District 1:
Members of District 1 were known to produce luxury items such as jewelry. Due to their skill in craftsmanship, the goods that came out of District 1 were used to decorate the Capitol. Those who lived in District 1 were some of the wealthiest citizens of Panem. Tributes from District 1 were known as "Careers" because they trained for years before competing in the Hunger Games.

Located in the Rocky Mountains, District 2 was one of the largest communities in Panem. It was also home to wealthy citizens, resulting in a positive relationship with the Capitol. District 2 was known for its masonry and weapon manufacturing. Tributes are also known as careers.

Ability- The Perfect Sniper
So, whenever you're playing like, baseball or whatever Americans play, wouldn't it be great when you're throwing the ball and it always goes exactly where you want it to? Well, that's Kendo's ability. Any object instantly becomes the equivalent of a heat-seeking missile. Sure, it takes some concentration to throw these items, with more concentration needed for objects further away, but anything within a 3 metre radius, he can easily hit, with little to no concentration. Of course, another factor of this ability is the weight of said object. A pebble would require far less charge-up time than, say, a tungsten block. One last thing. To make said object hit its target, he needs to perfectly visualize the area where he's aiming. So realistically, he couldn't hit something if it ducked out of his line of sight.
Strength:
Kendo has great eyesight, being 20/15. He's fairly physically adept, but nothing too out of the ordinary. he can run a bit faster than average, and he can lift a bit more than average, but nothing too fancy. he's pretty handy with a spear, but to a limited extent. His survival skills are pretty decent, his morals are slightly muddy, and he will, with some hesitation, kill a man if forced to without feeling guilty. He's really good at throwing things, and has some experience with using a sling. He's fairly intelligent, and has a creative mind. His tongue is sharp, yet fluid.
Weakness:
Despite being physically fit and knowing how to handle a spear, Kendo is not well-versed in any other sort of hand-to-hand combat, though he knows a bit of boxing, and mainly relies on spears or thrown weapons, which can be a huge detriment. In addition, his sarcastic, nonchalant, mocking nature can get him into a tad bit of trouble. he runs his mouth a lot, which is a serious problem. he never keeps his thoughts to himself.
Personality:
A man with a tendency to sarcastically mock people on the littlest of mistakes, Kendo is... not very fun to be around, to say the least. Sure, he's a pretty decent and reliable ally, but as a person, he's unlikeable at times. He tends to glorify himself, and tends to seem arrogant, narcissistic, even. He's brash, wholly uncaring, flirty, a notorious trickster, and pretty much an a**hole. But if anyone makes the effort to actually try to get through his mask of annoying a**holery and do-no-goody tricks and pranks, they can see that he has some good traits. He's energetic, creative, pretty clever, and loyal. He's pretty exciting to be around, too.

Backstory:
an old man, a nearly-grown teen and a young girl lived on the edge of society. The elder was well known, well versed in the arts of fishing, and known to be a kind man. The teen was notorious for being a troublemaker, but many loved him anyway. The young girl was intelligent, but physically frail. They lived a peaceful life, a quiet life. In the mornings, they fished. In the afternoons, they sold their catch. In the evening, they rested. The boy slacked often, pulling light-hearted, but annoying, pranks on everyone. The girl worked twice as hard to make up for the boy's slacking. None of them were related by blood, but they were a family.
But the old man was getting sicker, and older. So the boy finally grew up. He worked harder, stopped pulling pranks, focusing on fishing and selling said fish. To feed his found family, he entered his names into the reaping, more and more.
Call it luck, call it the buildup to misfortune, but his name never got called.
But someone else's name soon would.

