Create your own Event Distribution!

Have you always wanted to get your sprite as an official Event on PokéHeroes? Then it's your time to shine - read the full post below.

Prize:

You will have a chance of getting your event released in May!

Rules:

→ Your event must NOT have been published anywhere before. It has to be new and original for this contest.
→ You are NOT allowed to publish it anywhere during the contest and Event time.
→ The sprite has to be made by you. Means: No Art theft!
→ You must send it via PM to Riako, Mirej or Abby. If you post it here, it will be disqualified.
→ You may do an event that has no evo line, a full evo line or even a Mega version. However, note that huge Events (e.g. Spring Mareep Event) have to be really impressive so they're worth being released.
→ You may suggest a way to obtain*/evolve** your Event-Pokémon. However, this is optional and may be rejected; independently from your Event submission.

* example: "Collect 10 Ice Cream Cornets on Rumble Missions"
** example: Fill your Party with the Event Pokémon and 5 other Water Pokémon in order to make it evolve

Create your own Event Distribution with your own ideas.
For that, you should follow the form below and send it via PM to Riako, Mirej or Abby

Example with our previous Mime Event:
QuoteEvent name: Jolly Jr., Sad Jr. and Mr. Moody
Event description:
PokéDex Entries: For Jolly: A very happy clown who often can't stop laughing.
For Sad: A very depressed clown who often can't stop crying.
For Moody: Mr. Moody is a very capricious clown. On some days it is sad, on other it can't stop giggling.
Event sprites:
-Egg sprite

-Normal line

-Shiny line

(Optional) Evolution method: To get Mr. Moody, you will have to put in your party a Jolly Jr. and a Sad Jr. of the same gender and rise them to lvl 20.


The amount of accepted user-made Events depends on the quality & quantity of the submissions. We cannot release 3 huge Event Distributions like our previous Spring Mareep Event within one month - but we can obviously publish 3-4 minor Events in May.
We'll pick the best submissions and create an individual Event Distribution plan for May.

Yeah, I sometimes sprite, so I'll make an Event. I hope I can make a good one!

Sprite guide

Oops I am sorry I forgot to add that to the main post Riako. You may want to add it as guide for people who dont know about spriting but want to enter their ideas. Also there is in the fanmades a thread to help you out with your doubts. However do NOT even try to make me opinion on your event idea. I will just answer general questions or questions about sprites you are not going to enter.

i cant sprite but i can describe event name legasuas Golden rapidash with blue sparkling wings and blue eyes special feature legasuas can summon rayquaza when it is put on special rumble mission rayquaza automatically captured when shiny pink wings purple body emerald eyes rarity rare

Shaymin: You don't have to do only a Mega-event, but if you take a Pokemon with a Mega evolution as the base (like the Spring Mareep) you should add a Mega version then.

Thanks for such a quick answer. Also are legendary sprites okay? And is there a limit to how many event sprites we submit? (As long as they aren't like really bad sprites, but actually good ones)

Well, we'd prefer non-legendary (and non-Ditto) Events. Be aware that your chances are much lower when you submit a legendary Event - they would only be published if they were really awesome c:

And no, there is no limit set for your amount of submissions.

Just a small question... Since I cant sprite things(I've tried and failed >.<), can we do like, fused pokemon? Just asking before I actually submit it :p

Riako could better reply your question but -
Even thought events are usually half-scratched, or some things added, they are basically modifications and yes, some really nice fusions may look like an event. You know, slightly scratch-thing always adds something if it's properly done. But all in all I think properly done fusions may be good. As long as it's not something simple like Umbreon + Espeon, because that is far too simple to be an event. If you do a fusion, make it look brilliant c:
