Blossom gave a faint whimper as she started coming to, the whimper quickly replaced by a cry of angish. One of her legs had been caught in the rubble, between the pulling and the pressure on her leg from the rubble pressing down made the pain was unbearable.

*Tani looked and saw Blossoms legs was trapped underneath* You've got to be kidding me, where's Maddy when you need her. *A familiar voice sounded from behind Tani.* Allow me. *The voice was given a body, but not a face yet. The person lifted the rubble high enough to free Blossoms leg. The person talked in a strained voice now.* Pull her out. *Tani nodded and pulled Blossom from the rubble. She hid her among some bushes. Tani looked back to thank whoever helped her* Thank you so much, how can I ever- *Tani looked at the person in horror. There face was covered in a mask.... and their eyes were black. It was Talla. Talla grabbed Tani's head* Here's how you can repay me. You are going to scream, and bring me who I want.

*Maddy fought off Cloaks that walked into her path. She looked around for Talla and finally heard a scream that sounded very familiar* Tani *Maddy ran towards where the scream came from*

"By the way..." the boy asks as he stabs a Cloak who had tried to climb the wall. "If we survive this..." he ducks so Gwen can shoot at a Cloak. "Would you want to go on a date with me?" Gwen stiffens for a moment. Before she kicks a Cloak off the wall and shoots him.
"If that'll motivate you to kill this army then yes" she responds. 'Not like we'll live anyway' she thinks to herself. The boy smiles to himself as he helps Gwen fire arrows at the Cloaks.
"My name is Dylan by the way-"
"Not the time!" Gwen shouts.

*Maddy ran to where she heard the scream but saw no one. She heard movement and behind her and saw Blossom* Blossom, are you ok? Where's Tani? What happened?

Blossom looked out of it, the blood from her headwound was still bleeding. "Tani. . .Talla. . .Market. . .?" She put a hand to her head, she felt dizzy.

*The blood drained from Maddy's body. If Tani was with Talla, she may already be dead. Maddy looked at Blossom.* You could have saved her. *Maddy gripped her blood drenched sword harder. Her eyes began to flash and she began to raise it slightly. Someone approached Maddy from behind. She turned and saw it was one of the villagers. Maddy looked at them* Hrabbed a piece of cloth out of that bag and help her. I've got something to deal with. *Maddy clutched her sword and ran towards the market*

Luke stops waiting and goes outside to a battle the people in the cloaks. Even though he is wounded, he is putting up a big fight. He gets slashed again, and winces in pain. He goes behind a building, hoping these aren’t his last breaths.

Mallory looks in fear around her, her hands gripped tightly on the hilt of her knife. Rose squeezed Mallory's hand and looked at her.

*Talla sat on the bodies of deceased villagers. Spears had been planted on the ground and the heads of those villagers were on top of them. Maddy ran into the market and her sword began to shake alittle. Talla stood up and walked around the severed heads of villagers* I must commend you. Somehow, you rallied a few thousand villagers to stay in one place and attempt to fight off a force 10 times larger than them *Talla looked at Maddy* How touching.

*Maddy's eyes began to flare.* Where's Tani? *Talla smirked from underneath her mask. She raised her hand and motioned for someone. 3 cloaks turned the corner and held a gagged Tani. Talla looked at Maddy and grabbed Tani. Tani's scream was muffled under her gag* I have no use for her anymore. Because she brought you here. So unless you can stop me, *Talla drew her sword but it looked very different. It was shining blue* She will die. So go ahead. Show all of the villagers who you rallied what you really are! *Villagers began to collect all around them. Talla took her sword and began to carve a war scar on Tani's face. Tani began to scream in pain. And at that moment, Maddy snapped. Her eyes turned black and she charged towards Talla*

Mallory and Rose walked into the village. They stopped dead when they saw Talla and Maddy. They backed up so they were out of sight.

Luke is really injured, but sees all of the other villagers collect somewhere and then he sees it, the battle between Talla and Maddy. He starts to wonder why her eyes are black.

*Talla pushed Tani into the crowd and blocked the sword and her eyes turned black as well* People always get the massacre of that beach town wrong. There wasnt one with eyes of black there, there were two. *Talla brought her face closer to Maddy's* Sister.

*Maddy's eyes could show both rage and horror at this new revelation. Maddy yelled and began to barrage Talla with strikes of her sword but after each one Talla walked around Maddy, addressing the crowd.* Her real name Calista, the once great and powerful leader of the Cloaks. *Maddy turned and charged Talla. Talla's sword met Maddy's, but Talla kicked Maddy down causing her to drop her sword. Talla looked back at the crowd* Your leader massacred towns of innocents, all just for the fun of it. *Maddy got up and charged Talla again. This time, Talla spun out of the way, pushing Maddy into the crowd. Maddy got up and looked at Talla* FIGHT ME YOU COWARD!

Rose looked in horror at Maddy and Talla. She called out: "What is this? The leader of the cloaks?" Mallory had to stop Rose from flying at Talla.

Mallory shook her head no. "Stop it." she muttered at Rose. "She... she,...." she said. Suddenly, Rose yelled at the two fighting. "What are you talking about? LEADER OF THE CLOAKS????" she screamed, more out of anger then fear.

Luke is sitting on the dirt covered ground watching the battle. He gets up and leaves because he would be too weak too fight them off and they would be too strong even if he wasn’t injured.

The Cloaks have now stopped trying to climb the wall. They race away, trying to find a different way in. Blood pours out of small gashes on Dylan's face and arms, but other than that they both seem okay. Dylan points deeper into the town, everyone has gathered at one spot. "What's going on over there?" He asks.
"It's probably another trick. Let's follow the Cloaks and ensure that they stay out of the kingdom" she demands. They run along the wall, trying to follow the Cloaks pursuit.

The Cloaks gave up trying to advance through the forest as well. Sage and the villagers watch as they retreat. Both sides suffered great loses. She bows her head and shuts her eyes. Today was not a good day. Her and the villagers slowly walk back into the kingdom all looking physically and mentally drained

*Maddy and Talla's swords collided and caused a ear piercingly loud ringing. Talla kicked Maddy's leg, causing Maddy to lose her footing. Talla stood up and plunged her sword into Maddy's side. Tani let out a loud but muffled yell from the sideline. Maddy looked at the sword and her eyes followed it to Talla's hands. Maddy used all her strength and stabbed Talla right through her chest. Talla's eyes widened. She fell backwards taking both her sword and Maddy's sword with her. Maddy fell to the ground and clutched her side.*

*She began to her a quiet laughter coming from Talla. Maddy got up and walked towards Talla. Talla's laughter increased and she began to speak* Well played. You always were like that. *Maddy stood over Talla and pushed her sword deeper into Talla's chest.* Now, you die *Talla laughed and looked at Maddy* You fool, I will never die. People- *Talla began to cough in the middle of her sentences. But those coughs because laughs* People will always know, and fear, my name. So my body might die, but my memory will live on! *Talla began to laugh and Maddy pushed her sword through Talla's body and Talla stopped laughing. Maddy pulled her sword out and looked at Talla. Talla said her final words* I had strings but now I'm free *Talla stopped breathing. Maddy stood there for a moment, watching Talla's lifeless body like she expected it to jump up and kill them all. The Cloaks all dropped their weapons and knelt before Maddy. One yelled* All hail, The Black Eyed Queen!! *The rest of the Cloaks followed in a yell* HAIL THE BLACK EYED QUEEN!!!
