Elizabeth felt really bad for what she did and said. “I-I’m sorry I’ll l-leave you alone “ she said and flew off feeling the guilt overwhelm her. Setting herself on a bench Handel and after setting herself down she huffs. Thinking out loud Eli said “ I wish I could figure out what happened to me and if I’ll stay like this”.

Kate gives a sigh of relief before recognizing the excited squeals of the children just by Chatot alone, it was pretty clear that they would love to see the rest up there Pokemon besides a story wouldn't hurt....or making a new friend there I say?

"well I can't really say no can I? besides, I'm sure these little ones to see my other companions to join!" She joyfully reply slowly sitting down, they begin gently place four more pokeballs down letting them out one by one. First there was girafarig a double color sided giraffe trotting over towards Kate before sitting, leaning their body against her as they wrap their arm around them before giving a curious yet timid, "gira?" towards everyone. Second was deerling a small brown colored deer letting out a small cheerful jump as they noticed everyone, squeezing themselves into a spot giving Amaris contentive look. Third was Buziel a weasel looking Pokemon with a odd golden coat shaking their tails he goes ahead and sits with the children calmly waiting for someone to speak. Fourth was galarian Ponyta a small unicorn with a poofy mane and tail, flicking it before they set themselves gently between the children careful not to bump into any of them.

But they were still one more Kate softly peer behind them to see null laying behind them, hiding gently bumping her shoulder into them "don't worry you can still hide yourself but at least give a little hi" she request. null Pierce his head up as they glare at Kate before slowly reluctantly nodding his head, fine as long if I don't have to come out null thought silently in there head. Slowly a head emerge from Kate's back but this one seems to Clash with the rest of their relatively Basic Pokemon... it was a type null but call null for short, they're small gray eyes seeping into a black void the rest of their face covered in a harsh Mask and collar, he grunt giving everyone and anyone in the crowd they're unsettling Glare not breaking it for a second just....continuing to stare at the "untrusting strangers" in his view what such a odd creature they were.

Keanu finally makes it towards the cafe only to see a crowd for Pokemon with rings around their neck just like her, none of them seem too talkative right now though watching a mew get rudely rejected by a Raikou. Keanu whisper "I think it's a good idea to back away from everyone for now.... we definitely don't want to fight breaking out." they quietly hobble towards the bang up counter of the cafe, resting her head as they look around at the diverse legendary around them.

Amaris laughed heartily as the bunker was starting to get slightly cramped. But as he said, the more the merrier and this was certainly quite merry. "Welcome welcome!" She said joyously, patting the space beside her so that the children to shuffle around, their peals of laughter lightening her heart. "Now that everyone is settled, shall I continue with my story?" Choruses of "Yes, Amama!" rang out and Amaris could only smile contently, leaning on Meng as he began his tale anew.

"A long long time ago, the gods roamed the land." Amaris began, his voice slipping into what he called his storytelling voice. It was smooth, low enough to ease tensions and build anticipation yet it was full of life and intrigue. "Among such gods was a young godling, freshly created and eager. It yearned not for a domain to rule over, its mind filled with one thing only. Mischief. Day in and day out, the trickster sowed the harmless seeds of his chaos, many many gods falling victim to its playful machinations. Spiritual symbols found in odd places far far away from when they were last seen, food spiced to the extremes that even dulled taste buds burst back to life, and hair shaved clean and spotless under the cover of night. What laughter the spirit must have had as the gods grumbled and complained about the newly created menace. Even the Trickster God conceded that the godling was much more crafty though it was a shame that the title of the God of Mischief was already taken for the godling would have made a wonderful deity.

"But one day, the trickster spirit went too far, setting loose upon the mortal world all the Holy Auspicious Animals. You see, dear children, gods kept by their side one companion who they considered to be their soulmate. Their second half who could fight and aid their god in their time of need. Because of their proximity to their patron deity, they were powerful. So much so that any member of their species could not hope to battle them and win for they had slowly but surely absorbed the power of the gods. For such powerful beasts to roam the mortal plane would be a disaster on itself but the pleading cries of the people as the Holy Auspicious Animals lay waste to their lands reached the ears of the gods. The gods corralled with their beasts and with the trickster yet neither headed their calls turning a deaf ear and continued to lay waste to the world. Even the Trickster God could not hope to sway the mind of the Trickster Spirit, both having come to blows many a time for discussion to take place.

