Also you have to be at Trainerlevel 5 or higher to unlock the "Event Distribution"-page. But every interaction you make until then already counts for the requirement, that bassfishing already mentioned.

Not to sound mean, but wouldn't a Pooh Bear Pokemon make a little more sense than Eeyore? I still love it though.

lol i placed honey on the tree and i come back 5 minutes later to see a slowyore i caught it easy (1 pokeball) is that how many pokeballs it takes to catch it?

@fastrun25: I think it is randomized, like in the real games, 'coz I caught mine using 2 Pokéballs.. :P
