He sighed and closed his eyes, hoping she didn’t say that. Karma came for him already, he didn’t need any more punishment... “Yeah... yeah I know...” he said sadly. “Look... I was selfish I guess...” he muttered as he raised his head. ‘But that’s not the most important thing right now...’ He wanted to say, but knew it wasn’t the time. There was something in the woods and it wasn’t good...

*Maddy looked at him in a furious manner* Why? Why did you say no? You are a beast of the forest, you know it better than anyone and yet you were afraid of what some people who have never been in the forest would do to you.

Luke smiles at this. He says to Gwen, “Well, let me know if I can help in any way.” and then walks off. “See you around.” he then said. He now knows that he doesn’t need to grab his sword to fight anything. He goes off into the forest and after a while goes up in a tree and starts to whistle. He was a little bit in the forest, but far enough to where nobody could hear him.

Barry sees that the conversation is over. He starts to get up from behind the barrel slowly, trying to make sure Gwen doesn’t notice him. He then accidentally steps on a stick, which made a loud snap noise, then he froze and looked at Gwen, hoping she didn’t notice. He didn’t need someone who was high up investigating him for being by her.

Gwen stiffens when she hears the twig snap. She slowly reaches out for her sword, which is laying on the table. She unsheathes it and walks outside, she quickly lowers it when she realizes that the person is obviously not a threat. She turns her head, giving the small boy a curious look. "Can I help you?" Gwen asks

When Tani checked in on Blossom and Emi she found them sleeping soundly in their beds, next to where Tani had slept there was a good sized slice of blackcap pie with a note next to it.

Left this here for you incase you get hungry. If you want the rest of the pie go ahead and take it, I've made a second for ourselves. You're always welcome to drop in whenever.

Barry looks at Gwen. He says to her, “Uh, n-n-no th-thanks.” he said, getting really nervous. He hasn’t really talked to that many people before. He starts slowly walking away from Gwen, not wanting to have to actually do something with another person or have to be captured by the law.

"Whoa whoa" Gwen tosses the sword inside and holds up her hands. "I'm not going to hurt you" she glances up at the sky, just now noticing how dark it was outside. She turns to the boy, a concerned look on her face. "You really shouldn't be hanging by people's houses" she scolds. "Especially at this time of night. You need to go home and get some sleep kid"

Barry suddenly starts running from Gwen. “I’m in big trouble now.” he said to himself. He goes into a store with statues in it and he pretends to be one, hoping nobody noticed even though it was very obvious that he was not a statue and Gwen probably saw him rush in.

*Tani smiled and grabbed the piece of pie. She brought it with her to her home where she immediately sat down to eat it upon returning. While eating the pie, she heard movement outside but wrote it off as merely just the cityguard doing their nightly rounds. But that was until something flew through her window and landed right in her pie. She looked at it and realized immediately it was an arrow.... with a message on it. She picked up the little message and read it aloud* "And we shall smith the wicked by casting them into the firey pit" *Tani suddenly began to smell something. Something that made her cough. She looked towards her rooms door and saw smoke coming out from the bottom of it* Fire... FIRE!!

*Tani ran to the door to get outside her house but it wouldn't open. She then tried getting out through the windows but they wouldn't budge either. They had been boarded over, with only a small crack to let the arrow through. Tani looked through the hole and screamed* Help me!!! Somebody!! Please!! Hel- *Tani began to cough and she looked away from the hole. She looked back out the hole and saw three masked figures, hand in hand just watching the house go up in flames. There, Tani noticed something about the one in the middle. The fires light illuminated their face and Tani saw a silver eye, causing her to scream.* Benton!! Benton please!! Let me out!! *The three figures turned away and scattered. Tani began to cough more until collapsing onto the floor*

*From the distance, Maddy saw a faint, orange light coming from the city. At first, she just thought it was just someone walking through town with a torch. But then the light began to glow brighter and smoke began to flow from its source. A realization hit Maddy* Fire.... Tani! *Maddy began to run towards the city*

Luke heard the screams from the forest. He sees the fire at Tani’s house. He then yells, “FIRE!” trying to wake the entire kingdom. He grabs his sword after running to his house and he starts slicing at the wood on the door. “I’M COMING TANI! JUST HOLD ON!” He continues to break down the door, trying to save Tani before it was too late. Whoever did this would pay for what they did...

