Supernatural HG 3
Forum-Index → Roleplay → Supernatural HG 3As the girls went first, Natsume fidget and messed with his sleeves trying to stay calm. As the two girls where led up and it was the boy's turn, Natsume began to seriously worry without once breaking his composed mask. A name was called up and the unfortunate boy stepped to stage. It would be okay, there was only one other name that could be called, the chances of Natsu- "Sakasaki Natsume".
... Huh?
It felt like Natsume's knees were going to buckle as he took a step towards the stage, Peacekeepers grabbing him by the elbows to drag him up to stage. This wasn't happening, right? He was only 12, the entry age for the games. The chances of him actually getting reaped where ridiculously low yet his name was still drawn from the bowl. Trembling, he shot a quick look at the other three tributes from his district. There was a scary looking read head girl who seemed more mad than anything and that simple image gave Natsume the courage needed to stand up bravely himself and face the capital with a hint of defiance in his young eyes

Roxy flinched, from behind her the dismayed cryies of her parents only cromfirmed what she had bearly heard. She went up and not long after Shiloh's name got called and the drama between her and Milo's unwilling parting unfolded. When the Peacekeepers shoved her on stage Roxy gently helped Shiloh back up to her feet, not caring if this made Roxy look weak. "Come on, up you go." Roxy whispered softly.
Eve's eyes widened in alarm as the tears started up. She only had one slip in the bowl! One! The odds were in her favor, but it didn't matter. The child slowly walked up to the stage and stood feeblly hoping someone would voulenteer in her spot, but of course no one did.
There was no one that Kanata wanted to say goodbye to, and the only person who did visit was his childhood friend. "Kanata." His friend greeted, a tiny smile on his face.
"Rogue." Kanata greeted back, bored and wanting everything to just be done and over with.
"Is that any way to greet an old friend?" Was the reply as his friend sad down beside Kanata. "Well, I guess that's fine. You never really liked me anyways. So you finally got reaped into the games."
"And who's fault do you think it was?" Kanata glared at his friend, turning his head away with a huff. "If you hadn't dragged me here, i still would've been reaped and everything would've been okay."
There was awkward laughter but a comfortable silence fell over them. "Don't die, okay?" Kanata's friend asked, taking his chin to make the other boy look him in the eyes.
"Who do you think I am?" Kanata grumbled, closing his eyes when he felt lips press against his forehead. When those lips retreated, something was stuck to his forehead and Kanata snatched the talisman from his head.
"A protection charm, from yours truely." His friend winked and Kanata made a face before pushing him away.
"Gross." He grumbled.

Marshal was visited by his family, after an exchange of hugs and tears they left. He sighed and looked at his suit. It was encrusted with fine gems. His family decorated the suit for him, he hated it. The only reason that they were able to make such an expensive suit was from his power.

Adelaide was not a person given to sentimentalities, for sure, nor was she one for eloquence or expression of her feelings. In fact, her cool mask was impenetratable, yet it gave away everything that one would hope to know about the fae. After following the Peacekeepers into a air-conditioned, grey-walled room, she was more than inclined to just wait in silence. No more crowds. No more screaming. Her hands were folded neatly on her
Peace at last.

"I'm sorry that I ruined the dress" Shiloh tells Milo with a sniff.
"I think your priorities are in the wrong place" Milo tells Shiloh with a chuckle. The two draw apart, but only enough to look each other in the eyes. Both of them are tempted to voice their feelings for each other. Shiloh refuses to do so. It's selfish... if she dies, then Milo will be even more heartbroken. Milo opens and closes his mouth. "Here" he takes a feather out of his pocket. It is tied onto a bobby-pin which he slips into her hair. "I'll always be with you Shiloh. When you miss me, then you have this as a reminder" he strokes the feather and cups her face. This was his chance to tell her how he felt, but fear got the best of him yet again. "Stay safe Shiloh. Come back to me" Milo says instead. He glances up sharply when he hears footsteps. Shiloh is roughly dragged away from Milo, who watches her go with a sad look. "I love you!" He calls out desperately. But he doesn't get to see her reaction. His words lift Shiloh's spirits up, a small smile appears on her face. It quickly disappears as she is hauled onto the train.
Roxy bid heart wrenching goodbyes to her family and her cat Snowbell, now she just had to wait.
Aurora bid goodbye to her sister and mother, finally she was alone and watched out teh widow as she waited to be taken to the train
He stood alone in a bland room for some time, rather enjoying the peace. His family didn't come, and nobody else realized who exactly he was. "Just a well dressed mystery. That's what you're supposed to stand as, boy." His mother. He hated her. He paced around the room a few times, then simply stood at the door waiting to be let out. Tapping on the door, he asked, to nothing in particular, "Are you really going to keep me in here for an hour? Nobody's coming to visit me!" His voice was smooth, like silk as a sound. He liked it that way. It let him talk people into something they wouldn't usually do. He smiled, behind his mask, thinking about the poor man he'd convinced to open the door. It was only a broken arm, Derek. He was fine.
Chakti sat in the room for a while, occasionally hearing a sound and looking up. The only person that came to visit was an old friend of his. They had come to ask if he'd be alright, and how soon he planned on coming back. Chakti had smiled, hugging the little boy. "I'll be back soon, don't worry." The boy was like a little brother to him, and he couldn't bear the thought of the poor little man without Chakti to help him out through the troubles of life.
Roxy glanced around at all the fancy items scattered around the train.
Eve held tightly to her plush, at this point it was the only thing she could take with her that gave the child a small form of comfort.
(Every can now interact with each other (peacefully) have fun.)

Kanata hated this. He wanted to just soak in the water and not care. Ah, it was so dry in the train it felt like he was going to shrivel up and dry up if he didn't find any water to soak in soon. Stumbling through the carts, he finally found the bathroom and threw open the door, immediately locating a suitable tub to soak in and began filling the procaline bowl with water. It was taking too long for his liking through so Kanata used his powers to flood the tub before jumping in, clothes and all, with a happy sigh.

Eve sat on a chair and cuddled the plush as she watched the crystals on the chanddeliers lightly clink against eachother.
Aurora's eyes flicked to a TV that had been left on by someone, at the moment it was showing a girl killing another tribute. Aurora quickly turned it off, she didn't want to think aobut killing her tributes already.
Derek was right at home in the luxurious passenger cars. He brushed himself off, then stood off to the side, never even glancing at the food or drink. It seemed he had no interest in removing his mask. He glanced around warily at the other tributes. He didn't seem like he was going to go straight up and talk to somebody either. He was scoping people out first, he was waiting for them to come talk to him.
Chakti sat down and immediately started to dig in to a dish. He grabbed a drink and chugged it, then began to eat again. He caught a few odd glances, but they didn't know he hadn't eaten at all that day. He glanced around again, then spotted a statue. Then it moved. He almost choked, then realized it was a person. They were wearing very clean, very fancy white tuxedo, and a light grey mask. The red knife stained on the temple was a little disturbing. "Food first, socialization second."

Derek listened to quite a few things, then started to wander. He stopped, hearing an especially interesting conversation. "-just shared his feelings with me.. Only for me to be sentenced to death." He stated to approach Shiloh, his eyes holding a shocking amount of sorrow for her. He stayed a respectful distance away, waiting for her to give him permission to approach and join the conversation.
