Rosewater Cookie barely took notice of the return of the newcomer cookie. Her eyes were locked on the carnage of Teahaven. Her heart hurt... So much... Unbeknownst to her, her right pigtail started to change, staring at the end, from frosting into rosewater, holding the shape of hair yet gaining fluidity.

Black Lily Cookie sighed gently. Thanks to one of the cookies, the pandemonium was stopped. The Cake Hounds slept and the fires were put out. Spotting the Cookie who had done this start falling to the ground, Black Lily quickly caught the Cookie, making sure they didn't get hurt on their descent.
Merin silently let out a panicked gasp as he faced the melting girl. Why was this happening? Did she contract a dangerous disease? Never has he seen anything like this within the Vanilla Kingdom!
"..H-hey, are you alright Miss?" Merin accidently stumbled upon the beginning of his words as he whispered out of genuine concern for the young lady.

Lottie was saved by Black Lily Cookie. Still unconscious, her body began to heal. Her spell had worked, but at what cost? Her body wasn't strong enough to withstand the withdrawals of her spell. She needed a healing flower, and fast.

Acaii stumbled inside the cottage. She wasn't sure what to think of that story, and especially Ruby's response. Ruby Moonlight Cookie...it sounded an awful lot like Ruby Chocolate Cookie. And how did he know that Mona had light powers? She'd seen him simply make things melt into darkness. Could he be...? Could those two be the Sun and Moon cookies?
Watching them walk into the cottage together, side by side, it was as if she could see the Sun and Moon cookies there, in their stead. Suddenly it became clear. Those two were destined to be together. Those two had some connection to Ruby Moonlight Cookie and Sapphire Sun Cookie. Those two... were the main characters. She was just a reader of their story.
But... She had been blessed by fate to be there. She had the opportunity of guiding the two in the right direction. She was there for a reason. Even if she was just a sidekick...she was still a character.
Ace gazed into the forest beside them. She felt like...like she belonged there. Not here, in the presence of cookies who were destined for greatness. She had her chance.
A tear dropped from her eye, as she recalled Silviary...
She could have written her story, or stayed to fight. She had unwillingly ended her tale. But here she was, watching a more important one unfold.

She slowed her breathing, concentrating on the thrum of the world around her. She could feel the prickles of the grass on her legs, the soft breeze on her shoulders. The color phasing through her felt like wisps of heat, particles of matter drifting through her form.
The story of the sun and moon that Mona had told them drifted through her mind. Even though she knew how it went, she had almost cried at the end. It wasn't fair. They deserved to be together.
But she had forgotten a part. Dee wasn't sure if it was a deliberate oversight, or if the Teahaven version was different, but Mona hasn't told the story of the windy star.
It was said that on that fateful day when the sun and moon died, that their blood trickled down to earth, anointing the ground with life and flowers. The cosmos shook, and the oceans raged. And the wind blew strong enough to knock a single star from the sky. No one knew where the star had fallen.
But it was Dee's life mission to find that star.

Cami, meanwhile, was busy chasing others to bed, using her staff to push open the crescent glyph door. “You heard Mona. Go on now, to bed with you all.” Pulling out a bottle, she heads over to her cauldron, now bubbling with colorful sparks, dipping her hand inside to pull out a glistening silver liquid shining like the moon. She thought for a moment, before going outside to her garden, where Ruby was, and sprinkling her flowers with said substance. She silently went back in without a word, and asked Mona if Ruby was alright.

"Hey, Little Roo. How are you doing?" She wanted to check in on him. He had had a strange reaction to Mona's story earlier, and she wasn't sure if it was a strange-good, or strange-bad.

Meanwhile, Coca leapt up to the roof of Cami’s house, snuggling down in the nest atop the cottage, snoozing in her dragon form. It was a wonder how Cami’s roof didn’t collapse, but then again, it was a miracle how Cami’s house even functioned in the first place.
She stared at the moon- or what was left of it before it was hidden behind the clouds. Soft pattering of rain began, and the last thing she thought before she fell asleep was that she hoped the other cookies had gotten inside by now.

"It's times like these in which we really realize how small and insignificant we are. Those specks of light in the night sky are bigger and brighter than we could ever be." She trailed off, a smile full of wonder on her face.
"Yet it is also at times like this that we realize our enemies and obstacles are also tiny and insignificant." She sighed. "Also, you should never take me seriously. I am told that I... I'm not the easiest person to get along with in this world. If I offend you ever, it's not my intention. I just... You know. Well, enough on that."
She sat in silence for a moment, listening to the rain patter on the treetops, playing with fire.
"So Mona seems nice. What were you doing at her cottage?"