Power: "Midas" Touch - Everything Tinya touches will become an "extent" of herself, becoming sentient in a way. Any object she happens to touch will be under her command, and the longer she is in contact with an object (plus the factor of what the object itself is, as larger and organic ones take more effort), the more said object can be manipulated through a "life-steal" system of sorts. This means that the more Tinya uses an object, the weaker she herself gets. Another downside is that, in order to have control of an object, a part of her body will need to be transferred and "injected" into it, until she stops using the power. This also means that she will feel any damage done to the object, even with distortion from her own manipulation.
For example: If Tinya wanted to use a cardboard box, it would most likely result in her losing a finger temporarily or the box is completely destroyed, which would be much harder to do than a normal box due to being "fortified" by her command. She will then be able to make the box move on its own as if telekinesis is being used. Tinya will also be able to change the shape of the box to her heart's desire, even though it is quite painful as it is similar to breaking multiple bones just to "fold up" a body. The pain is not as amplified as it would be if it was happening to her own body, which she can also manipulate, but it's a large enough fraction that it is still unpleasant.

Strength: Tinya is strong in the mental department, and also quite mature and rational. She isn't easily swayed by things that most others would be, such as death or threatening situations. Her cool-headedness could be intimidating, as she is so nonchalant about things that she would be considered insane. Tinya has a small frame, but she is very flexible and quick on her feet. She is also a great actor, and is quite knowledgeable when it comes to fauna, and has no remorse for her actions against others.
Weakness: Tinya lacks empathy and any ability to think for other people, but she is selfish enough to act like she does for the sole purpose of not looking bad. Also, due to her small frame, she is quite weak physically. Unsurprisingly, since i like to cause maximum pain to my characters (this time, quite literally), Tinya has hyperalgesia and allodynia. The former makes her pain tolerance unbearably awful, so the slightest cut could cause much more pain than a normal person would feel. The latter is a condition that could make even the smallest contact with her skin a stinging pain, even clothes could be quite uncomfortable. Sounds like a fun combination, doesn't it? Anyways, some of her strengths are also her weaknesses. At times, she can be a bit too calm about things, not caring enough to properly act upon situations. Her lack of remorse can also make it difficult to determine the right thing to do, or find it worth putting in the effort for other people.
Personality: I pretty much wrote it all in her strengths and weaknesses, but here's some more info I guess. Tinya comes off as a quit, "statue-like" figure who seems to just be "blank" all around. She tries her best to be friendly and a decent people-person, but it's all just an act she puts up to not stand out. Her intentions are not malicious, per-se, but it's not exactly a pleasant trait either. She's generally a decent person to be around, although extremely bland and ominous, but her true colors tend to shine in more serious situations. I guess the rest will be TBRPD, since I am extremely lazy and uncreative.

Tinya is a small, 5'1 girl with a tiny frame. She wears baggy clothes simply for the looks of it, and they are typically in dark, boring colors. She has short, brown and wavy hair that goes to her shoulders and she ties some of it up into a ponytail. Her eyes are steel grey, and she has a constant "bored" expression. There's nothing particularly out of the ordinary about her, and she's all-around pretty bland in general.

Power: Artemis can control any kind of animal and their actions. She can turn into the animal, and more. Artemis can only beone animal at a time, and Artemis and the animal needs to be standing close to each other in order for her to control it. Everytime Artemis turns into an animal, she will have a cooldown period for about 30 minutes (can change this) Her controlling time only limits itself to one minute and a half, and turning to the specific animal takes a minute. Turning to her desired animal is painful, as joints get together and bones reform. Any damage dealt to Artemis' animal will deal similar damage to herself, and if her animal gets killed, Artemis reverts back to her normal form immediately.
Strength: Artemis is very creative and has a broad mind: she can come up with brilliant ideas. She is skilled with close-range combat and is a quick fighter. She always react quickly and she is intelligent. Artemis is also not easily scared by most things.
Weakness: Artemis is hot-headed, and can be furious sometimes. She is impatient and she can be rude sometimes. She finds it very hard to trust people and she has depression. As she is a quick-thinker, she always react before she think deeper.
Personality: Artemis is shy, caring, generous, and sometimes funny. She hates to be the leader and she is not scared to kill people. She can be straightforward and emotionless sometimes, and she has mental breakdowns. She loves animals, and nature. (she would prefer technology after learning about it tho XD) She loves desserts.

Backstory: When she was smaller, she was emotionally abused by her teachers and always bullied by her schoolmates as she was a hybrid. Her parents tried to comfort her, but it didn't work. Artemis left school instead, and starting learning at home. She did not leave her cottage for a long time, since she left school.

