If you're talking about prices, shiny charizard is worth around 50k, according to market insider.

shiny banette is worth around 29k PD, (according to market insider) which is obviously less than 50k.

So no, shiny Banette is worth less than a shiny Charizard.

This is the estimated exchange price of Mega-able winter Ampharos in these days. (Price is in the chart at bottom right corner in PD)
But, its not accurate.
Add the mega stone amount in it and its the price of that.

There is no price on a brand new Pokemon - shiny or not. Until they have been around a while and trades begin will prices balance.

However, a shiny event can range from 300-500k as agreed between seller and buyer.

You can go check its rarity and then check the first page at the shiny pokemon section but given that it's hard,it fluctuates 200k-280k according to this
