I am in control

Plot
A Legendary Pokémon called Hoopa in its terrifying Unbound form seems to have gone mad with power. Somehow, it's using its rings to take control of Legendary Pokémon, sending them to attack the people of Shirimasne, they all seem to have rings around their necks, which can be assumed to be its source of control. No one is sure where these Legendary Pokémon are coming from, though, as there appear to be too many considering the legends surrounding some of them...The number of Pokémon like say Ho-oh is unreal. The only Pokémon that isn't there...

Hope comes in the form of...Hoopa? This one, a second individual, whose only crime was a few mischievous pranks here and there, is terrified of what its kin has become, but in its current form, is too powerless to stop it. What it needs is help. Help from benevolent trainers to free the legendaries Hoopa has enslaved.

RP POV(Trainers)
It's been a few days since the first incident. People have been moved to underground bunkers to escape the legendary Pokemon. Places have been arranged to sleep, hang out, and train. There are also small Pokemon centers and Hospitals for treating wounds, legendary caused or otherwise. The officials running the bunkers have made a few announcements, mainly being not to go outside without strong Pokémon to defend you, and that if you see a Legendary isolated, attack the ring around its neck. That is Hoopa's source of control. Finally, it has been confirmed that this is the work of Hoopa Unbound. Should you see it, do not engage in battle unless your Pokémon are strong enough, and if they are, try to attack it and bring it down as much as possible. If it looses concentration, it can't control it's puppets. Proceed to attempt to rescue as many legendaries as possible.

The Rescue Organization hasn't yet decided who they consider 'strong enough' yet, though. Anyways, most humans are under agreement that the rescuing is no use. There are simply too many of them, even after the ones they managed to save. It's no use trying to faint them either. They are extremely powerful, and don't seem to be too bothered by injury. They seem to calm down once the rings are removed, however.

You, unlike most others, are hopeful that you can defeat Hoopa. The Officials don't want to let you out on your own though. Maybe you should find others that feel the same way you do? Perhaps they'd let you out together. Something has to be out there, after all.

RP POV(Corrupted Pokémon)

Hoopa seems to be having trouble finding humans to attack, so the force egging you on has relaxed temporarily. Your former morality is returning, and you're finally comin to a slow deeper understanding on what is going on, and what happened to you.

You travel under a ring-filled sky, from them more legendary Pokémon emerge regularly. You decide to take a chance to talk to some of them. Maybe you can take this time to heal yourself of the damage that has slowly covered your body from the force's attacks. For now, you aren't yet aware that it is indeed Hoopa Unbound controlling you, just that it's a powerful force you don't understand, and can't fight.

Riye had been sitting in one of the bunkers making some curry for her team using whatever ingredients she had with her, as Tryp and Eren were training with each other, and the other three Pokémon on her team were either napping or patiently waiting for their food to finish. She had been on her way to participate in a contest, and maybe also some Pokémon battles in case there was a tournament coming up, when everything had started going downhill and the Legendaries began to attack. She wasn't really missing much, as the contest she had signed up for has been postponed or possibly even cancelled due to the attacks, but she did miss going outside for reasons other than to get more berries for her team.

Looking around She wondered if others where like her,”.Scouting around to find others she happily flew trying to get used to the fact that flying was a little difficult. Liz was thinking “ hmm now where could others be” being the scoil butterfly she is was bummed out.

Chaz was limping aimlessly now. He no longer felt the insanity that caused others to fear him for his violence. Chaz wasn't violent. This wasn't right... He wanted to hide. He wanted to rest. More than anything he wanted to find a nice, warm place and just sink into unconsciousness. He needed nothingness right now. He needed time to think. Everything hurt. His body hurt, for the old wounds from a time before his current memory were now aggravated and amplified from his reckless violence, and for the new wounds that had formed because of it. The violence where lost all empathy for the living creatures around him. He was hurting on the inside too. As he looked around, all he saw was destruction. Destruction he had contributed to. All he felt was guilt. And pain

Why am I like this...why is this happening?

His ambles led him to the backside of an old, now abandoned, café. Unable to go on, the Raikou collapsed, wincing as he put a sudden weight on his broken leg. He half closed his eyes, an action that seemed very catlike, as he silently prayed he'd never have to move again.

Please, somebody help me.

