Mara stopped eventually, but she turned her back to him as she remained in a ball. She got up and followed Gira, not meeting his eyes

Winter made sure the distortion was fused before he left. He found an empty room and sat down, snoozing lightly as he started to preen his feathers. they were all in a mess
