“It looks like not all Hadrians are bad after—“ Ron stops, having just been whacked hard on the head by Hermiones. “Forgive him, he’s not the best at words. You’ll be accepted no matter what, You want to help, it’s fine. Background doesn’t matter, as long as you’re good”

A shriek was pulled from his lips as Jules was pulled out from behind Suvansh and he glared at the other without any real heat. "I told you it wasn't like that!" He whined, gently hitting the other with no force behind the blows at all as his face burned with embarrassment. "Professor Flitwick was the one who made the spell, not me." Spellmaking was way above his skill level and while he had indeed figured out the trick to successfully casting the charm, Jules was hesitant to say that he had made it. Sure he had a hand, multiple really, in making it, but the stout Professor had done most of the work.

Hearing Ron, however, Jules was reminded that they had an audience and suddenly felt like taking a wander into the Forbidden Forest and never returning again. Even that would be better to the burning shame that was running through him. With a stuttering cough, he let his work persona trickle to the forefront, a shaky shadow of his regular mask but one that would undoubtedly get work done.

"Ah, putting my lineage aside, let us update you on what we have done so far." He suggested, not looking anyone in the eye. "Suvansh here has been working on identifying students and their patronus as well as keeping up to date on the gossip and rumors. He's been keeping a list but once he realized it would take months to go through it by hand, Professor Flitwick came up with the idea of creating a charm to find someone's already existing patronus. The prototype for such a charm was complete today and is undergoing revisions at this moment. So far we have multiple candidates who we plan to at least keep an eye on, if not speak to in the near future."

Mikey walked out of the common room and stretched his arms, he decided he would go to the forest to look for creatures, but he needed a partner, he decided to go ask Sterling because he thought she seemed friendly, so Mickey walked away to find Sterling.

Suvansh ignored Jules' whining, but asserted "That's right.", his eyes glowering at Ron. Yeah, Suvansh knew the Hadrian family didn't have a good name. And he'd heard Jules being insulted a ton of times here at Hogwarts. But he had expected different from Ron. Ron Weasley, he of all people should be sensitive to family based stereotyping. He had heard enough about the Weasley's being stereotyped, and then about Sirius Black, coming from an all pure-blooded family inclined towards the Dark Lord, and becoming a valueable member of the Order of the Phoenix. What made him not speak up was seeing how Hermione glaring daggers at Ron. Harry on the other hand, seemed like he saw the point in Ron's remark. Suvansh accio'd the list he had prepared from his room, which he had been looking at while Jules attempted his parkour escape. He used the doubling charm, Geminio on it, till he had a list for each of the wizard present. "Maybe you all could each- umm- approach people from the list, while Jules and me along with Professor Flitwick work towards using the charm?" He suggested, nervously to everyone he just handed a list.

The night had been a long one. It was not an easy task for Cassandra to put the younger kid's minds at ease. She spent so much time reassuring the others, that she was beginning to believe her own lies. They were safe here. Some of the finest teachers were here, all had been present at the last battle. They wouldn't let anything bad happen again. With that thought in mind, Cass had no trouble putting away her paranoia aside... At least until morning.

She could be found strolling through the hallways, desperately returning her thoughts back to what had happened the previous day. She was overthinking it, it was nothing but a threat, whoever sent out that message intended to scare them and it had worked, but only momentarily, thanks to the teachers. "Hmph I'm thinking too much" Cass mutters out loud. "That'd be a first" she adds with a chuckle. They had it all under control right? It was her first official day at Hogwarts and she was already stressed out- which was ironic since she had yet to step foot in a single class. She needed to do what she did best, avoid the conflict and relax. There was a free period, maybe she could find Suvanish and Jules and they could all go to Hogsmeade together!

She turns around with a smile, eager to go along with that idea. She only made it two steps before she is reminded that they were involved in this too. A relaxing day would be needed, but she doubt they'd agree to take time off after hearing that message. Suvanish said that he didn't need her help, but was that true? Would it hurt to ask again? But what help could she be anyway? She was practically a few years below them in every way. It was her own doing of course, she was known for skipping classes and passing them seemingly by luck alone. In hindsight, if she knew a dark prophecy would occur in her final year, then she would've taken her classes a little more seriously.

Perhaps she should've been more like her parents- they were both extremely intelligent and talented. Her mother especially, who could also cast spells nonverbally. The stories her mom shared, it was the reason Cass was all too aware how dangerous a talent like that could be... and possibly why she tried to not use it.

"Ugh, I don't have time to psychoanalyze myself" Cass groans. "I may not be as talented as them, but I'm not useless! I can be helpful when I want to be... Now, where are they?" With newfound motivation, Cass finds herself heading back towards the Hufflepuff common room, in search of Suvanish and Jules.

