Hello everyone! Before making a contest, please read our contest rules and post here according to the form below. This helps us keep track of the ongoing contests and keeps the game friendly for everyone.
Please note that this doesn't just apply to forum contests but to any and all* contests on this site. Any unregistered contests will be breaking the rules and dealt with accordingly
Once you create your thread, it'll be labeled as pending approval from one of our Moderators, this means it'll be only visible to you and moderators until it gets approved. Depending on the status of your contest (Approved or rejected) you'll be able to a reasoning on the thread so you can later appeal for a reconsideration. We won't notify you about this privately, so you'll have to check yourself the thread is it has been approved/rejected. Note that this can take between a few hours to 48 hours in order for it to be approved!
If it has been over 48h and your contest is still pending, please PM/PalPad our Contest moderator -Max.
Please note that this thread is to keep an order, so you won't get an answer on here! This is only to have a list with all contests.
*The two exceptions are giveaways and mini contests. These don't need to be approved, because you're not gaining anything out of it/the users don't have to pay [giveaways] or they're over relatively quickly [mini contests]. To see how we define mini contests, please see the FAQs.

Do I have to post each time my monthly/weekly/daily contest resets?
Nope! Use the form for monthly/weekly/daily contests though. However, if you're making a major change to the contest e.g. changing the time period of each event or the general goal ( like gems to maps) please do repost! Minor changes can be palpadded/PMed to me (for example slightly elongating the current deadline).
Can I reuse a contest thread?
Yup! But, you'll need to make a new post here. To prevent someone getting a contest approved and then changing things without us knowing, we'll be keeping screenshots of your contest and the approval form as well as your thread link will be noted down.
Do I have to post for each mini goal?
Nope! We'd need to know the prizes for each goal ( and the final prize if you have one) though.
Do I have to have the prizes for all my future weekly/daily/monthly contest rounds now?!
Course not! You just have to have the prizes for each round before that round begins.
Do I have to have the prizes for each mini goal before the contest begins?
Depends on how you're doing it. Does buying a ticket mean that you'll have a chance at all/any future prizes? If so, then yes, you need to have all the prizes before beginning. If buying a ticket doesn't entail a chance at all future prizes but merely the currently mini goal, then you'd only have to have the prize for this goal ready since the future goals can be cancelled without any ticket buyers being hurt.
The only exception to this, would be art. As it's neigh impossible to get art done before the winner is chosen, we will allow Art to be a prize, to be fulfilled at a later date.

Yup! These rules apply for all contests not just those in the forums. This is to prevent loopholes being created
Do I have to post here even if it's a mini contest in a feed (NOT hashtag contests)?
No. We realize that these are often spontaneous and asking you to post here to get it accepted each time would simply be too much of a hassle. However, we ask that you've read what can be used as a prize and to make these goals realistic e.g. offering a prize for if your lvl 1 pikachu gets to lvl 1000 in a minute would not be okay. Please also keep in mind that you still need to have the prizes before starting the contest.
What counts as a mini contest?
Two things:
1. it should be contained to one feed
2. it should have no hashtag
An example would be something along the lines of "click my dratini and post here to win a dragon gem! Ends in an hour".
My contest got rejected! What can I do?
Please update your Main Post with the recommendations from the moderator and appeal for a reconsideration.

Time period/overall goal of contest: 40,000 tickets, or when my shiny ditto hunt ends (whatever comes first, since I'd have no reason to continue the lotto)
Link to contest thread/post*: Weeby and here. I've had a lot going on in my life, so I haven't been advertising it as much as I should have been. If this contest is way too hefty, I can find some way to refund those who bought tickets. Of course, that's over 4m PD.

Link to contest thread/post*: it's a hashtag lottery, probably #PaperPlane, prizes so far are 100k PD, 50 Normal Gems and 20 boxes and keys (excluding blue boxes) respectively if I win, else prizes will be halved. (Meep does have the current prizes), tickets will be 1 per day by sharing hashtag, 2 per berry, 1 per normal train/guest click, 8 per Rare Candy. Tickets will be doubled/tripled on 2x/3x days respectively