Regan was keeping her distance from the officials, as well as other people in general. The tall woman wasn't ever known to be a people-person, only ever really hanging out with her Pokémon. Speaking of which, Riko, her prized Ninetales, was glaring at the officials who refused to let them out, eyes burning, fur brsitling so she looked twice her size, which was already startlingly large. The vulpine creature's claws and fire seemed at the ready to sink into those reckless Legendary Pokémon. Most of all Hoopa. Regan could just feel the golden-furred creature's frustration, as it mirrored her own, but she kept her voice calm as she spoke to her soothingly. "Settle down, dear. You'll get your time to shine. Just wait until they give the word." She gestured to the officials. "They're only trying to keep us safe, after all."

Riko glanced back at her trainer. "Since when do you wait on the word of other humans?" She tilted her head

Yes, those words came from her Pokémon. Received as a vulpix early on in Rea's childhood, the bond between her and Riko had only grown over time. It had gotten to the point where the creature could speak directly to her trainer; with words. Riko was often the translator for the other fire types in Regan's party. It contributed to why she loved the gorgeous beast so much.

Regan grinned slightly at Riko's response. Oh how the Ninetales knew her so well. She sighed before replying. "I don't. But it seems as if we have no other choice right now. I don't necessarily want to take unnecessary risks either, do you?"

The creature's only response was a frustrated huff.

"Jolt! Jolteon!" A voice pitched in, seeming to back up Riko. A Jolteon, who'd been restlessly running around, pranced over to join them. It wasn't Regan's Pokémon, though it had decided to follow the fire enthusiast around. She had found it without its trainer, only an abandoned Pokeball, half buried in the ground, as if it had been dropped, just before the first rings had appeared in the sky. It looked a bit too...cherished to have been intentionally left behind, Regan had observed. A cute little collar around its neck with the name 'Boltz' would tell her that. Regan couldn't resist taking in the poor thing. Hopefully they'd find its trainer soon. She'd ask around, but she wasn't a very talkative person.

Riko let out a little fox smile as the young creature butted his head in. "It seems the kid agrees." She smirked.

"Try telling that to them." Regan retorted affectionately, gesturing to the officials. She couldn't be mad. The two were just too adorable together.

Grian was hiding, underground in an crowded bunker. Every so often he went outside to gather berries from his hidden garden spot but now, they said it was too risky. There were thumps from above sometimes. He wanted to go outside, face the legendaries head on, but no, it wasn't possible. He had just came to this region for a berry competition with a special berry he had grown. Grian didn't even intend on fighting any gyms. "Vuii" Sora whispered. Everyone and everymon was worried. Sighing, he put some berries into Tor and watched him vibrate as he blended them. He passed the juice to Sora, and she drank it as she healed up some more. He patted his hat to make sure that there were still 2 objects there, and lay down. Hoopa had to be stopped

Sitting in a bunker with a Chatot on their head "come on null I won't hurt you I'm not like the others I promise~" Kate coax as they reached her hand out towards them. only for the mon to unhesitantly turn around, harshly kicking a bowl of water left out into their face jetting towards a different part of the room. "Ack!" Kate startledly cry as Chatot squawk "wet! wet!" For a moment before she politely asked, "can you get me a rag buddy," Chatot nod as they flap over gripping a nearby rag Kate flipping the bowl back over in place. "For you! For you!" The bird Pokemon placing into her lap "thank bud" Kate praise, wiping there face off pulling the white messenger bag closer to them shuffling her hand around, pulling out a poké Bean it gently playing into chatot mouth saying "thank you! Thank you!" Before munching joyfully. Kate give them a small smile towards him but it quickly fades as they look over seeing null quietly huddled in a corner, she knows it will be quite a challenge to get this poor mon to trust again but they won't give up...feeling love...more importantly friendship.

Keanu now a large canine Legend able to switch between two from the sword one for unjustified Destruction, Hero one if you can call them that for calming peace being their favorite forum and the one in. Laying on some fresh Rebel Keanu begins shoving there face into the lavender flowers laced into their braid, greatly cherishing finally being able to smell soft smooth aroma enjoying how nice it is. But this doesn't last long as Keanu begin finally scratching at the ring with their back claw, not knowing who what why they have it just knowing this thing hurt with great pain the tightness clamoring around their neck.