Sterling was resting in her dorm with her Kneazle, drawing her patronus on a piece of paper

Wow. The one spell Rey couldn't master is suddenly such a big deal now. What's up with these patronuses anyway? Slipping away from the Dorms, Rey heard a wave of chattering from the Great Hall. Oh great, what now? Peeking inside the hall, Rey was flabbergasted by the sheer aura of power coming from the people in them. In particularly, there were Hermione granger And Ronald Weasley, 1 a minister of magic, 1 a owner of a joke shop, both exceptionally powerful wizards, having being in the order of the Pheonix, just like Harry Potter. This must be from that damn prophecy. Rey slunked away from the hall, after all, it was none of his business

“We should split. I’ll look for swans, tigers and dragons. Can you guys handle the rest? After all, we’ll be searching one by one” Harry replies, looking highly interested in the prophecy creatures. Ron, Seamus, Neville will group with me. I’ll send Luna and Ginny to help you look with Flitwick and Jules. If you need more help, just let us know.”
Hermione Granger speaks up “If that’s all, I apologize but I really have to go, the rest of the wizarding world needs me.” She smiles, and wishes them the best of luck, and turns on the spot and disappears. “You can apparate on the school grounds now? Oh wait never mind—minister privileges or something like that.” Ron comments. It was obvious that his trait of not being tactful had not completely disappeared yet. But then again, no one was perfect.

"I'm Soleil. Soleil Elinith." she said, dipping her head slightly. "Nice to meet you Dimitri." Soleil shifted the books in her hands. "I get it. Everyone has a lot on their mind at the current moment. Prophecy crap and all." she said. Soleil removed her wand form her pocket and performed a levitation charm on her books. "What house are you in, I don't think I've ever met you before?" she asked, rubbing the back of her now empty hands.

"Yep...I, uh, have a special worry for it." Dimitri rubbed the back of his neck. "Slytherin. Most of the time I'm using my free time working, so I don't show my face often." He hesitated, assuring her, "I'm not one of those Slytherins, if that's what you're thinking about."

Soleil shrugged. "Not sure what you by, 'one of those slytherins' but okay. I'm in Ravenclaw. I spend most of my time in the library or outside." Soleil gestured with her hand as she talked. "I transferred her in my 5th year from Ilvermony. House rivalries don't make a lot of sense to me." she shrugged again. "Yeah I have similar worries about the prophecy." Soleil muttered, peeking inside Dimitri's head to get a glimpse of what he was talking about.

Dimtiri gave a dry chuckle, "House rivalries? Steroytypes? Very common." In his head, he kept muttering and whispering about the prophecy and his patronus, but most of all was a dark cloud of worries, the prophecy just one of them. "So you're from America? Welcome to Hogwarts, I suppose."

"Thanks." Soleil laughed a bit. "It's certainly different here..." she trailed off. Ilvermony didn't have talking hats that told students they were going to die. Maybe Soleil was being too pessimistic. "The rivalry's and stereotypes are sometimes the most confusing parts." she mumured.

"It's something to get used to, that's for sure," Dimitri shrugged. "But you get used to it. If it helps to remember, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are good friends. Slytherin and Gryffindor are always at eachother's throats. Then again, evreyone hates Slytherin with their..reputation."

"That's interesting." Soilei said, raising an eyebrow. "I've found that teamwork works a lot better when you don't hold past grievances against a current generation." she said wisely. She then scowled. "That sounded too old." she muttered. Old but true.

"Hey, what can you do? Parents bring over old grudges, Old traditions, Hogwarts is an ancient place." He nodded. "You're right, I suppose, though I wish more people realized that." Especially her, he thought.

"That's stupid." Soleil commented absently. That was the problem with old buildings. They brought ghosts and grudges, things that long ago should have been forgotten still lived. Secrets and treasures alike were left buried and left to be discovered. Left to be interpreted and used. Soleil shook her head in disapproval. No one was free from the influence of the past. Let alone free to move on.

"That's a fair description," Dimtiri laughed, then caught himself as he started to smile. He hadn't done that in awhile. A memory floated in his head, of a deep male voice telling him, "Laughter makes a weak man. Focus on what is important, you stupid boy." He cringed, sighed, and said, "So, besides the school grudges, what do you think of Hogwarts?"

"Students don't know how to close their minds." Soleil muttered under her breath, thinking of the monster migraine she had gotten on the first day back. "It's okay. Some parts are a little confusing. Like, we didn't have ghosts flying around going through people back at Illvermony. That took a lot of time to get used too." she shivered, recalling the vertigo she had experienced when the Gray Lady had soared through her previously.
