Hello all!
I will be cutting straight to the chase, just so I won't hold up anyone time o/!
This is possibly the final Eilimitura art contest I'll do! Possibly, as I am somewhat close to reaching my goal!

Rules

When inputting information onto the form, please do so properly. Placeholders are allowed, as long as you make it clear somewhere within the form.
Warning: Due to past art contests, where people would leave a blank placeholder throughout the entirety of the contest, I would have no choice but to ban people from future art contests. This is only if you chose to not bother to complete your entry. Only way I can excuse this, is if you properly communicate with me of why you could no longer work on your entry. However, it will have to be discussed BEFORE the contest ends, not after.

Do not trace, recolor, use a base, or steal another person artwork. It needs to be 100% drawn by you. If not, you'll immediately be disqualified and will NOT be allowed to participate in any of my future art contest.

You are allow to enter as much as you please. But you must contain all of your artwork into one post. It is easier to keep track of your entries.

Both digital and traditional art is acceptable.
However... While I do allow traditional art, you will need to either scan the artwork or make sure the picture can be crystal clear and easy to see. Artworks that taken in poor quality, dark, impossible to see, or even blurry, will not be accepted as a proper entry. I make no exceptions, as I really do need to be able to see both the design and its colors in clear quality.

The password is your favorite Pokemon type.

You cannot create an (pre-)evolution design, where it'll only look like a smaller / bigger version of the original, with very minimal to zero additions ( Or changes ). They won't be qualified as an entry, as it changes nothing to the design.
You can keep the design, but only if they look kinda different or there are plans to change the colors / do some alterations to the design ^^.

You will receive 20k PD as participation entry.
However, you can only receive such currency after some form of artwork has been posted.

There will only be three winners!
If your art piece didn't win, then you are free to keep the design, gift it to a friend, sell it off, whatever you please! However... If you lost but I still hold interest towards your design, then there is a chance that I may be willing to purchase it. Either with PD, Nuggets, or even shinies!
But please keep in mind of the previous rule. If the design looks far too similar to the original, you cannot make a sale, nor trade off the design. It is best to state that the character is an Eilimitura and who made said species, as I prefer to be credited for the creature ( Not being drawn. Moreso where Eilimitura came from ).

Note that, by entering, you're allowing me to use your design in a game I plan to make. However, this allowance only works on an entry that either won or got purchased by me.
And yes, you will be credited both in and out of the game, just so people know who created the character.

No extensions. ( I know that extending the deadline is HIGHLY annoying to others and is greatly unfair to those that is waiting for the contest to end. So I can't do it. At least, something I won't be doing anymore. )

Note that there is two Eilimitura who is missing a middle branch to connect them. Specifically:
- Second stage evolution that is similar between Yianca and Aerisyin

- A second stage evolution that is similar between Sulidia and Crynertia
If you are going to pick either of these, just note that they are part of the evolution tree already. Just missing the middle evolutions!

Variations are in no way just different colors. They vary from body alterations to even changing their element! If you wish to have a better grasp of what variations can be, then here is a drawn example:

Keep note: Most Eilimitura have a multi-branch evolution. So if you see one that has a complete evolution stage, just know that it has the capability of evolving into something else ( Like how Wurmple can evolve into either a Silicoon or Cascoon. Or how Terriermon can evolve into a Gargomon, Gatomon, or Unimon. These are just examples to help give an idea of what I'm trying to say ;u; ). It's basically like the Digivolution tree but to a lesser scale

Note: People who had won, from top to bottom ( In order ), can pick the shiny they want. Say that first place picks Hoopa, Flabebe, and Regigigas. Anyone else will not be able to pick those shinies.

I am offering PD, shinies, characters on here / here / here ( Not the Cosmic Fox nor Ninetales ).

Just let me know the style of art ( Fullbody, halfbody, headshot, ect ) you wanna do and what you'd like in return qwq. Also include examples, if I haven't seen your art before qwq. Oh and please let me know the value of your art!

( I will be copying and pasting [ With additions to explain a bit more in detail ] my post to here, as I genuinely need an answer. I was told to try the help / complaint thread. I am kinda hoping for answers from multiple mods. Heck, even hoping to get an insight from the admin. Just want something that is firm and clear )

Ok, so I need an answer because apparently I am seeing two different views from moderators about this.
Is having a warning / banned list ( Without a reason added ) IS or ISN'T against the rules?

Because my list was considered "naming and shaming", all the while a mod chose to remove my entire lists ( Note that, at the time of the report, I didn't have reasons added to the warning / ban. Those were removed by me [ Thanks to a friend giving me insight and rethink the decision. Edit to add: Had my reasons in the list since 2019. Had no one told me otherwise until a friend informed me, 2021. I removed the reasons myself. No mod removed it. 11-12 days since the reasons has been removed. Only the names remained. Soon after Mod A and Mod B had informed me that my list is "naming and shaming" ] far before a mod had contacted me. Meaning that I was warned during the time where there was no reasons visible into my warning / banned list ).
And yet, I see a thread where a different mod answered a user's question where they've stated that yes, having a warning / banned list is allowed ( Again, without reasons added ).

So answer me this: Is warning / banned lists considered "naming and shaming" or no, they are breaking no rules and are allowed?

And yes, I am a little peeved about this. It truly shows two different views, from two different moderators. Which feels like this hasn't been discussed much, as clearly seeing two opposite answers.

I was gonna accept the warning with some form of diginity and would of drop it.
But after knowing about there being two different answers about the matter, I now feel peeved and unjust. I just want a firm answer.

- This thread states that yes, warning / banned lists are allowed ( As long as reasons aren't showed )

- Quoting what I was told, which shows that warning / banned lists aren't allowed ( I will not state as to who told me this. I am simply quoting ):
"I would like to inform you that we will remove your Warning/Ban List from that thread due to breaking the naming and shaming rule"
"Hello! This is an unofficial warning letting you know that breaking the rules here is not tolerated, and you have been reported to have broken rule 1.1.1 "Avoid naming and shaming. If a user misbehaves, do not post public feeds or do anything else that attracts unnecessary attention." You broke this rule by having a public warn and ban list on a forum thread of yours, here."