"And so the gods turned to the very ones who begged for their assistance. Among the common folk, each god chose a representative. Each god chose a strong and strapping adults to undertake their will, all but the Trickster God who chose a young street rat who the deity had stumbled upon. Upon their chosen champion, a blessing was bestowed upon them. Some with extraordinary strength were set forth while others with the sharpest cunning stayed to plan. But the Champion of Trickery was gifted non of the extraordinary talents of those around her and was instead gifted one single key. The key had an extraordinary shape, one that would surely never fit in any lock. Its teeth were sharp and gnashing as if its fangs would close around the champion's hand at any time, engraved brass bossing depicting a Cottonee of all creatures. And so, whilst the other champions warred against the Holy Auspicious Animals and schemed against their willy foe, the Champion of Trickery instead embarked on her own personal journey. Through the meadows and past the mountains, the young champion chanced upon a forest of doors, leading everywhere and no where at once, blanketed in thick and heavy fog. Engraved into the hollow of each tree was a key hole, inviting the champion to try her hand and to tempt fate. But the girl was not so easily fooled for she had lived on the streets for so many years that survival was of second nature to her. Remembering what the key depicted, the champion wandered into the fog and with each step allowed herself to be swallowed up by the thick mist.

"All hope seemed lost for the girl could not see before her. The trees grew sparse and the fog grew heavy, her hands and feel swallowed up by the forest. Soon all she could see was white, her very body concealed by pillow like clouds of condensation. But when she contemplated turning back once again, her outstretched hand brushed against the rough bark of a tree having stood for centuries; old and gnarled yet supple from the heavy moisture. Yet when the champion searched for the key hole, none could be found. And so the street rat raged and screamed and cried, fists banging against the wood as she yelled at the heavens. For she was human and mortal and fallible, much like anyone else. She was no one special, a simple urchin grabbed off the streets who was wet, hungry, and very very tired. All at once, a twinkling set of laughter rang out and seated upon the old creaking branches the Trickster God and Trickster Spirit smiled upon her, twin grins stretching upon their sly faces. 'Oh champion, what a sorry sight you make! Oh deity, I was right to doubt!' The spirit crackled, yet the god did not despair and only held a mischievous glint in those eyes that held intelligence and wit. As the spirit reveled in its victory, the street rat could only gnash her teeth before lunging upwards. With a furious cry, she shoved the key into the spirits chest, knocking it over onto the dewy ground. The spirit screamed and spat, clawing at the street rat but she refused to let up, wrenching the key into place with a dull click. As the final place was locked in place, the spirit wailed before bursting into light, each sliver sparkling in the fog as it scattered onto the misty ground. As the street rat lay there, chest heaving as she fought for breath, sweat and dew running down the ragged planes of her face, a hand landed on her shoulder.

"'Well done.' Was all the god said, a smile on its face as it gathered up the scattered shards. 'But chaos does not so easily fade from this world. Would you do me the honor of becoming my champion and undertaking such missives?'

'No.' The street rat said staunchly, pushing the key into the god's chest. 'If you truly wish to thank me, give me a home and comfort for the rest of my life. Do not drag mortals into such business for we have no need for heavenly quarrels as such.' The god stood in shock before laughing heartily. Such an agreement was struck between the God of Mischief and the Street Rat. For both had their wishes fulfilled and neither desired to drag anything long past its conclusion. And so the two went their separate ways. They say that the street rat did indeed live a long and fulfilling life, finding companionship and joy in ranching wild cottonee with another woman who had scorned the heavens while the God continued to sow its seeds of trouble wherever it went."

By the time Amaris finished regaling the children of such a grand tale, they were all gasping and on the edges of their seats. Even Yuan had tightened her coils around Amaris' arm, young eyes twinkling with excitement. It wasn't quite one of Amaris' best stories but the joy that he could see on the children face made retelling a less than perfect story worth it. They were entertained and happy and that was all that mattered to her.

Golden paws came up to tug on the tight collar around their neck as Solulu attempted to move it aside to complete their grooming. It proved to be a fruitless endeavor, however, as the glorified collar refused to budge at all. The cafe was growing much to cramped for their tastes anyways as it stood up with a huff. It wanted fresh air and quiet, the exact opposite of what they were getting in this dingy run down establishment. With an impressive leap and a bound, Solulu had slipped out of the door and was prowling the streets once again. Bloodied claws dug into stone and concrete as it hauled themself up onto the roof of the cafe, settling down in contentment. There, no one would bother them up here anymore. A bone rattling purr shook their rib cage as it settled down in a nice secluded corner. The sun danced across matted fur and Solulu felt themself pulled under into a light yet welcome nap.

