May use any blood external of her body, she can control the flow of it, and the state of the matter, whether it be solid or liquid (or gas but that doesn’t do much) Kamiya can also control the blood to form into different shapes and objects, or even making it combust.
Due to this ability relying on her own blood (not anyone else’s) she can lose only up to 10.5 pints or 5.97 litres of blood, which is around half, before passing out or at least feeling side effects. But the blood can be reabsorbed afterwards, just perhaps a little disgusting.

Kamiya tends to be the type to quietly stalk her ‘prey’ so to say. She is violent, merciless and cold, and finds joy in taking lives, being prideful and arrogant. Avoids any or all unnecessary conversation, and rarely cares about anything. A true pessimist and sociopath. Killing, for her, is a release on normal anxiety, and a time when she can be herself, and shut down any sliver of empathy.

History:
Ashira’s first taken was her parents’ murderer, after finding pleasure in taking lives, she began to participate in more than illegal activities, identity theft, dealings and murders. She takes lives of people who are… not the best, working as an underground hitman, or woman, of sorts. While working an average 9-5 job, her evenings are spent killing. This acted as a form of stress reliever to normal society, she was a ‘serial killer’, bloodthirsty and your textbook cold murderer. Eventually killed by the authorities.
