Welcome everybody to the first ever
Pokeheroes Oscar's
Where we will be honoring some amazing roleplays and fanfictions made between May 1st of 2019 and April 30th 2020! Big thanks to LordSamton and RoyalGecko of the Mega Club for lighting the spark that created this event and big thanks to the Mega Club, The PH Times, and the many unnamed voters who helped make this dream a reality!

Our program for tomorrow (Saturday for peeps in the Western Hemisphere that being Canada, the US, Mexico, and South America and Sunday for the Eastern Hemisphere) in order of when it will be presented is:
Fanfictions:
Most Dark Scene
Most Dramatic Scene
Best Short Story
Most Creative

Roleplays:
Best Up and Comer
Best Supporting Roleplayer
Best Adapted Story
Best Original Story
Best Pokemon Roleplay
Best Villain
Best Roleplayer

And at the end of it all
Best Fanfiction and Best Roleplay!

1. Only speak if you are presenting or you have won an award. Keep Congratulations in palpads or PM's as so the event isnt thrown off the rails
2. If you have won the award and chose to accept, please be quick with your acceptance speech.
3. Winners will receive a prize of one golden mystery item and a mini trophy commissioned by Lupine. However, please give credit to Lupine if u chose to display the award on your profile.

Hello Everyone, welcome to the first ever Pokeheroes Forum Oscars! About a year ago, this was on the drawing board to happen and it was only gonna be for roleplays alone, but it never happened. But thanks to the dedication of the Mega Club, it is happening right now. Each award will be presented by one member of the club while the host will introduce them and present the biggest awards of the night: Best Fanfiction and Best Roleplay. Now, I will step back for right now and here to present this year's first award of the night for fan fictions, please give a warm welcome to xX_Artemis_Xx to present this year's award for Darkest Fanfiction Scene, Most Dramatic Fanfiction Scene, and Most Creative Fanfiction.

Hi everyone! So originally we were gonna have these awards presented in 3 different posts but my mom doesn't care about Fanfictions so I need to do them all in one. I apologize for the inconvenience!

To start my presentations off:

This year's nominees for Most Dark Scene are Underfalse by Fall_Night and A job to DIE for. And the Oscar goes to….. UnderFalse by Fall_Night

Next we have:

At first, you may wonder what in the hell all of these have in common. But they are this year's nominees for Best Short Story. I never thought I would be nominated for such a big event and I want to thank everyone for it.
Of course I will accept this award with honor!
I would like to thank everyone who brought me to the role-playing game on the website and who encouraged me to improve my writing skills after joining one of their RP!
With my development I would also like to encourage other roleplayers on site to improve their writing skills and to find a roleplay,that is best suited for them! Even tho some roleplays have rules against them, I feel like I still see a lot of one liners on most forums and I want to inspire everyone to change that, because one liners can kinda kill the mood of an rp and are a pain to read through while catching up (at least in my opinion).
I never thought I could get so far with Roleplaying but after being informed that I was nominated here I really felt awesome! It was such an inspiring feeling to know that my Improvement had not been unnoticed. I still feel good about myself, even though I know I still have some improvement to do

The 5 talented roleplayers have been nominated need no introduction. Each of them brought a certain amount of originality and emotion with their performances. So without further ado, here are this year's nominees for performance by a roleplayer in a supporting role.

Holy christ! A room full of talented individuals and what the hell am I doing with all of them, XD? One person I'd love to dedicate this to, is my brother. If it weren't for his memory I wouldnt have never become a roleplayer. Thank you so much, I love u all!

You know, the best part of presenting an award this late in the event is that you have to stay for like 75% of it that way you don't miss your cue. And if anyone heard crickets at that attempt of human, thank you RoyalGecko for that joke, XD. Anyways, this year's nominees for Best Adapted Story are: My Hero Academia based on the anime series of the same name by Kamini, After Presentable Liberty (or APL based on the video game by Robert Brock or Wertpol) by TGGAkane, The Ultimate Vengeance (based on the anime and video game series developed by Nintendo and Gamefreak) by FurryStar. Wow, never knew I would make it this far XD I’m honored to receive this award, I really am. To be honest, I made that RP because I was extremely bored and didn’t have much else to do. I didn’t expect it to win this, much less blow up like it did. I was a bit concerned on how it was turning out at first due to realizing that it might not be able to have a good plot, but it worked out great

All it takes is a simple idea and it could turn into a fun time for everyone, that’s the fun in Roleplaying XD Thank you guys for all that you’ve done, now I must make a fabulous exit~

I am humbled and happy to receive a reward for my Abnormal Apocalypse.
As some of you know I entered a semi retirement. I'd also be lying if I said I wasn't uneasy about Abnormal Apocalypse. Some of my favorite roleplayers retired or left the site so I was basically going in blind.
To my surprise it did well. Though standard zombie apocalypses bored me so I added more undead creatures.
It was a bit saddening to see it die out so soon.
Right now I am toying with a new idea. So it should be fun.
Once more thank you for this.

The daughter of a tribal leader, who lusts for power. A warlord who will stop at nothing to destroy her enemies. And the very personification of a nightmare. But enough about RoyalGecko. Uzumaki couldn't make it tonight due to personal and technical issues but if they were here, and saw how much of an impact Tora had to make her the reason Uzumaki was nominated in this category, I bet Uzumaki would tip their hat. RoyalGecko, thanks for writing that joke, XD. Your preformance as Talla in Haven of Beasts not only stole the show in every scene she was in, but she captivated both cast members of that roleplay and the Oscar's voting committee so much that you have been nominated not only in the Best Villain category, but in the Best Roleplayer category as well. I get the feeling we will be seeing you here alot more as long as you dont get perma banned. A_BrokenAngel, when you took on the task of playing possibly one of the most terrifying pokemon ever created, some people might have thought you were alittle crazy. But your preformance created a persona that answers the question,"What would this pokemon be like in real life". Well done to all three of you and once again here are this year's nominees for Best Villain. For their role as Tora in Katsunaki Clan, Uzumaki.
