Leila looked at the cat around her legs. She never had a cat before, her dad was severely allergic. She liked the feeling that a small creature liked her, or at least wanted to be around her. She smiled as she bent down to pet the small gray animal.

Wrapped in a warm embrace, the blunette stood there, unsure of what to do. He wasn't used to affections like these. "Oh, uh, thanks," Dias mumbled awkwardly. She told him to basically count on her except he doesn't want to be a huge bother to anyone. Oh well, do as he's told he must.

Leila giggled a bit, finding the cat quite cute. She felt as if everything was going to be ok, nothing would happen when she was with the cat.

The cat crawled on her shoulders and perched herself there.

Bloom climbed up the ladder and smiled when she saw Leila with Tiny. "Seems like she's quite attached to you."

Tiny jumped off of Leila's shoulders and nuzzled Bloom's legs still purring. "I see you hunnie." Bloom scratched Tiny's head, to which the contented cat went to her cat bed and curled up to sleep. Bloom looked to Leila. "The soup should be ready soon, do you need anything?"

"Ah well, we should probably head on back" Abigail points out, she rubs her arm, a bit uncomfortable by the silence. She leads the way back, and stops just below the treehouse where a small fire pit rests. "You go ahead and make yourself comfortable, I'll make something to eat" she orders. She bites the inside of her cheek, feeling like she should say more but knowing what else to say.

Title: The Killing Smile

*A man woke up, tied up, gagged, and hanging upside down. He looked next to himself and saw a his wife and 2 children, who were struggling to free themselves. He looked and saw a large crowd of people, holding weapons and face paint. He heard someone from the crowd* I warned you of what would happen if you tried to steal from us. *One person walked through the crowd. When she came into view, she was wearing face paint as well, but her's made her look like a clown without a smile. When she saw the man she smiled* But, I'm so glad you didn't listen, Johnson. *The man began to struggle as well. The girl turned and walked over to a table with weapons. She grabbed a old shaving razor and turned towards Johnson and his family. She began to skip towards them slowly, twittiling the knife in her hand as she did* How about a joke, Johnson? *The woman grabbed his face and lifted him up and he stopped struggling. She placed the knife in his mouth* What do you get, when you cross a clown with a knife? *The woman twisted the knife in his mouth. He began to scream in pain* You smile *The woman craved a smile in his face, causing his wife and children to shout. When she finished, she wiped the blood from the blade on her fingers and created a bloody smile, causing the crowd to shout triumphantly. She turned towards the family and did the same to them.*

(I don’t know why, but that reminds me of Jack the Killer...)

Leila could hear a crowd somewhere outside, seemingly far away. She wondered what it was, but began to worry. What if they were... evil or something? She tried to hide her worry with a smile, but her eyes said everything.

Brooks awakes, she hasn't even realized she fell asleep. Her back and neck are stiff from laying on the floor. She rubs her eyes and stands up, she grins, realizing that it's almost dusk. Soon she can make her move, she won't allow anyone to be close to her, not again at least..

Gris was on the way back with a bag full of roots and berries and young buck over her shoulders when she heard the crowd a distance away. She decided not to investigate but rather made a mental note about it and headed back to the house.

She looked out of a nearby window to see Gris with a buck on their shoulders and a bag. She sighed as she decided to roam the hallways, keep her mind off of the situation

Gris set the buck down outside near the wood's edge and dropped off the bag of berries and roots before disapearing with the buck in the woods again to skin/gut it.

Bloom picked up the bag of berries and hummed quietly to herself as she started orgainising them on the kitchen counter.
