Rosalind saw blood coming from the sky. "IT'S RAINING BLOOD!" She went and hid underneath a large tree.

I'm trying to think of a good signature, so... Use your imagination.

*Talla smirked as she watched the arrows fly towards them* Fire *The Warmachines fired again, cutting the arrows to splinters. The shots from the warmachines landed in the town, destroying homes in the process* Begin the barrage, draw them out. *Talla's men began to reload the Warmachines.*

*Maddy looked over the wall and saw men working to reload the Warmachines.* Archers! Ready your weapons!

*Maddy pointed her sword towards the tree's.* Fire!! *Arrows flew from behind the wall and with the Warmachines reloading, the Cloaks were basically defenceless. Maddy turned towards Sage.* We cant stay here waiting for an attack, we need to charge them before we are all killed by there Warmachines!

*Talla watched as the arrows threatened her middle line and she shouted towards it.* Hold you ground, shields up! *Her line let out on loud "HMMPH" and raised their shields. Most of the arrows hit their shields, but some made it through, killing some men and injuring most others. She turned back to her Warmachines* Fire when ready! First Wave, prepare for your strike! *Her men began to bang their shields and weapons together in unison to scare the villagers.* Warmachines are ready to fire ma'am! *Talla's eyes turned black* Fire!! *The Warmachines fired another round*

She nods. "I agree" she raises her spear up in the air like a trophy. "Charge!" She screams. She leads the charge, running surprisingly fast for someone of her age. She stabs the first soilder with a furious scream.

Gwen races forward, she holds a dagger in her unhurt hand and loads an arrow as she runs. Her heart pounds, this wasn't looking good. She ignores the raining blood, that would be something she would have to address later

*Maddy jumped down from the wall running. She ran ahead of the pack with her sword in front of her.*

*Talla watched the villagers charge.* Send in the first wave *The man next to her blew his horn and the first 4 rows of soldiers charged the villagers. Talla watched with a smile*

*Maddy was the first to run into the first wave. She chopped soldiers down, two at a time. When the rest of the villagers collided with the soldiers, some villagers died and some soldier died. But one thing was for certain. The war had begun.*

Sage manages to deflect an attack. Guards next to her ensure that the elder isn't attacked. They stab each ad every person that dares get close. They copy an old Spartan strategy. Shields form around Sage and the two guards like a wall. An opening large enough for a weapon is visible. When they get close they snack their spears forward, killing the enemy.

Gwen manages to shoot a few enemies. She tries to shoot behind the first wave so that they'll have less to fight later

*Talla watched as the villagers fought back against her men. One of her men walked up behind her* Madam, shall we continue to barrage the city with our Warmachines? *Talla saw Maddy fighting three men at once* Yes, aim deeper into the city. If they have any civilians not fighting, that's where they would be. *Talla turned to him* You now have full control over our Warmachine units. *He nodded and turned to the operators of the warmachines* Adjust position to 57 degrees *The operators of the Warmachines began to adjust the positioning of there weapons* Fire! *The operators fired deep into the city.*

*Maddy watched as the shots went deep into the city. She continued to fight the Cloaks and looked towards Sage* Sage! We need to pull the people from the back of the city! *Maddy dodged one soldiers sword and flipped him to the ground. She plunged her sword into his neck*

Sage nods. She moves out from the shields, the guards follow her. Some of her army continues to Spartan strategy, without modern day guns, the defense was strong. They worked on cutting a path. Sage takes off towards the back of the village. She gathers any alive villagers and leads them away from the village. She tries to not notice the poor state of the village.

Gwen cuts forward until Maddy is in her sight. She keeps an eye on the girl, sensing a leadership role coming from the girl. Her eyes widen suddenly. She shoots an arrow at a soilder who had his bow pointed at Maddy. He dies immediately.

Luke suddenly comes from the forest, then comes running like he is running for his life, which he basically was, because there were so many people behind him ready to attack him. He gets through the walls and joins the forces of all of the people ready to fight.

*Maddy looked back at Gwen and Gwen nodded, indicating she had Maddy's back. Maddy nodded back and with the help of the villagers, they began to push the Cloaks back.*

*Talla saw this and smirked* Foolish villagers. Planting their false hope on the shoulders of one. Let's make the dominos topple. *She turned towards the man with the horn* Send in the the second wave and calvary. *Talla began to walk towards the middle of the line.* Take control, Sergeant. I'm going in with them. *He nodded and blew on his horn. 4 lines of 10 calvary men walked towards the front line. Talla got on her horse and drew her sword.* Dtench the land with their blood!! *The calvary cheered and charged into the battlefield.*

*Maddy looked up and saw calvary charging towards the field. She yelled for the villagers to take cover* Calvary!!! *She took a shield and covered herself with it but she was knocked back by a horse. The calvary rode through the field like a wave on a beach and soon, the villagers Spartan defence had fallen*

Gwen falls to the ground. A boy stands over her and covers the two of them with his shield. She gives him a curt nod, he may have just saved her life. Balin suddenly reappears. His might was still strong, regardless of the multiple wounds he carries. He flies down and knocks horses and soilders aside. The strength of his wings and body smacking into a person/horse is bone breaking. He tries to stay low to the ground as he flies towards the village, looking for Sage

Luke is running around the battlefield, blocking the soldiers from hurting him and blocking attacks for other people can finish them.

*Maddy watched as the calvary washed over the villagers and shouted orders at them* Fall back! Fall back to the village! *A calvarymen hit Maddy's shield with an axe and in response, Maddy ripped him off his horse and gutted him. She mounted the horse and protected the villagers retreat from the rear.*

*Talla killed all villagers in her sight as they retreated towards the city. She raised her sword in the air* ARCHERS!! *The Cloaked archers loaded their weapons. She turned her horse and pointed towards the retreating villagers* FIRE!!! *Arrows flew from the forest, killing some of the retreating villagers and some of her own men as well.*

*Tani watched the carnage from the wall. She saw Maddy protecting some villagers. She saw villagers get shot down by arrows in the fields and some just feet away from the protection of the wall. She saw one man get shot in the leg just before he could reach the bridge. She watched in horror as he begged for help, but villagers just ran past him. She drew the sword that Maddy gave her and ran down to save him*

Gwen and the boy stand. Retreating wouldn't be a safe option. They run backwards and shoot the Cloaked as they race backwards. "To your left!" The boy shouts as he shoots an arrow at a calvarymen. Gwen grabs the horses reigns and tries to calm the horse. She hops on it and offers the boy a hand. She rides the horse and he sits backwards, shooting at Cloaks as they take off

Sage and the villagers hide in the woods. She is out of breath now. She gives Balin a startled glance as Balin lands. "Balin?" She races over to him.
"Small human. I don't have a lot of time. My kind, we are finished" Balin speaks fast. His eyes wide and more animal like. "I have a special power, immortality. Expect I can choose to die if I so wanted. I can allow someone to finish me off. In return, they gain my power. I'm choosing you. End me now Sage, and your youth will be returned"

Luke listens to Maddy and retreats back to the village. He has a slash on his side, but he doesn’t want to have anyone know about it except the nurse. He goes to the nurse to see if he can still battle.
