I would try to entry, but sadly this is going to be a busy month of working for me and I don't even have time to work on my girlfriend's birthday gift. Funny note that the contest ends on my birthday. ;D Good luck and have fun whoever joins the contest~

well, maybe this could be an idea for future:

open a section here in the forum for ideas you asking for in this contest.
so we could spend some more time to learn how to sprite ;) and we could present our sprites whenever we want...

I'm still coming up with ideas, but I definitely hope to participate! ^^ This is so awesome!
Also, when the contest ends, I'm curious to see how many of the submissions are Ghost-type. XD

If the contest ends and the entry we submitted isn't released in May, are we free to use it as we please after then?
I'm asking because I've fallen in love with my first entry, and if it isn't chosen, I'd love to use it as a fakemon character without having to change anything. (And I may fall in love with future entries)

Yes, you're allowed to share rejected Sprites after this contest ended :)
However, if any of your submissions are accepted, you will be contacted with special copyright terms which include further information.

I am definitely entering this, just as soon as I finish the orders in my shop. Only problem being that my favorite pokemon has already been an event so I have to pick a different one... I'm not even sure if I have a second-favorite...
