*Maddy began to walk backwards with her back facing the Cloaks. She watched as the villagers were deciding whether to attack her or stay put. Maddy quickly devolved into a full sprint running towards the woods. Talla's voice rang throughout Maddy's head from when Maddy interrogated Talla* Someone finally unites them, and then they turn there back on them. It's just the way the world works.

*Someone finally untied Tani. She stood up and yelled towards Maddy* MADDY WAIT!! *Maddy didn't look back and continued into the woods*

Luke heats Tani and lumps over to her. “Hey Tani. I got my wish and fought in the war. I’m a bit bruised, but that is ok.” He looks at her and sees that she is sad. “You can go after your sister if you want. I’ll be here.”

Sage stares at Maddy with a confused look, the villager's around her give her a wary look. She slowly walks to where Maddy had been, she watches the retreating girls for a moment before addressing everyone. "Maddy has yet to do anything evil. Her past is dark and wrangled with death. But like a phoenix, she has been reborn" Sage looks around at the villagers, her face blank "I stand with her"

While the nearby Cloaks were bowing to Maddy, Gwen and Dylan were slowly slaughtering the Cloaks who were outside of the walls. The survivors have retreated back to the rich kingdom. Gwen and Dylan stand among the bodies looking exhausted.

*Maddy walked past Sage but stopped when she said that* I need to learn who I am and who I was, before I can ever return. *Maddy turned to Sage and took off a necklace of hers. She put it in Sages hand* Give this to Tani. And tell her I love her. *Maddy turned and walked into the forest*

*One of the Cloaks grabbed Talla's body and sword and ran towards the rich kingdom*

Rose had a look of pure anger and disgust on her face. She grabbed her bow and arrows and raced towards the rich kingdom. She slew all who got in her way.

Sage opens and closes her mouth and watches Maddy run away. She doesn't bother chasing the girl. But she does do as the girl wanted. Giving Tani the necklace and telling her that Maddy loved her. She tells Tani that Maddy would be back soon. She sighs, knowing that it'll be very difficult for life to be normal again. But she would have to try

*Tani looked at the necklace and began to cry. But when she saw Rose running after Maddy, she began to run after Rose* Stop!! Stop it!!

*Maddy continued to run through the forest until she ran into a horse. She looked up and saw thousands of people from the rich kingdom. They were walking towards the poor kingdom.* Get out of our way *Maddy ran out there path and began running to the east.*

Rose turns around she sees Tani. "No. I have a job to do." she snarled. She continued slaying the Cloaks. She was angry. She continued to shoot. She took out her special set of arrows. She stopped and turned around. She shot the last of the cloaks (that she could reach) with the arrows.

*Tani watched as many Cloaks escaped, but also while many were gunned down by Rose. Tani walked back to the poor kingdom. The villagers were collecting the weapons that were left on the ground along with cleaning up the dead to be buried.*

Rose stared after the cloaks. She had an idea. Her special arrows, would allow her to slowly infect and kill the entire organization. She scowled. She took the arrow out.

*Tani was on the hill and began to dig graves for each individual villager who perished in the attack. She heard movement in the forest and looked towards it. She saw people from the rich kingdom, carrying what remained of their old home in packs on their backs. She walked down to the bridge and saw their dirt covered faces*

Blossom came to in a hastly made bed and sat up, that last part was a mistake as it made her dizzy. She put a hand to her head and felt a bandage had been wrapped around it. When the dizzy spell passed she carefully looked around the room.

Please. *Tani looked at her* Your people enslaved mine. You massacred our villages. What makes you think we- *Tani stopped she thought about what Maddy would do. Forgive them. Maddy always believed that people could be terrible, but when they were at their most vulnerable, was when the best in them came out*

"We must turn over a new leaf Tani" Sage scolds. "They were enslaved under the same power we've been under" she smiles at the woman. "It would be an honor for you to join us"

Gwen and Dylan work on burying the dead. The two both purposely avoid burying the Cloaks. The two don't speak as they work.

*Tani nodded and moved out of the way. She went into the field and walked around. Many villagers had died there to defend their freedom. She admired those who did. But none more than one. She saw the body of a young boy on the ground. He looked no more than fifteen and had many arrows sticking out of his back. She knelt down next to him and saw his eyes were wide open. She put her hand over his face and closed his eyes* Sleep now.

*What remained of the Cloaks met up at the rich kingdom. What remained of homes were charred skeletons. Although many of them had died, a great number arrived. They placed the body of their fallen leader on the ground and began to cover her body in a black cloak. Once they finished, one of the Cloaks looked towards the others.* We must return North, to the Grand Master. He must learn of his daughters death. *The Cloaks nodded and picked Talla's body up to go North.*

*Tani nodded* She was smiling. *Tani looked at Mallory* She killed thousands, and she was smiling about it. It sickens me knowing that some Cloaks escaped with her. But, at least that evil has been ended. And *Tani looked back towards the village* now we can rebuild