Looping through the empty streets, Solulu's paws kicked up dust its blood lust running untamed and unsatisfied. It was searching for something. Someone. That all they knew. Find, search, destroy. Searching for someone to dig its fangs into, to feel life run dry and for satisfactions to pour through their body. Radiant was their form yet there was something undeniably dark about their prowl that kept others away from it. When its search yielded nothing, Solulu let out a frustrated snarl. With purposeful strides, Solulu stalked into the closest empty store, tail lashing as it barrelled into a decrepit cafe. They didn't seem to care about any other possible occupants in the place, content to curl up a corner. Its tongue lathed across the multiple wounds upon its flank, bloody snout nosing into the soft fur.

The underground wasn't the best place to be living in, not for Amaris and not for her pokemon. Her children were used to roaming free, unfettered by space or propriety. But here in the cramped camp they had taken refuge in, Xiang and Cheng had almost exclusively stayed within their pokeballs, the heavy pull of his belt a relief and a guilt. Even small lovable Yuan was getting much to big to be lounging on her master's shoulders, the Dratini reaching almost 5 feet enough to coil around his neck twice and still look like an oversized scarf. And if experience has taught Amaris anything, it would be that Yuan still had a lot more growing to do.

Amaris was a child of the outdoors, someone who reveled in the feeling of dirt between his toes and the wind whipping through her hair. He slept in the open with the stars as her blanket and the earth as his mattress. The rough rock was nothing like the soft bedding of grass and wind that she was used to. At least Meng was by his side, her oversized and floppy ears providing her trainer with some semblance of warmth. Qiong, true to his role as a protector and guardian of their little family, was lent out to small children within the compound, his cloudy feathers pillowing young bodies and keeping them warm.

Speaking of children, Amaris chuckled as a group of them turned the bend, clamoring for him to tell them a story. Their voices echoed throughout the cave system, laughter a treasure during these times. "Amama!" "Tell us a story!" "A story! A story!" "Amama, tell the one about the sky!" "Nooo we heard that yesterday! Tell us the one about the sea!" Amaris could only laugh, beanie dislodged as he threw his head back, his laughter adding to the excited squeals of children.

"Calm down little ones, how about I tell you a new story?" She suggested, brown hair falling free as he tugged the worn knitted fabric off her head. Yuan huffed and slithered onto the floor, sprawling her slender body across the laps of two of the children. Meng smiled as well, letting her master lean on her side as Amaris cleared his throat. "This tale takes place like so many do. A long long time ago the sun, the moon, and the stars lived together very happily. Every day the three of them danced and sang, lighting up the world in wonderous new ways. The sun would shine the brightest while the moon glowed with radiance and the stars glimmered happily, all three of them supporting each other as they lived under the same blue sky..."

Lyric had glided to the ground, then hobbled into an old café they had spotted. The white dragon, not paying attention to the presence of any other occupants, had sat down in the corner, proceeded to clean out some of her floof with her tongue, trying her best not to aggravate any new wounds. For once since this happened, they had begun to feel pain and regret, not just thoughts of destruction and violence. After coughing up a bit of blood, they curled up on the floor, tucking their wing over themselves, their once pristine, white floof now bloodied from battle.

Charlie was half asleep, she always got sleepy when it was dark. Most of her Pokémon seemed discontent with being underground, especially Torterra. Torterra needed light, Torterra needed to photosynthesis? Photosynthe-whatever. Boldore was her only Pokémon content with being underground, for she had caught it underground in a nearby cave. Lopunny was annoyed with the dirt getting on his ears, and so was everyone else. Charlie patted Torterra’s head, “I’m just as tired and bored as you are. But being down here is just for the best. I heard there’s beasts out there waiting to kill us.” Charlie realized what she said may have frightened her Pokémon. “But we’re safe here. Don’t worry.”

Ashe sat down inside the bunker, cleaning a leg wound on her Kadabra. She smiled as the Pokémon practised its moves on the two spoons it was using, a sign that it was battle-ready. Delphi, the Kadabra shimmered in the dark light of the bunker, and memories of when Ashe first caught her, flooded into her mind, making her feel...lost. "Where did it all go wrong, Delphi?" She whispered to the Kadabra. It couldn't respond, obviously, but the Psychic being put a clawed hand around her shoulders, as if to say It's going to be alright. The Trainer tossed back her chocolate curls and fed the Kadabra a Pecha Berry. She sighed heavily and drew her knees closer to her chest, rocking back and forth, thinking of what life would be like, if the chaos Hoopa created didn't exist.

Fourty steps ahead, maybe more. Run little mouse run!

Reverie had long surpassed the stage of running. Now, he was sprinting with all the power that his absurdly long legs could give him. The wind scythed through his ginger hair, cold gusts that roared in his ears. Big jade eyes fixated on the dark shape in front of him, Rie pursued his target with a single-minded determination. Puddles splashed underfoot, droplets kicked up by heavy feet, moisture settling on the hem of flying boots. Besides him flowed shapes, forms of his pokemon, his dear companions. Only three there were now, as opposed to the six he had brought with him. Air came harsh and fast into his lungs, searing his throat. He gulped it in greedily, relishing each cold mouthful. He would much rather be up here, in this very dangerous city, than cramped up in the bastion. Up here, he ran the risk of dying, or worse. But, as the ginger took in one big mouthful after another, as he panted again and again, he was reminded of what real freedom felt like. It was a happy memory. He could feel unfettered, and live a normal life. Down there, Reverie felt like he was going to suffocate. He needed air and space. He needed to run free like a rapidash. He refused to surrender himself to a vision of eternal nightfall. Previously, he believed that he would not yield. Now, he was in flight, fearing the consequences of his recklessness and hoping no more abounded. Running scared for his pokemon's lives was a guilty feeling.

He shouldn't have pushed the confrontation down to the wire. He should've just ran. But of course, he didn't. It was not in Reverie's nature to run.

Thirty steps ahead. It was growing closer.

Reverie's breathing was sharp and fast, but he refused to wither. Having done track as a kid, he was well aware of how to balance speed with breath and body. Each step was coordinated, each stride purposeful. Above him, the heavens glowered with ominous shadows, the voices of his doubt. A short mewl clasped his attention, and he briefly looked down at the alabster bundle of fur he clutched to his breast. Sweet and small, prone to worrying. Reverie's heart clenched with pain, a sour emotion that mingled with his guilt. He had put his children through this. It was his recklessness that got them in trouble. Jowls clenching with determination, he only ran faster, swallowing the distance between him and safety. We're almost there. He promised, looking down at Vivianne's battered form, We're almost there. Soon we'll be safe. She was in pain, and he could feel it. Not just for his own sake, but for those of his pokemon who had been caught by surprise when a legendary pokmeon loomed out of the shadows, fangs aching for a bite. Vivianne wasn't the only one who needed help; Constance had taken the brunt of the attack, and now rested in her pokeball. The sooner he got her to a healer, the better. 'Just like me to never plan ahead...I'm sorry, both of you.'

Twenty steps. So close.

Urgency pressed infuriatingly close to him, like a hound nipping at his heels.

Then, he heard the dull sound of metal beneath his feet and he saw the cave looming up ahead of him. The ginger trainers side heaved as he cried out in relief. His legs felt about as stable as twigs beneath him as he punched in an access code and yanked himself into the waiting darkness. It actually took a minute or two for him to shut the reinforced door. Metal slammed, the sound echoing with a resounding boom and Reverie paused to catch his breath. One breath. Two. Three. His sides ached profusely with exertion.

'I ... need a rest' He groaned out loud before limping off towards the healers quarters.

The sudden noise jolted Ashe back to reality. Her head whipped around, hair flying as she searched for the source of the noise. Delphi emitted a high-pitched squeak in fear. "Shh....its okay Delphi. Its probably another Trainer..." She whispered soothingly to the panicked Kadabra. A Trainer running away from a deadly Legendary.. Ashe thought, scared. She let out a huff of annoyance and got up, brushing dust from her jeans and began to pace up and down, frustrated from the lack of things to do. Delphi returned back to her Pokeball, so now Ashe's company was gone. She picked up the Pokémon's spoons, and threw them with such force, they stuck out of the stone wall. The Trainer's eyes blazed with fury, she hated being stuck down here. But, there was nothing she could do about it, yet.

