Commotion out in the courtyard had Revé sighing and smoothing down their clothes. Well, back to work, they supposed, walking down the halls to the fountain. The scene before them drew another sigh and they stayed back. This was not a fight a servant should get into, but their hands hovered over the threads of fate, ready to bend them to their advantage if something dreadful were to happen.

This way my queen! *Drake grab Faith hand along with other guards grabbing the kids running toward the castle were it was safe there* Sound the alarm! *Drake shouted as one of the guards started to swing the bell notifying that the castle has been breach* Come were taking you to your chambers along with your kids *Drake and the guards holding the kids and he the queen rush toward her chambers*

Josh and Robin brawl it out. Josh's powers being rendered useless against Robin's. Maeve doesn't really know what to do. She wants to help, but that could mean getting attacked, and she doesn't want to potentially anger Josh, who could use his power to destroy her life. He isn't nearly as powerful as the royal family, but he still posed to be a threat over her. Luckily for her, Cole steps in. He copies Robin's power and throws himself into the fight. He shoves Robin away, but only enough that she'll stumble. He then grabs Josh and shoves him to the ground. "Enough! You two are acting like children!" Cole scolds. "You both have reputations to uphold!" He turns to Maeve, who looks startled to be under his gaze. "It was nice seeing you Maeve" he tells her before he walks to his house.

Faith though a bit confused extended a hand to take the flower when one lunged towards her with a knife. Faith jerked her hand back as a bolt of water shot past her and hit its target. The others lunged to her too attack and Faith pulled back holding her kids back as the gaurds suddenly lept into action, weapons raised ready to fight, the citizens were screaming in fear and ducking into houses.

Stop! Fiath wanted to cry out but her words were jammed in her throat as Drake led her and the kids back to to her chambers. Her kids were reasonbly shaken and Faith tryied to console them, watching as Drake and a small handful of gaurds stood by the chamber doors.

*The leader of the group looked towards Drake and Faith and took a deep breath in. Fire began to surge from her hands. She breathed out and began to fire it towards them.*

*Maddy took the water she had left and charged the leader. However upon seeing the fire she unleashed, Maddy took the water from the fountain and created a ice wall to stop the fire from hitting Faith, Drake and the kids. She readied more water to fight the leader with* Stand down and I might go easy on you! *The leader smirked and looked at her* Fall back. Mirage, some cover. *One of the figures nodded and began to wave their hands around. Maddy looked up and saw a wave or arrows flying towards them. She used the water available to her to create a icy shield but saw nothing hit it. She let the shield melt and no longer saw arrows. She turned and didn't see the attackers either* What just happened?

Sending a message to the servants to take refuge, Revé fingered the main string that hung limply from their pinky. This wasn't ideal at all, as a lowly servant there wasn't much they could do. Keeping the other staff safe was easy enough but Revé was always a fae of motion, never doing well to just sit around and wait. Thus they retreated to their room, bending around fate to their whim. Damage was contained to the fountain area, never straying out of the bubble of chaos that Revé had determined, any civilians kept safe from the strife. It took a little more effort and twisting, but Revé also managed to bend fate so that luck was simply not on the enemies side. The manipulation of the strings of fate only lasted for short busts at a time, hardly enough to notice to any normal person, but it served to give the royal family a slight advantage

Faith heard the fighting outside and shut her eyes as the childhood trama surged back, but for the sake of her children she fought it and held them close to her. Who are these people? Why are they here? What do they want?

*Drake fought some of the mysterious figures enter the halls, he grab his sword and started to slash down the foes left and right until he reach the courtyard were he saw Maddy and what looks like the leader fighting in duel of elements Maddy was using water very skillfully at that using the fountain to her advantage and the leader was using fire techniques against her who ever the leader was he knows how to master power of fire. He then saw Revé watching the fight he ran toward him to protect him and make sure he was safe* Revé you alright!

During the attacks, the door to Revé's room had been blown open but the servant kicked out the intruder before any of their threads could be damaged. Their face was matted in sweat as they harshly yanked on the threads again, blocking one of the attacks from escaping the fountain square. "Ah, Sir Drake. Good day, would you like to stop and rest for a moment?" Revé panted out, bracing their arms on their knees for a quick breather. "I am quite capable of defending myself and all the other staff members are hidden away so there is no need to worry about any staff casualties." their tone was level and formal despite the gravity of the situation, maintaining the polite image of the head servant.