Barry sees the fire and immediately rushes out of the store. He didn’t know what to do. He just sits down and starts crying. He was too weak. To afraid of everything.

Gwen raises an eyebrow at the boy. She shakes her head and sighs. She really shouldn't leave him alone at this time of night. Especially since it's highly likely that the Cloaks have returned. She walks towards the building, she pretends to not be able to see Barry. "I wonder were he is hiding" she says outloud. She pauses in front of him. "Hey kid!" She shouts out. "If you can hear me, I just want you to know that you don't have any reason to fear me. You aren't in trouble or anything" she lower her voice, since Barry is standing right in front of her. "Now where did he go?" Gwen says outloud, dramatically looking around. Her amused smile disappears when she spots the flames. "Kid..go home" Gwen tells Barry before she races towards Tani's house.

Blossom groggily woke smelling smoke. Had she left the stove on? No, it was much worse. Tani's house was on fire! Blossom ran out and tryied to lift the heavy board from the door but it was too heavy. She started shouting, trying to get someone to help. "SOMEONE HELP!" Blossom started banging on the door. "Tani! Can you hear me?"

Gwen passes by the front door, she notices Blossom there, so she races forward to investigate. She tries to help Blossom tear off the boards. It doesn't work of course. "D*mn, I should've had my sword with me" Gwen growls. She runs around the side of the house until she finds a window. "Blossom can you help me find a rock?" Gwen asks quickly. She looks around desperately for a rock to throw at the window.

Barry just watches in pure horror as the house is on fire and others try to help. He was useless. He is now on his knees with his head on the dusty ground and continues to silently cry. He bangs his fist on the ground, which didn’t do anything but hurt himself.

Luke sees Blossom and Gwen. “I can’t seem to break the wood with my sword. Does anybody have an axe?” he asked as he puts the blade of the sword in the ground. He hopes somebody does. He was going to kill the people who had done this. He sees a rock and tosses is to Gwen. “Heads up!”

Horror started to rise when she couldnt find one, she chose the alternatve and removed her shoe and smashed the window with it. "If it gets ruined I dont care, I didn't like it anyway." Blossom insisted when Gwen looked at her. "We need to get Tani out here asap before she dies of asphyxiation."

Luke is not that shocked at what happened, considering Tani’s life was at stake. He wonders what he should do. He was starting to panic. He kept repeating, “What should we do.” To himself. He didn’t have any great ideas. He starts trying to think.

Blossom started using her other shoe to remove the glass from the window to hopefully avoid the smaller shards and avoid getting cut. She turned to Gwen. "Can you get in there if I give you a boost up?"

*Two guards stood at the gate talking to one another. The first guard seemed to be making a joke* So I say to the guy, "Man, what god? The only people I worship are the teenagers controlling us on a futuristic play system *The second guard just looked at him* Lou, that has got to be the worst joke I've ever heard. Worse than your joke about how Rat leaders and lizards with crowns *Maddy ran past the two and the two of them watched her until realizing she wasn't suppose to be there* Hey stop! You can't be here *Maddy didnt stopp running, so the 2 guards chased after her, one of which miraculously caught up to her and tackled her to the ground. Maddy began to struggle* Let me go! My girlfriend is in- *The other guard hit Maddy over the head with his sword and began to shackle her.* You are under arrest for treason and treasury against the city of Telmar *The second guard looked up at the Lou* You mean trespassing? *Lou nodded* Oh ya, and that! *The two of them picked Maddy up and began to bring her to the city's jail*

Luke goes over to where Blossom and Gwen are. He starts pacing, noticing that they broke the glass. Smart. He wondered if Gwen could fit. If she didn’t, then maybe he could. She probably could fit though. His first priority was Tani, then the people who set the fire.

Barry runs away and bumps into the guards and falls over on his back, since he was way smaller than they were. He says, “Oww, that hurt.” and starts to get up. The guards however were probably still standing.

With both Blossom's shoe and Luke's rock hitting the window, it easily cracks. "Yes" Gwen answer, she allows Blossom to boost her up. "You may have to be prepared to potentially do CPR" Gwen tells Blossom. She grabs the collar of her shirt and covers her nose with it. She blinks back tears from the smoke stinging her eyes. She moves quickly, she keeps her right hand on the wall as she works her way towards the front door- where she thinks Tani still is. "I'm coming! Tani where are you!?" Gwen shouts
