Support. This is a neat way to implement battling here in PH.
But, just some suggestions though.
x Instead of keeping the level of ur pkmn when battling, what if it will be automatically lvl 100 if the mons original level is past 100. This way this wouldnt just be a case of the rumble battle fight where a level 1,000 lycanroc just one-hit ko a legendary mon. This way, those battle items would have some uses. This would also be fairer for newish users who is expected to not still have higher leveled mons.
x Instead of getting an egg in every x levels completed, what if every fight will award u some points. If u win, ull get a high points, while losing will still give u points albeit smaller. This way, even those those who are not very good with bttling can still have a chance to get an egg. Though, just at a slower pace.
Also, the amount of points that ull get depends on the level that ur in. The higher ur level, the higher the points (similar to hangman). If u win a fight, ur level will raise. If u lose a fight, ull lose a level or an x amount of levels.
x To limit users gametime, why not in everyday, users will have an energy that will drop very time they battle in the dojo (similar to emera beach). Whether they win or lose, after every battle, their energy will drop (remind me of Shadow Fight, lol.).

To make it more canon. instead of vouchers, completing the tunnels will reward u with keys instead of the egg. The key (which is tradable) can instead be used to open a chamber outside the royal tunnel which will give u a regi egg. The keys are canon items as in b2w2, to get the regis, u need an iron key for registeel n iceberg key for regice. However, there are no keys for regrock, regidrago, n regielektrik. They could ph-exclusive keys. Stone key, wyvern key, volt key, for example. For the shiny regis, u could just put a rusted or shiny adjective in the key. Iceberg (rusted) or iceberg (shiny) key, for example.

	If u want to get one without spending, ur only go to is the lab. They are very rare and useful, so theyre really expensive. Seeing that ur fairly new game-wise, getting a ditto is really not much of a concern. Snagging eggs from the lab should get u one eventually. Ph has still other great stuff for u to discover. Huge support. Specially on the part where only one user should have one entry on the BHC (im quite surprised this isnt the case).

To add on, Im also suggesting to add these:
1. Increase shiny chance when hatching an egg from BHC (like the beach or the honeytree). With the BHC eggs being limited to three per day as what this suggestion tells, i think having increased shiny chance wouldn't be a problem.
2. More bug pokemon rewards. It could be a challenge if the eggs that would hatch would not be the usual larvesta, pinsir, scyther, volbeat, illumise. Or a bug pokemon that can only be caught on BHC (an event perhaps).
I think adding these two suggestions would be nice since today's BHC goal is to just hatch eggs for points, not hatching eggs to complete ur pokedex.

There are a lot of ways to get shinies.
The most prominent one is thru repeatedly hatching a pokemon of the same species while ur pokeradar is active.
Another common way is by fishing and thru honeytree.
U can also get a shiny retro by playing the concentration game.
Shinies can also appear while playing the safari game.

There are also other places where u can get a guaranteed shiny.
The scs shops, game center, emera square, berrygarden, royal tunnel to name a few.

Hatching most eggs will also give u a very small chance of being shiny.
Retro eggs all have 2% chance of being shiny (except the funfair retros which is 5%).

Im pretty sure this had happened before when the anniversary cakes had their shiny implemented (PH 9th anniversary). Users who havent claimed their anniversary gifts before the 9th anniversary (who have been on PH for at least 4 years) are able to get multiple shiny anniversary eggs (depending on the remaining gifts that they havent claimed yet). It most likely that this is just the same case as that.

Huge support.
Ill understand doing 10M interactions as PH is a clicking site, but hatching 50k lab eggs (that's like doing 1,000 days of constantly hatching 50 eggs- which is honestly doable only for premium members with flutes on), which is not that doable as PH is not ~~anymore?~~ a lab hatching site. U cant expect the userbase to hatch 50k eggs out of the will of normal gameplay, as frankly, shiny hunting is the thing that replaces lab hunting which should be a pillar of this site.
