From what CatLady has said you really wont know if you've won until your sprite is released (or not released).
We'll all be gradually finding out who won until the last winner's event pokemon is released and the consolationprizes are given out.
All in all theres no real set date :)

	Decided it'd be cool to make another form for a pokemon so heres a buizel thats been effected by polution. It's really late here and I had decided to do this lil dude before going to sleep since I was feelin' pretty happy after getting such nice feedback... I honestly should probably clean him up a bit more but im tired and dont really feel like doing that right now... I may redo the sprite or fix it (somehow it's smaller than it should be?) in the future but for now

Heres a ghost type eevee evolution w/ a little dex entry I made for it:
