Not sure what I want so I'll write a few ideas you're free to modify
-Alolan meowth (fancy or cute or halloween themed)
-Warrior zoroark (Ahiny would be nice too)
-Pumpkaboo x anyting
-Beach or summer themed Rowlet
-Snivy (sassy or vampire sound cool but once again, it's pretty open)
-Japanese themed meowth (like more japanese)
-Flower deino (Or any deino fusion)
-Banette ( fusion or cosplay w/ another ghost type poke)
-Summer/winter or flower skiddo
ehh I'm running out of ideas so I hope it's enough

The rules has been re-worked, just so it's better to understand and to make anyone capable to spot a particular rule more easily.
I've put each rule on a different color and even grant them their own section.
If you feel that something else needs to be added into the rules, then please contact me via private message about your concerns and ideas. I am willing to have an open mind and grant a listening ear ^ ^.
Do NOT suggest a rule idea onto this thread!!

I had meant this design to be a Floette x Delcatty Fusion but I think it looks more like a Tailor themed Floette. Sorry about that >_<; I hope you like it anyway! :oc

A new Eeveelution
A pokemon based on ketchup? Because that sound funny.
Gorebyss but teal (and silver with black?)
A recreation of any pokemon you want as an "event pokemon"

I'm so sorry but my drawing will take longer than expected. I've spent my entire day off working on setting up a drawing tablet and learning a new program and drawing my picture. Saved MULTIPLE times throughout the process. I close the program. The image? Poof. Its BLANK now.
My sibling is trying to recover it but fingers crossed. I'm not super confident because i have bad luck with tech.
I am on the verge of tears. Literally worked on it for HOURS and it was becoming SO HECKIN CUTE and POOF

Edit 2: omfg IT HAD AN AUTOSAVE FUNCTION #crying all seems to be good! It seems the program saves within it's own folder instead of where I had it saved in my pictures? Idk but ITS OKAY! I cant wait for you guy to see this cuteness
