Bought a retro charizard for 250 tickets.
My party was full, but since it doesn't came as an egg, I thought it was fine.
However, i cannot find the mon in my first box. Moreover, my tickets are also all gone.

I guess daily prizes differs from users.
Mine is retro charizard, zapdos, and feraligatr.

Agree that it's different for everyone, mine is Thyplosion, Zapdos, and Blastoise
Didn't something like this happened during advent where people didn't get their pokemon from gifts because their party is full? Maybe it's like that again

Yeah, just a few minutes ago I spent the tickets to get the new event egg (I had 3 empty spots in party) and it took my 400 tickets but did not give me my egg.
Please train with my shadow wartortle. He's so cute!

Best not to invest in any Pokémon (except plushies for hoarders). It's better to just wait it out and collect them. Hope y'all get your points back. :-/

Same here, chose Retro Charizard and did not get it, but the points are gone...

The issue will be fixed ASAP and you'll get your tickets refunded. You'll be able to purchase it again. All purchases were logged, so don't worry - I know who spent how much :)

The issue has now been fixed. I was actually able to reconstruct your adopted Pokémon/eggs. They did exist, they were just "hidden".
It's possible that you now have more than 6 Pokémon in your party due to this fix. Please move your Pokémon to your storage box as soon as you can, to restore the 6 Pokémon limit.
