I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten this, but the doors are black? It also says I have opened none. Is this normal? I'm a new player so I'm not sure if it is.

after the day of the task, the door turns black regardless of whether or not you completed and claimed it. to claim/open your door, you have to complete the task, then go back on the same day to click the door and "confirm" your task completion to claim your reward! your door only counts as completed when you claim the reward. your reward can only be completed on that day of the door. you cannot open the door for the previous days after reset.

For today, you would click on the door with a "4" on it (as it is the 4th of December). Then a pop-up will show, giving you the task for today. After completing the task, make sure to 'open' that door again to receive your reward and mark the door as completed.

Title: Door 5

It appears door five is stuck. It won't let me claim the reward despite completing the task. Others have had the same happen to them.

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
