The task says "Hatch a Mareep Egg" and not "Let someone else hatch a Mareep egg for you" ;)
So no, you have to be the original trainer of it.

Posting here to say that I'm finally finished. I got all three sheepsters from the tall grass and leveled them up to 100, honestly there was a point where I thought I wasn't going to do it.....but it happened! Now I can finally get some sleep~

Yes! Can't wait to see who gets the third one. I know of three people who are contenders for it but who knows some crazy person can come out of nowhere and take it.

Haha you may not be the only insane user but you are the MOST insane one. You got yours way before I even came close to it.

I don't care about shiny furfrou. I at least want to win a regular furfrou. But I highly doubt I'll be able to do that, because I don't even have a single mareep egg yet ;-; (GOSH DANG IT TALL GRASS)

Great job you two for winning. I'll admit I'm not trying too hard to win myself because the prize scares me but I want to try to win for a friend and just to see if I can do it. Scary dog I will win you for them if I can! … If not at least I tried.


Also just a note: but can you please stop using the word insane/crazy like that?

It's really bothersome as a person with a mental disorder because of the effect those terms being used so freely causes. This is just a friendly request in hopes usage of those terms might get used less to help stop lowering the acceptance of mental disorders and how big of an issue they are.