Kate gently walks null crouching down yet keeping their physical body away from the Pokemon, as to not come across of continuing to continue picking and prodding at them "sorry sorry I won't try again for right now...say how about we go for a little walk around bunker?" She so smoothly ask. Null seems to perk up even giving a short glace ts at Kate, slowly getting up as they let out a small "nnnllll" waiting anxiously tapping their claws on the ground, "Oh oh wait a second buddy! let me get my bag" she suggest as she swing the white messenger bag over their shoulder. Opening the door with a light push Kate begin skiping leisurely out and around as null hastily follow them, though still keeping a clear distance beside them but not too much so they can't be seen Kate dose the same, keeping their distance so it can feel comfortable ease.

Chatot still on there favorite spot of Kate's head hear some joyful cries of childrens pleading for a story around the nearby Bend, the little bird Pokemon love stories giving them new things to mimic about without hesitation, chatot flaps off Kate head squawking "story! story!" As they hastily fly towards the noise of the voice. Kate quickly notice feeling them flapping after head as they tried to grab him, "woah woah woah where did you think you're going buddy!?" Only for the bird to slip out of their hand, as they begin the chase crying "hey come back here!" They order. It doesn't take long for chatot to appear amongst the crowd, gently landing on one of the children's head mimicking "a long long time ago! a long long time ago!" Perfectly, but it doesn't take long for Kate to gallop in also towards the crowd. Grabbing chatot as she place them on their shoulder, "you know better to fly off without my permission!" Giving a small scalding towards the bird Pokemon, before noticing their children in front of her and most importantly Amaris "Oh geez I'm so sorry if I interrupt you guys!" Kate apologize, with flustered tone in there voice obviously embarrassed about this but there was one more with her, being null quietly hiding behind them hoping anyone or everyone doesn't notice their present.

Keanu falls off from the rebel scratching that's a little bit too far to keep balance, but they soon feel a sudden urge to head by the cafe they didn't know why...they just know... something there was worth checking. With a uneven hobble in their step from the constant painful slashing of her claw, Keanu slowly but surely start making their way towards the cafe unsure yet why their body wants to go there.

When Amaris' sweeping tale of the cosmos and how the sun left the moon and stars, only allowed brief visits through the hallowed light of day, the children clamoured for yet another story. When the next story was finished, yet another was demanded. "Amama tells the bestest stories ever." Was the very educated and serious response from the masses when Amaris laughed asking why the children were asking for so many tales. But in the end, she was undeniably weak to the puppy eyes and pleads for stories that surrounded him on all sides.

"Very well, let us begin again as many stories take place. A long long time ago there-"

"A long long time ago! A long long time ago!" Came a screech as a chatot alighted apon one of the children's heads. Excited squeals came from his young wards as pudgy hands reached out for colorful feathers but before the pokemon could be caught by amateur hands, someone else came in apologizing profusely. The chatot was snatched up and scolded and Amaris watched with heavy amusement, Yuan and Meng sharing in that soft glee. Meng however, being the sharp partner pokemon she was, gently nudged her trainor, primping Amaris to speak.

"It's no problem at all. Would you and your companions like to sit down and join us for a story?" She offered, holding out his fingers out to Yuan. The Dratini, already knowing the queues that Amaris had taught her, slid off the laps of the children and curled comfortably around her master's forearm. "After all, the more the merrier."

As the cafe began to fill up, a low growl built up within Solulu's chest. These strangers were encroaching on it's territory, barging in and filing out the store that it had claimed. They staunchly stuck it's nose into their fur and ignored the others though. They were tired and they didn't want to fight. It just wanted to go home.

Home.

Huh.

What an odd thought to have. What was home anyways? If Solulu thought on it, it could vuagely recollect a warm hearth with an ever blazing fire, warm blankets and a sun roof. But where this place was and if it even stood was a mystery. With a huff, Solulu resumed their grooming. It wouldn't do anyone any good to dwell on things that didn't exist or hold any significance anymore

Chaz could hear the noises created by the newcomers that had also decided to stop by his cafe. They all seemed very distant to him, in his half unconscious state in the back end of the store. He didn't really want to engage with them at all. He just wanted to rest. And think, like he was.

He knew something was wrong. This violent nature. This carelessness and the bloodthirsty way his feline form would prowl through streets and alleyways. Through neighborhoods, mercilessly on the hunt for any living soul to attack. He knew this behavior was unlike him, but he didn't know why. He wracked his brain. Empty. Empty. Empty. Stupid empty thoughts. He knew no home, but did now the longing that he had to return to it. He knew no friends, but felt guilty for harming them...there was a blank in his thoughts. Only just now could he comprehend that. This aggressive creature wasn't him.

