I only have one dragon with a skin/accent that isn't from a fest, and it's my starry sparkly boi, and only because i was boredly looking through skins & accents on the AH and found one that fitted him a little too well XD

I'd say the seller/scammer should be reported for the attempt. The account 'sale' occurred on a site the FR admins have no access to though, and didn't go through, so I'm not sure if the admins could act on it. Definitely try though, and provide screenshots and links for everything.

I didn't find anything on FR about trading accounts, but I just suppose this isn't allowed, as it is not stated here and for sure is prohibited somewhere in PH rules.

I understand that I broke the rules in FR for account buying, but I guess I’m abit salty for that, after all, would be a shame if his shiny giratina hunt got banned…

@RichKid If it's not a direct message on FR, the report button is actually a bit difficult to find. You'd go this way: Library > Support > Contact Us, and land here. Then fill out the form with everything necessary.
I see this in the form under Description though: "When you submit your request make sure to include links to any dragons, players, posts, etc you are reporting. These links must be located on the Flight Rising website." So I don't think they would accept screenshort from PH after all... Additionally, their Support site on harassment mentions something in the same vein: "We apologize, we are not able to moderate or penalize Flight Rising players based on content or behavior on another website. That would effectively be penalizing accounts based on hearsay and that's not okay. If you are being harassed on a site other than Flight Rising, you will need to contact the support team of that website."
You can still try to report them on FR, but since you say they never contacted you on there, the report might not do much.