Weakness: she absolutely hates loud noises, Soliana gets extremely frightened and startled when she is scared or ambushed, even though she reacts fast and recovers, she still has a big reaction to the noise/ambush/whatever
Personality: Calm and quiet person, she likes to make things and is a creative person. She dislikes blood and fighting but she doesn’t hate it.

Yuriko was sitting at a table, on her
own. She had never been a fan of noise or clamour, and certainly
didn't need any. Someone from Siren, probably it's prefect, was
doing... something with some other people. Yuriko returned her gaze
back to her book, she needed to do well in this term, Artemis
wouldn't be happy if Frost Dragon house didn't do well, Yuriko
liked Artemis as a person, he was the prefect, and she admired him
for it. As Yuriko continued to read and noted down stuff onto a
notebook, Kendo, the prefect of the Siren house, got splashed with
salt water, a small commotion broke out and Yuriko sighed, why
couldn't she study in peace? She packed her things and stood up,
passing Kendo and giving him a cold stare, and she headed back to

She can make her cards levitate around her as a shield or throw them towards her enemies like painful blades. Her cards are activated through defensive use when an opponent accidentally or purposely hits her cards. She can also activate her ability by manually 'pressing' any chosen card.

The level of pain increases via card value (ranging from slight discomfort to deep cuts/potential to break bones)
-Spades: Once said to represent the military. This card summons a seasoned knight. Heavily experienced, wearing thick armor that makes his movements slow- but will make him difficult to take down. He carry a heavy claymore blade, that will certainly cut his enemies down in an instant. The only thing holding him back is the draw of the card. (The cards limit his movement from one to ten meters)
-Clubs: Once said to represent the merchants. Keen, sharp, and quick. This merchant will do what she can to take the price that is owed to her. She is equipped with a bow that has a series of different arrows. The higher the card value, the stronger each shot will be. (Ranges from flesh wounds to near fatal wounds)
-Diamonds: Once said to represent the peasants. Despite their representation, they are not weak. Hardships have toughened them. Keen eyes have picked up weaknesses to take down even the mighty groups of above them. A single peasant who has learned the dark arts will be your foe. Like the clergy, they use magic. But rather than attack, they use it to defend the one who promises the downfall of the ranks. (It shields Revna, each card represents how many hits it takes for the shield to break)

Strength: She is a powerful fighter. Able to fight short, mid, and long range, depending on the card(s) that are activated. She isn't too great at physical fights and has a huge weakness within her ability
Weaknesses: She isn't a great physical fighter. Also her power, while complicated, has flaws, so long as your character doesn't get too flustered and takes notice to them. It's a long read, but it's explained below :p

-For one, she personally, can only activate one card at once, and only if other cards aren't active- although she can deactivate those cards
-Cards activated through defensive use can only be active twice at once, and she has minimal control over what is active
-Defending herself or throwing cards causes a minimal drain. But activating cards causes a massive toll, all increasing the higher the card value. The joker being the most powerful, leaves her weak and almost immobile after she uses it
-This means both she and her opponent(s) have to gamble. Should she risk putting high value cards in a defensive spin? Should she risk throwing high value cards? Personality: A jittery girl, she is usually fiddling with a deck of cards. She is extremely kind towards others and tries to treat others well- to not hold grudges. Secretly, she is afraid of confrontation, despite having an extremely strong ability. That doesn't mean she won't stand up for herself or others.

Appearance: Revna stands at around an average height of 5'6. She has long white hair that has silver streaks in it, she also has silver eyes- that turn purple upon activation of her ability. She is somewhat thin and has pale skin. She usually wears white clothing- her favorite color
Backstory-
District 10 / female: Revna is a warm and caring soul. She spends her days caring for the sheep that her family raises. Revna is no fool, she knows that when the sheep mature they will be killed for their meat. She normally turns a blind eye to such a sight, preferring the task to feed, care, and shear the sheep. During her free time, she likes to gamble. She is awful at it and normally loses her spending money on such things. Secretly, she likes the look of playing cards and enjoys a chance to play with them.
