(We'll just skip over Echo and Admortem's character for now)

The buzzer sounded and Gleen headed off stage. Ceasar then called for Kyu, who walked up on trembling legs. "Welcom Kyu. How are you faring today?"

"I'm well Ceasar." Kyu responded.

"So Kyu, how about weapons? Are you good with a bow? A sword?"

"I'm good with music. Music often speaks louder then words when it comes to emotions."

Leaf felt he blush on her face deepen at Harlow calling her amazing. A light nervous laugh bubbled from Leaf as she glanced away from Harlow. "Harlow you dork! You're making me blush!" Leaf squeaked, making Harlow smirk at Leaf's cuteness.

Harlow gently cups the side of Leaf's face and kisses her. Harlow's face lightens up after the kiss. She sticks her tounge out at Leaf. "You love my dorkiness" she points out

Kyu's angle was sweet and humble with a side of ironic humor. The buzzer sounded and Kyu was dismissed warmly by Ceasar as he called for Tempest.

Leaf smiled into the kiss and frowned when Harlow pulled away and stuck he rtounge out at her. "I know, you're just too dorky to not love and-" A kick from the baby made Leaf flinch, she noted Harlow's face twisted in worry. "I'm okay, they're just saying "hi" I guess."

"Oh my god that would not help." Gateguard nearly wailed, face suddenly flushing as he envisioned his boyfriend seeing him in these clothes. Oh wait, if Myu was watching the live feed he would see anyways. If Myu was here, he would be teased from hell to back, his energetic boyfriend a notorious tease. Clearing his throat with a red face, Gateguard composed himself marginally as he glanced out at the interviews. "Although I appreciate the suggestion, that would only result in me making a complete fool of myself." He admitted

Tempest smiles reassuringly. "Then just remember the fact that every second of embarrassment is an extra second of survival" Tempest remembers her angle she took last year. She had turned into a snake. What symbolic animal could she turn into this time around? She decides to turn into the one animal that would surely get their attention. A mockingbird . She flies onto the stage and lands on the floor in front of Ceaser. She cocks her head, glancing at the crowd for a moment before she hops onto the chair and shifts back.

A delightfully surprised smile crosses over Harlow's face. "They?" She asks. "Oh my word..really!?" She asks excitedly. Leaf nods in confirmation. Harlow excitedly pulls Harlow into a hug and then kisses her while they were embraced. "That's the best news I've had in awhile"

"Good luck!" Gateguard managed to call out to Tempest before sighing. Buttoning up his shirt so that his chest was covered again, he mulled over the words that was given to him both by his stylist and by Tempest. Perhaps taking off his shirt would be a smart move, considering that he had quite a tone upper body. Mulling over this, He began to unfasten the pins holding the jacket draped over his shoulders in place, wrapping the scarf around his waist instead. Rolling up the sleeves of his shirt, Gateguard revised his plan for the night to capitalize on his perceived sexiness.

The crowd murmered in shock for a moment as Tempest shifted back to normal. Ceasar's eyes seemed to flicker in amusment for a moment. "So Tetmpest, tell me, how do you feel going back into the arena? Are you prepared?"

Leaf smiled weakly at Harlow, though greatful Harlow was being affectionate over the fact Leaf was having twins, Harlow could easily see worry in Leaf's eyes. Twins ment increased chance of something going wrong, for either herself or the twins.

"More than prepared" Tempest responds confidently. "I have absolutely nothing to lose out there. if I die, the only hearts I'll break is the hearts of my past and present allies" her words are sad, but she speaks strongly. She was a girl who had come to terms with her fate.

"Most people would prefer not to die after all." Ceasar counters adn the crowd below laughed at the ironic joke. "Now Tempest our time's almost done so I must ask you one last quesiton: Are there any tributes that you're concerned about?"

Leaf felt her gazze shift from Harlow to Tempest, the question peeking her interst some.

Tempest hesitates. She has a feeling that there was danger behind his question. She thinks of Adelaide and Gateguard, her heart reaching out to them. She wants to protect them and keep them safe. "No-one... Just myself" she replies

Messing with his jacket one last time, Julian strode on stage, bowing elegantly to the crowd before shaking Ceaser's hand. He wanted to project a more princely persona across this time, catering to the odd fantasies the capital had

"So Julian, how are you faring tonight?" Cesar asked in a chumy tone.

Leaf watched Tempest walk back to the others, her eyes then landed on Rita's gold dress that had a few small lightning bolts that seemed to glint off light. Her black headband also had a small lightning bolt, her shoes each had one as well.

Adelaide gave an approving nod to Tempest, gliding forward, "You did well." The dim backstage lights gleamed off her polished gold-colored armor and bold golden wings, which were set to resemble her namesake; the valkyrie, which her former lover Kardia had lovingly dubbed her.

They're really proud of me returning and I hope that they cheer me on in the arena as well." Lies. Sorrento had screamed and cried trying to push through the inescapable grip of the peacekeepers to reach his husband. He kept away the fact that he had children now, not wanting to give the capital any more reason to hurt him. "I actually got married this year." He relented when Cesar looked like he wanted more information. He held up his left hand where two matching rings sat on his fourth finger.

Rose's dress catches the light every time she shifts her legs. "I hate dresses." she mutters. An idea, occurs to her.
