Hello, is it possible to make it, for example, as two people? One person would draw it traditionally, second one would just make it digital? Or just any way to do it with a second person?

There's no way for us to know if one or more users worked on a piece, but we can only hand the prize [in case it wins] over to the user that submitted the entry.

No. It's a drawing contest, sprites are something different ^^'
You can draw an egg and give it that pattern, but adding sprites is not a drawing.

in the image, do there need to be doors built in to accommodate any opening advent doors code stuff yall may do? sorry im very new and am not sure how intricate it gets, but if so should they be spaced in any way or any dimensions on the image? thank you for your time have a lovely day :)

The doors are added as an overlay on the site itself. There shouldn't be any 'doors' on your image.

A signature in one of the corners or a small transparent signature that doesn't take away from the art itself is fine.

A watermark that covers everything, might cause problems.
