, getting into fights on occasion; where she'd always walk away far more injured than her opponents. She hates injustice and often her snappish attitude and disdain for those in authority has gotten her in trouble.

Personality: friendly, but a bit moody and brooding.

Knows how to tie knots, and knows whats edible and whats not after binge watching the hunger games series so far every day, while also being put to the test by his father, though he has multiple close calls with death due to the tests.
Weaknesses: doesn’t do well with heat or the sun, he prefers colder climates. Hes super sensitive to the sun basically
Can’t climb trees cus their heavy due to their muscles
Vulnerable to long range combat. (Bows & arrows, throwing knives etc. etc.)
Other: he was trained since childhood to survive the hunger games by his father to bring glory to the family, though that results in multiple scars and close calls to death. However, unbeknownst to him, mars volunteered for tribute out of love, not the desire for glory. You see, mars struck up a friendship with a boy his age named Caine, and the friendship blossomed into something more. (Cus i need a gay boi in the hunger games) on the day of the reaping, Caine was drawn for the games. Fearful for his boyfriends life, he volunteered for tribute, much to the disgruntlement of Caine, who believed he could win the hunger games.

Appearance:
Unkempt purple hair and eyes that are half blind because of overexposure to light. Tanned skin and callused hands, sharp teeth from grinding them on metal scraps. Could pass as a creepypasta
Personality:
ZhuRong is a bit of an oddball. They are more at home with electronics and machinery then they are with other people, hunched over whatever new thing fascinates them the most. They're awkward around people and don't like attention but is willing to work with people as long as they aren't doing any thinking. Head empty, no thoughts this one.
Strengths:
Stealth. Sneaking around is honestly their specialty and their flexibility allows them to crawl through some tighter spaces. They're awfully stubborn, never backing down from a challenge or task and always seeing things through. They are also pretty good at tinkering, crafting whatever they can with scraps and spare materials
Weaknesses:
Even if they know they'll lose a fight, they'll never flee and fight to the death. They're also pretty hotheaded, rushing into action without much forethought, ignorant of wounds and injuries since they've injured so much that they don't really feel them. Socially awkward and visually terrifying so its hard for them to make any allies

Preferred Weapon of Choice: Her trusty harpoon! Her first and most reliable one as well.
Personality: Relaxed, sarcastic. Annoyed easily but hides it well. She's not one to get bored or distracted, it's been hammered into her for years in order for her to fish. She gets flustered when stared at, and doesn't enjoy to much attention unless it's completely positive.
Strengths: Observant, has a quick reaction time. Very accurate shot and can judge distances with efficiency and speed. Pretty good arm strength. She can also hide herself well.
Weaknesses: Not exactly accustomed to spearing humans, since she harpoons stuff like large fish and seals. Obviously she knows vital spots, but she hasn't figured out the right angle and speed and stuff yet. Also has zero close combat skills, her harpoon only has a sharp tip so it's completely useless for slicing and it's too long to stab. She can't run very fast with her harpoon either.
Other: Most of her district prefer to fish with nets, but Petra enjoys taking down the bigger prey with her harpoon. She wasn't planning to enter the games as a Career or anything, but, oh well. Her harpoon skills will at least come in handy. Also just saying, her scar is from when she got grazed by a harpoon many years ago.

Transformable electric spear (electric means it can discharge high voltage shocks while stabbing a person) which can transform into a thick ring.
Personality:
Percy is loyal,friendly and short tempered. He is extremely quick to make friends but takes long to make close ones. He is extremely clever and intelligent, being able to come out of the toughest of situations. He is almost emotionless as he saw his parents being murdered without shedding a single tear over them. He loves tinkering with machines or mechanical things. Completely merciless in a battle.
Strengths:
His intelligence is his greatest attribute, which saves him from some rough situations without even having to fight. His determination to do a job cannot be dimmed at all. He built his electric spear by scrounging for spare parts outside power plants for years since his parents died. His strong legs make him an amazingly fast runner. Hammering has given him a strong arm. He practices against automatons that he makes in his underground lair beneath a manhole, so he has not recieved any proper training yet but can fight well enough to survive. High endurance of electric shock or adverse conditions
Weaknesses:
Percy is very short tempered he can be angered very easily. Once he is in a rage it is very difficult to control him. Even he cannot control himself then. Due to absence of any proper weapon training he loses against highly trained candidates. His desire for revenge cannot be suppressed at any cost until he doesnt kill his enemy/enemies. Percy falls for almost every girl he sees so its difficult for him to kill them when he realizes they are enemy. His determination sometimes costs him because it leads him into traps which he does not even notice due to his eagerness to complete his mission. Low endurance against pain but which he wishes to develop in the future. His loyalty also costs him dearly because he is ready to take a 100 bullets for someone he loves and trusts with his heart.

Personality: He's friendly and energetic, which often makes him look like a fool. Don't be mistaken though. He's quite smart, and won't be tricked easily.
Strengths: He's strong and well-built. He's good at handling a sickle, as he already uses one at home, and he's had plenty of practice. He's also fairly fast and has insane amounts of stamina. He can resist hunger and can identify plants.
Weaknesses: While strong, he is susceptible to poison or repeated attacks.