Kate highly contentedly listens to the very end God, goding, spirit? This boy knows how to make a story and a good one at that!. She immediately joyfully clap "oh boy that was amazing you sure got a knack for this!" Letting out a impressed praise, they weren't the only ones all of Kate's Pokemon in the crowd let out a cry of Glee jumping up and down. Null on the other hand wasn't too into this covering their ears as excited gasp and cries soon fill the room, letting out a small unplease "ttyyyppp" quietly behind Kate

-

Keanu watch Soulul slip out the door, shifting their attention towards chaz laying annoyed on the floor, Gently placing her jaw one of many lavender flowers on their braid gently plucking It off. With a flower in Keanu quietly pads over towards the Raikou, placing their flower next to them "the smoothing aromatic smell always call me down maybe you should give it a shot" they suggest. Not wanting to hinder no more Keanu, leaps over the counter again placing their head back eyes fixated on Chz, wondering if he would take her offer.

A small creature had been lurking around the city streets. Among all the legendaries, the minions would never attack each other, of course. That would be counter-productive. But there was one who was not safe.

Hoopa Unbound could see through the eyes of its puppets. The Mischief monster had grown so powerful it was able to control so many at once, causing this soul to feel unsafe, and scared. Not an emotion it was used to feeling. This little djinn was known as Hoopa. Not the Hoopa that was causing this destruction with its hunger for power, but the lesser kin. This creature, while a troublemaker in itself, never had the ambition or greed to do what its brother was doing now, and thus, was too powerless to stop them. The devilish Mythic hated this feeling of weakness, and found itself wanting to work with humans this time, instead of pranking them.

However, the humans were being rather impossible at the moment. All the Shirimasne residents seemed to be in hiding. A wise decision, but it did make Hoopa's job a tad more difficult. For both individuals, actually.

It flew stealthily among the streets, avoiding the gaze of the soulless savage Pokémon, and stumbled upon the cafe. It didn't fail to notice the powerful Minions lazing around the building, and managed to zip out of sight before they could spot it.

Unfortunately it didn't quite notice the Solgaleo on top of the building, and shivered as it heard a purr come from the creature. Luckily for it, though, the Solgaleo was taking a nap. It heaved a sigh of relief as it quickly hid in one of the decorative plants.

Strange, it thought. These creatures seemed so relaxed, as opposed to the vicious prowling ones the tiny Hoopa was used to experiencing. Perhaps its kin had loosened its hold? They decided to observe the creatures, staying completely out of sight. If any of them saw it, they would see it. It was a risk, but The curious little djinn wanted to know more, so it waited.

Chaz's scarlet eye slid open slowly, lazily. The pain in his fractured leg had eased now that it had gotten some rest, and his sharp nose caught the tang of lavender. His eye caught the light of an oddly colored Zacian, removing flowers from her head, and offering them to him, before stepping back. The Uncharacteristically grumpy Chaz appreciated her regard for his desire for personal space, and he extended his neck forward to take a closer sniff, before nosing the flowers closer to him. It was nice to just relax for a bit, the fragrant smell of the lavender, calming him a bit.

He lay with his chin on his still-intact front paw, gazing at all the now passive creatures all around him. He knew what they could do, and knew they could all spring into action at a moment's notice, and could he. They all seemed so peaceful now, kind even. He couldn't help but wonder what was happening to them. What went wrong?

How long would this peace last?

The children too burst out in rambunctious applause. "Amama is The Best at telling stories!" "The story about the stars is the best though!" "No, the story about the sea is the best!" "The stars!" "The sea!" "They're all good, stop arguing!" The kids delved into small squabbles but which stories Amaris told the best, the person in question only laughing and settling the children down. There was barely any silence to be found within the bunker, voices from both young and not as young talking over each other.

A firm clap had all those voices stilling for a moment, a light laugh filling in the void in a moment. "Now now, let us all settle down, yes? All of you are getting quite worked up." Gently stroking Yuan's head, the dratini slithered off her perch and booped her snout against Null's. A forked blue tongue flickered out to sooth the area of attack before Yuan retreated back into the safety of the children's laps. "Remember that we have new people and we should be mindful of them too. Speaking of which, what would our guests want to hear next?"

Lediana raised her head. She thought she had saw a strange looking pokemon floating around. It wasn't familiar to her, and her didn't really care about it. But something about the pokemon sparked her interest, and she started to follow it. It seemed to her that it did not want to be seen, but she was silent and swift, so she kept up without being seen...