But who was it?

Regan's affectionate thoughts on her two Pokemon were rudely interrupted by the obnoxious appearance of a distressed human bursting into the facility. He held a snow white feline Pokémon in his arms, and was moaning something about rest as he headed toward the healers' area.

Her mouth twisted into a thoughtful frown. She could assume this poor creature had had a nasty run-in with an angry Pokémon. She couldn't help but feel sympathy for him, and the precious Pokémon he carried in his arms. She wouldn't know what to do if she were caught alone with one of those aggressive beasts. Unconsciously she reached for Riko's soft, warm, golden fur, beginning to stroke it.

Regan had no doubt in the strength of her team, of course. Though mono-fire-typed, Regan had packed a lot of coverage into her fiery team, attempting to cover their weaknesses. She had even managed to get her hands on the Legendary Volcanion, whose Steam Eruption attack was a sight to behold, and definitely a Pokémon she'd send out in an emergency situation, but she'd hate to risk her Pokémon being hurt like that. She had no doubt these monsters would show little to no mercy when attacking, and unlike Yuma, they didn't seem possible to weaken. They just kept fighting through injury...did Hoopa force it out of them, or did they feel a sort of obligation toward the monstrous Mythic? She wondered, once again igniting the old frustration of being locked up down here, even if it was for her own safety.

Glancing after the boy, she made the spontaneous decision to follow him to the healers' quarters. It was a hunch, but she figured if he had managed to survive an attack from the monsters, perhaps he shared her curiosity of them? Besides, she could do with some social interaction...it had been too long since she'd engaged.

Elizabeth deep down didn’t feel in control at all the darkness felt like it creeps up to her at times. She felt careless and uncomfortable in this mew body but trudged to hide the fact that she was scared. Flying over the town she saw another Pokémon hesitation confused her. “ h-hey um where you a human “ she asked Chaz. Elizabeth knew he was probably scared so was she.

Chaz's only response was a grunt. He didn't even open his eyes to look at the Mew hovering above him. He was half-asleep, anyway.

Human?

The word meant absolutely nothing to him, it seemed. Humans, for the past couple of days at least, had only been a target. His mind was an empty blank, just like every other savage legendary pokemon on the prowl right now. It puzzled the Raikou how the thought had even entered the other creature's brain as an idea. No, he wasn't a human. He was a monster.

He didn't even believe the thought himself. As mentioned before, on repeat in his mind, everything was wrong.

He shut his eyes even tighter and turned his scared face away from her, a clear message. "Leave me alone..."

Grian was exhausted after an hour of helping heal people's pokemon. He had fed berries, healed burns, cured poisons, and slapped a snorlax awake, but seeing the smiles on their faces was worth it. Another trainer rushed in with a pokemon in his hands. It had deep gashes and was obviously poisoned, but nothing he couldn't fix. He worked with some berry mixtures and starting healing the pokemon. But he didn't notice someone following the trainer he was helping.
Why do people keep saying I look like a mincinno?

Lediana looked around in confusion. Everything had calmed down a bit, but she was still dazed and confused. What had really happened? She spotted all the other pokemon, but she was shy, and she tried to avoid them as she gingerly curled up to think and rest.
The reason of my existence?
To annoy you.

Or is it the other way around?

Ashe surveyed the Kadabra's spoons with distaste. They were covered in small scratches, but still shone, as if Delphi only evolved yesterday. They brought bad memories back, the spoons, but there was nothing she could do about it. The handle had a small jade gem embedded into it, and no matter how hard Ashe tried, they wouldn't budge. She dropped them on the floor in frustration, and they emitted a low clang as they hit the floor. On of her Pokeballs moved slightly, Delphi popped out of it, glaring at Ashe angrily and picking up the two metal utensils. It disappeared back into the ball, and Ashe heaved another annoyed sigh. She began to walk around the bunker, searching for someone to talk to, to help her lift the uneasiness she carried on her back. She released her Kartana, Lin, who was one of her most powerful Pokemon. The Kartana swayed around, sometimes making noises. "K-k-kartana..." it would say.
