I would love this as sometimes I want to chat with multiple users but specific ones and I would need to join the hero chat, which anyone can join any time!

I know that Hero chat is already there. But when you refresh the page, the old messages get deleted. And you can't talk to the same group of people. This is good suggestion.

Yes you can. The Herochat has one chatroom, which means that there's no way for your group to get separated. While this would be a bit of a hassle if the HC was as popular as it was in the past, the fact that it's virtually empty these days means that you could just use it as a personal chat if you needed.

Yeah. What i mean was, suppose you want to talk to the same group of people and you don't want any other members to join, this suggestion would be useful

As I said.
The chat is mostly vacated these days, which means that it's a perfectly fine solution in this case.

The thing is, on the Herochat, anyone can join and leave at will, so it kinda breaks the privacy of having a person chat with only some people. Oh, also, there is normally a moderator on the chat.

I believe this is a great idea. There should be a way to see who's saying what clearly, though. Like the group chat when you are texting people. Also, there should be a way to leave the chat if you'd like.

Maybe it's still not possible, but I like the idea. Sometimes I have to share something with more than one user. Something that is not for the public like in the chat. :)

Support! I've always told myself I wished there was a group chat option. People are making Skype and kik accounts so they can group chat with ph friends, so I know a lot of people would appreciate this. I have friends that are friends with my friends, and we usually only chat together through comments on a status. We don't use those comments to talk about everything we'd like, but we could through private group chats with all our closest friends! I hope this will happen soon or sometime in the future :)
