For shiny mega/mega-able it's up to the breeder as the chance to get one is super slim. I've sold a Shiny mega for 10,000 nuggets, but it all depends on if the person actually wants to sell.

So i hatched a Phione and was really surprised! I checked the prices and maybe i'm wrong, but is a Phione really only worth 1k PD?

You can fish them up and hatch them, which is probably one reason, if not the only, that they're so inexpensive.

considering the fact that only 1 shiny Shaymin exists and its super limited in availability... it's virtually invaluable until it's given an easier, more consistent way of being obtained and maybe even hunted, if Riako ever decides to give us that.

SC Tokens arent hard to get if you click well enough, doing a good SC run of at least 3 slots hitting at least 3,500 interactions you'd be able to purchase an egg, so I couldnt see it being worth a great deal, about 200k or so I imagine. Any more would be extortion or trying to play it off as being worth more than it is because of how it used to be 2.5-3million because of the horrific RNG raffle system of the SCEs