Perfect the queens and her daughters are safe in the queen chambers with two guards the others are facing these mysterious figures, what can you tell me about them? *Drake ask curiously as he puts his sword away in its sheathed. He then saw started to look at the fight with Maddy and the leader ready if he needed to jump to action* I also came to see if you need help but I guess you really are fine

"Thank you for your consideration, Sir Drake, but these old bones still have some use in them." Revé jested lightly as they dusted off their rumpled uniform. "I can't say much, I was locked in my room conducting fate into our favor so I don't have any valuable information. Talk to one of the guards by the fountain square though, and you will most likely find the answers you seek."

Good keep working with the strings fate I'll follow the lead! *He was about to go to the destination that Revé told but then he turn around with a smile under the helmet* If you see my string... dont touch it, my fate belongs to someone else and take care *he ran to the fountain square while helping other guards with whatever remnants there were in the castle* Alright boys and girls let's do a clean house!

Revé wasn't sure how to tell the quickly disappearing back of the knight that the strings of fate didn't exactly work like that but settle for just waving goodbye. "Kids are always so energetic these days." they chuckled, brushing their hand on the web of red behind them. For now, all they could do is help from the background. After that is a servants job, to assist their master without any complaints.

*Drake made it the to the fountain square while fighting some of the intruders his way there, he dint knew if the rest of the guards were doing taking care of the intruders he only that the queen and her kin are safe same for men and women protecting the castle. He started to look around for the guard Reve was talking about around the fountain square* Where are you?

The last of the intruders finally lseft, leavin mos to teh people behind wounded. When one of the gaurds came back and gave Faith the all clear she got up and rubbed her children's backs soothingly. For their safety they were told to stay inside until they could confrim that none of the attackers reamined, which Faith agreed to.

Cole and Josh sit inside lazily listening to the radio inside of Cole's house. Robin had given Josh a black eye, so he has a piece of raw meat sitting on the side of his face to help with the swelling.

Robin decided to end the training early. The girl's are in Robin's house making cookies for Maeve's family bakery.

"Why do you two hate eachother again?" Cole and Maeve ask their friend.
"Family rivalry... You wouldn't understand" both Josh and Robin reply. Their words hitting Cole and Maeve in different ways. Cole simply scoffs and rolls his eyes, while a hurt expression crosses over Maeve's face
"I didn't mean it like that!" Robin replies quickly. Maeve's family wasn't as rich as Robin's, not nearly as well known either. "It's just, it's like one of those movie cliché things. His dad thinks that my dad stole something from him. Which is why we have a lot of money" Robin shakes her head. "It's not true by the way. But you know Josh... I have to put him in his place or he'll go wild" she explains.

Eventually the guards returned giving the okay that Faith and her family wasn't in any danger.

*Time skip to that night*

A party for the royals was gathering in the main hall, and as much as Faith would've loved to invite the whole kingdom, some of Faith's advisors frowned upon it. Faith was wearing a gold crown on her head decorared in gems and styled with the sun, moon and stars. Her gown was a long silver thing with gold accents and matching kitten heels. Faith was painly forced to smile and welcome the royals, some much more arregant then what she could handle, but if they wanted a show, then that's what Faith would give them. Though thankfully most of them were kind and modest.

Starfire and Aura were weaving through the dancing people, trying to find and consume as much sugar as a twelver year-old can consume on a night like this. Charlie was with her mother in a smaller throne next to Faith's larger one. Charlie had a small tiarra on her head and a small pastel mint colored gown.

Cole and Josh both walk in wearing simple black tuxes. Josh's has a star patch while Cole's has small sparkles that somehow still make the tux look masculine. It looks like a solar system design. Robin strolls in wearing a silver and black gown. She wears a moon pendant on her forehead to signal her afflicted kingdom. All three of their families were still on a business trip, so they were instructed to go alone. Josh and Robin almost immediately sit their sighs on eachother, as if they were ready to fight right here inside the castle.
"How's your eye?" Robin asks with a smirk.
"Enough" Cole grumbles as grabs Josh's forearm and steers him towards the drinks. It was stupid, but would hopefully distract the boy.
"Can't believe they allowed this trash to come here" Josh grumbles as he reaches for a drink at random.
"Yup" Cole agrees, only he is half listening. He grabs a glass of champagne, already dreading the night ahead of babysitting the two.

Starfire and Aura were both wearing modest kid dresses, Starfire's was orange and red while Aura's was pink and blue, small silver tiarras rested on their heads as they ran past the small group, constantly running back and forth between people to get ot their mother and chatted excitedly about whatever was on their tiny minds. Faith would smile and pat their heads and the two girls would run back to the sweets.

Guards were dotted around the party to keep from fighting, and just to keep inturders or anyone who wasn't supsode to be there out. The ballroom had many small twinkling star like lights dotted around the room the floor had a murel of a sun and moon etched under them with clouds in gold, silver, and white respectivly. It was like dancing on the night sky, almost.
