Market's pretty unreliable (Placing Mewtwo at 95 PD.. Yeesh.) so I'd say take your chances with 5k-10k.

Since Mewtwos are kanto/johto-dex exclusives, they're locked out from those who haven't completed it, pretty much nullifying it's worth.

10 Dragon gems = 20k x 10 = 200k

Nuggets: 200k/1700 = ~1118 nuggets

It takes 10 Dragon gems (200k) plus 10 Fairy Gems (20k) so at least 220k to summon it. (maybe around 250-270k??? too much math)

Yet, that is not the price that it sells at. Summoning items (in this case gems) are worth more than the Pokemon they summon, so I would say around 50k to 100k would be a good price. however in auctions they can go much less, as pokemon in auctions usually do.

Yes, they used to be ~50k a while ago. Price dropped to ~20k (is it because of the galar map?? not sure)

It´s because you can get Dragon Gems from sending Plushies now. So even it´s random, they´re easier to get.

Shiny Gastly is worth around 15k PD. Since Rattata is not a pokemon that has a mega form, I would say no. Since its a rumble Pokemon, it would be worth even more, so no. Those two Pokemon are not equal in value.

Actually, its even lower than that. According to the current market insider, on Feb 10 the low was 2375 PD and the high was 14250, and the average is 4754 PD. But yeah, 15k at most.