The mew was happily flying trying not to think about things. Soon getting tired Elizabeth sat on a branch waving her tail around but by then her bow unclipped and soon realizing she had lost it . Elizabeth sighed and left it she couldn’t understand what was so important about it so she left it.

Kate laugh at the two doing there little debacle before interrupted by The clap, as she hears Amaris ask her turn to pick "oh yes how silly of me my name is Kate! so don't worry about calling me guests anymore anyway how about" they replied before abruptly cutting as they watch Yuan slither toward her.

Null feels a small boop against their masks looking over to see a Dratini, flicking their fish like tail in annoyance letting out a lound "Nnnuuullll! At them, as they watch them go back together with the children before immediately getting up. Swinging their head null clamps all away towards one of the very end corners of the bunker, flopping themselves down on the floor.

Kate and their Pokemon watch it all as she pluck herself off the ground "will you excuse me" they apologize, beginning to gently yet slowly walking over towards null crouching herself in front of them, as he begins slapping their claws against the ground a go to intimidate by them of course kate is used to this unaffected. "now now I know that was hard for you and you did a good job lasting as long as you did, don't worry you can stay over here until you're ready!" Kate smile proudly at them as they place a poke bean from her bag, slowly coming back to the group as they sit back down "sorry about that everyone now or was I?" She tries to remember.

-
Keanu slightly smiles as they glanced back at knowing full well that they could flip on a switch and charge it then in a blinded rage, but didn't want to think about that now instead enjoying this time as it last, deciding to at least reveal their name towards the raikou "Keanu" they whisper. But this doesn't last long as they feel it shift in the air but different, like neither anger or Joy but curiosity and fear beginning to skim around with her eyes, even glancing at the decorative plant but still unable to see the source of it.

Exchanging words between the two of them, Riko and Boltz seemed to have come to a decision. They proceeded to run off, heading around the bunker, causing Regan to call after them, startled. Where were they going? "You guys better not be trying to run out! You know that's dangerous!" Though Regan was unsure if they'd even heard her. She attempted to chase after them, flustered.

Riko ran along, Boltz by her side. If her master wasn't going to get out of her comfort zone to recruit some strong trainers to their cause, then she'd have to take matters into her own paws. She glanced at the Jolteon enthusiastically following. She couldn't say she really wanted to take the kid out into danger, but there was no way they were going to find his trainer if Regan sat off to herself.

Riko had been herself more of a solitary creature, mostly when she was a Vulpix, but that had changed as she had first met Regan for and made friends with her team over time. She was not the shy little creature she once was, and had grown into a role model and leader of sorts for the rest of the team, and Boltz as well. She wished Regan could do the same.

After some stumbling around, the duo with their master distantly in tow found themselves a group of children gathered around a storyteller. They exchanged glances briefly, before pushing through the crowd. They saw a trainer with a Type: Null. Perhaps these were the people they were looking for.

Grian , exhausted, headed out of the healers quarters towards the main area. Now that everyone was in the bunker and safe, not much healing was needed. He sat down with Sora in a corner, relaxing. He thought about the future, what might happen after this and came to one thing. Life would never be the same. Nothing would. Interrupting his thoughts , a jolteon rushed by, then a ninetales knocked him down. He was startled, but then noticed them going towards a crowd of people. Grian followed them.

The meal had finished by now, and Riye's team was settling down for right now while Riye herself was making some PokéBlocks for whichever Pokémon are still hungry and may want some. Luci had run off to see if any of the other Pokémon were in the mood to play, which prompted Ari to follow behind and make sure Luci stayed in the bunker and out of trouble. Riye noticed this and called after them, "Stay safe, you two!" she said, to which Ari gave an affirmative bork in response. Though Riye couldn't actually understand what any of her Pokémon were saying, she usually had a basic idea of what they were trying to say, so she gave the Dusk Lycanroc a quick thumbs up and let them head on their way.

The Lycanroc and Luxray have been very close friends ever since they had met while Riye was camping in the woods. Ari was just a Rockruff then, and Riye's team only consisted of her and a rather large egg the trainer obtained that would eventually hatch into Tryp. Well, that was until she found a wild Shinx who seemed to be in a really playful mood at that moment, and being the playful pup she was then, Ari decided to play with it, and was actually the one to convince it to join Riye's team. The two were walking around the bunker until Luci had spotted a Ninetales and a Jolteon, and had stopped in her tracks just to watch them for a minute and see if they wanted to play. Or battle. Or... both?

Riko approached the group of children. It seemed she had chosen well when it came to the spot the ask. Others seemed to be converging to this spot with children. She wasn't sure if any of these Pokémon could communicate directly with their trainers, but perhaps she could get through to them nonetheless. The Ninetales was unsure of the others, but she was as passionate about this thing with Hoopa as her trainer was. Boring as their journey recently had been, it felt like it could be a nice change of pace, albeit a pretty dangerous one. Riko was one for the wild side, however, and would enjoy the thrill of the challenge. She approached those easy enough for her to communicate with, the Pokémon, with the young Jolteon tagalong enthusiastically tailing her. Her message went out to the trainers' Pokemon partners.

"Hey, guys? I have a question for all of you." She glanced back at Regan, now catching up. "What are your thoughts on the whole...Hoopa thing?" Her words would come clearly to the other creatures, though the humans would only hear a hushed 'Nine! Ninetales!', as Riko was used to.

"Well, you know my opinion on it!" Boltz responded energetically. "I wanna know more about it, and save the legendaries! One of the rescues said something about human memories, but he wasn't sure. I wanna know more!" He shuffled his paws impatiently.

"Yes, I know about you, Boltz, I was talking to the others."

"Oh! Sorry! But you guys feel the same, right?" The Jolteon inquired the strangers.

Riko sighed, but looked on expectantly.

Grian finally caught up with the ninetails and jolteon only to see... It trying to talk to all the other pokemon in a huddled group.
He was confused but then Sora started jumping around.

Sora was one of Grian's most brought out pokemon , and was his main. Sora was excited when she saw a jolteon and was happy to meet a new pokemon. She ran around in a circle the calmed down a bit and said "Vuii !!"

(Translation of eevee noise: Another pokemon!!! Wait, you want to know about the hoopa thing? Alright!! It's a bit boring down here in the bunker but before me and my trainer went down here, I caught sight of something in the distance. It was a giant crater with with smoke all around and we couldn't investigate it because of a girantina. Was that helpful!!!)

"It's really no problem. Rather, is your partner okay?" Amaris asked instead, worry creasing his brow. Pushing away from Meng, Amaris clicked her tongue and Yuan sulked, slithering out of the children's laps and into Amaris' waiting arms. "I apologize, Yuan isn't quite used to other pokemon. She's a free spirit and does things at her own pace." He would continue but the arrival of more bodies in the bunker had the children squealing especially at the sight of more pokemon. It was... getting quite cramped in the space and Amaris could only frown. She didn't particularly like interacting with other people, large groups putting him off. There was a reason why she retired to the countryside after her adventure, all that traveling being more than enough attention for a lifetime. Children were fine because, well who could say no to them? The only exception had been.....

Shaking his head, Amaris shrunk back into Meng's comforting body, letting her partner shield him from the attention and increasing gaggle of people. He winced when the loud barking of a Jolteon coupled with what seemed to be conversation between the pokemon sounded so close to the steadily growing group, burrowing closer to Meng. The Lopunny, for her part, was quite understanding, one long ear blanketing her trainer as her paw ran up and down Amaris' arm comfortingly. One of the children seemed to notice this and crawled over, gently pushing Amaris' hat into her arms. "Amama? Are you okay?" The child asked, standing up to sloppily place the beanie over his head.

Amaris could only chuckle, helping the child adjust her hat and gave his savior a soft ruffle on the head. "Yes yes, don't worry about me little one. I'm just a bit tired from all that story telling, that is all." In comforting the child, she completely missed the dirty glare that Meng shot Riko and Sora. Her lips had pulled back in warning, narrowed eyes warning the newcomers to keep the noise down.

Grian caught up with Sora, and saw who whe ran to. There was a group of people focused around a single person telling stories, with another one showing of some pokemon. Was that a type:null back there? He approached them and asked the one in the middle with the dratini." So do you know what exactly happened with the disaster and everything?I was just here and then pokemon came out of nowhere and attacked."

Meng's warning growl was low enough to be swept up in the chatter of the room but Amaris' firm touch was enough to have her backing down. It was heartwarming to see that Amaris' partner was that willing to shield her master from these types of situations when he got too overwhelmed by the world but still social etiquette was something Amaris still held in high regard even after years of living it out in the back mountains. "Apologies, young master. I'm afraid I'm as clueless as you are about the situation. Perhaps even more. I have removed myself from the larger part of the world so can not provide much insight."
