New updates and future plans
On July 1st, 2013, PokéHeroes was officially released to the worldwide web! Or in other words: More than 280,000 members ago, more than 9 Billion interactions ago, 294 news posts ago, more than 41 Million adopted Pokémon ago... It all began on Monday, July 1st.
What an exciting journey it has been so far! The game that originally started as a simple "adopt, hatch and train" game evolved into a multi facetted community-centred browsergame with dozens of quests, side-stories, lores, recurring events, contests, memes, and more! Back in 'ye older days when shiny hunting wasn't a thing yet, interacting first required you to do two clicks, then a click and the "N"-key, and later only one click; back in 'ye older days, when the Daycare Owner didn't have a face yet and was later branded by the community in a drawing contest; back in 'ye older days, when there was no wiki!
So much has changed, so much has evolved. And all of that because of your amazing and dedicated staff and our loyal members whom some of which have been with us for just as long.
"Yoo, 'sup lads! Keshi's the name. Pretty funky town you've got going here. Bunch'a boomers here 'n there, sure, but like—great venues and all. Got gamblin', alright, got nice beach, got like cute plushies 'n stuff. Totes down for all that! Kappa.
Anyway. Know of any music stores in town? But like, not like these modern shoops an' all. I'm more like into old stuff, y'know? Like the Volbeatles. Or NidoQueen. ... Ah, anyway, you don't look like you've got the groove! But if you do - and if by any chance you find some hot 'nyls I could listen to - then do meet me at the Ancient Cave! Sound's much better in there, with lots'a echo. Trust me!"
This new permanently available quest can be started at the Ancient Cave when the following criteria are met:
- You must own at least one "Old Vinyl"
- You must own a "Good Rod"
- You must own a "Shadow Radar" (Can be purchased from the shop after reaching Trainerlevel 20)
The Quest can be repeated as often as you'd like. One Old Vinyl is consumed in every repetition.
New Event Distribution
The Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei and Suicune) can now be obtained in their Retro form from an exclusive anniversary Event Distribution!
Retro Raikou is available from July 1st to July 14th, 2023.
Retro Entei will be available from July 15th to July 28th, 2023.
Retro Suicune will be available from July 29th to August 11th, 2023.
Just like all other Retro Pokémon, these three have an extremely high shiny chance - 1 in 50, to be more specific. Good luck!
With a 10-year anniversary special!

When you buy at least 1 Mew Plushie, you will be able to obtain a regular (potentially shiny) Mew egg.

The new main legends from Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet will soon be coming to Emera Town in a new quest! In this new storyline, you will be given the choice between exploring the past and exploring the future. Choose wisely! Your decision will determine future opportunities on PokéHeroes for you.
The first part of the quest will require Trainerlevel 35 or higher.
The second part of the quest (which gives you the option to explore/complete the other choice you didn't take in the first part) requires Trainerlevel 50 or higher.

A quote from Raistlin Majere.
But I have a question, where are the Mew plushies?
