Ellie glanced around the room with wide eyes. "Holy Arceus. . ."
"Ai wen-mee. . ." Bella slowly walked over to a medium-sized box. "Boxie!" Coraline chuckled when Bella put the box over her head.
(interaction time!)
Lesia rubbed the tears out of her eyes and made her way inside, quite surprised at how nice it was. It was almost enough to make her forget the terrible fate she had. “Holy Arceus...” she heard to her left, being the first thing she had paid attention to other than the words her parents gave her. “I know right...”
She was tempted to throw away the box, but something was stopping her. She curses to herself and opens up the box, peering at it's content curiously. It was a necklace, made out of a cheap copper chain, with an engraved piece of cooper that was painted silver. The engraving depicted a lioness. She should just throw it away, it was worthless. But again, something stopped her. How would this protect her? She shakes her head again, and decides to wear the necklace. She'll humor Milo... For now.
Weeks have past since the two have fought. Katana was starting to see less and less of Milo- he was spending more time with father than her. Not that she cared. Afterall, he was next in line to work at the business. She was proud of him. She was on her way to her room when she overhead a discussion coming from Milo's room. She pauses by the door and peers through the gap.
"It's time Milo. You know what you have to do to truly prove your strength" her father growls.
"No, I won't do that! You know I won't! I have already proven my strength and worth, let Katana be!" Milo argues.
"Don't you dare defy my orders!" There is a flash of red and Katana fearfully leaps away from the door. She had never seen father use his powers before! She winces when her shoulders slam into the wall, creating a loud ruckus. "What was that!?" Her father shouts.
"N-nothing" Milo replies between clenches teeth. "I'll c-check." Footsteps approach the door, making Katana stiffen. Milo opens the door wide enough to see her, his eyes widening when he spots her. Ever so carefully he shakes his head and mouths "run." But Katana is rooted in place. His cheek was bruised and he was obviously limping. Only from one attack! Was father really that powerful? That he could cause this much damage to someone as skillful as Milo?
"Milo!" Her father shouts.
"It's nothing!" Milo lies. "Nobody is there!" He assures father as he shuts the door.
Katana's eyes widen at the memory. She finds herself clenching the cooper piece, her heart was pounding like crazy. She finds herself asking the same thing she had asked when she was a kid. What had happened?
Lesia just ignored Katana’s rude remark and glanced over at what Ellie was doing. “It just makes me wonder how much they spend on this stuff...”
Suddenly, it's almost as if she was released from the trance. Katana pales when she realizes what she has done. "I'm- I-" her words vanish when Cream pounces at Katana. Who smartly raises a hand to cover her face. The Evee swipes and bites Katana's hand and arm. She manages to wrestle the animal off of her and back a safe distance away. For a moment, there is silence. Until Katana brushes past Ellie and quickly moves onto the next room.
...
Charlie, who was lazily stretched across one of the chairs, quietly watches the whole scene. Her face is unreadable, but it's clear that she was carefully watching everything.
"I've heard they have endless cash up there, do you think it's true?" Ellie asked Lesia with a slightly raised brow. The sudden outburst fro Katana took Ellie off guard as she received a smack across the face. Cream reacted instantly, pouncing from the ground onto her trainer's assailant's waist managing to land a bite on her arm. Ellie suddenly got up and pried the Eevee off, slightly scolding the Pokemon for attacking even though it was for defense.
“What the...!” Was all the shocked Lesia managed to say before the foreign fox-like animal jumped onto Katana and her running away. She wasn’t sure why Ellie had it, but all she cared about at the moment was that Katana was gone. But after a few moments, her words sunk in like a slow dagger to the stomach. That... didn’t sound right... She shouldn’t have said anything like that... Was there something going on with her? Back in the building she had noticed conflict between her and her guest... And the way she acted... Why did she say she was sorry? Why would she be sorry for something that was seemingly in line with her character? Her smile faded as she realized that maybe what she said back at the reaping was unnecessary, even if she was being a jerk.
Ellie wanted to go after Katana, a part of her nagged at her that Katana wasn't fully there when she snapped, but seeing her already upset decided to wait until she cooled off some.
Rita was instead the one to calm the disheveled Katana, ushering her over to a different chair, and wrapped up the bite mark from the Eevee. Rita never even bothered to ask what had happened nor did she seem to care, she was only acting upon instinct.
Onto the train, he gapes at the richities and the luxuries frolicked around. He wonders how rich the organisers really were if they had money to spend on diamond chandeliers merely on a train made to carry them to their places of certain death. He hears all the commotion, but he wasn't ready for it. Not yet. He goes and sits in an empty table at least two rows after anyone else was. He wanted to talk to people, he needed to talk to people, but he realised how great of a conversation really can happen between certain enemies. He had to either kill, or die by the hands of one of them. He just poked a fork into his cheese burger, trying to banishing all ill thoughts. He didn't really have any friends, except the ones who you call friends but are actually only classmates, even though he wasn't on the bad side of anyone. He thought of releasing Flare from his bounds, wanting to have some companion for the journey, but looking at the soft cusions, he thought it won't take long for Flare to light it all up. He just sat there, alone, nothing to do. He didn't even have a book or any other stuff he would actually do in his free time. He just continued to eat onto his burger, as being vegitarian, he won't touch the steak or other stuff.
...
Charlie glances over at Suvansh, quickly growing bored of the silence that filled this portion of the train now that the chaos was over. She was supposed to be the quiet one! She watches Suvanish for a moment, feeling pity towards the boy. He was an outsider, just like her.
She had a job to do. She had no room for pity. But she was unable to fight the urge to "talk" to the boy. She stands up and moves closer to him in the hopes that he'll notice her. She didn't intend to speak to him, but perhaps her presence would make him feel more at ease. If he notices her she'll simply give him a curt nod. That's enough human interaction to calm a person right?

I don’t know what to do with lesia lmao
Her instincts cautioned her to hold her tongue. She had to remind herself why she was here. Biting the inside of her cheek, she quickly thinks of a plan that'll aid them both.
She lowers her head to the pokeball, quickly recognizing it, but faking confusion. Maybe she could get him to talk about whatever pokemon was inside. That would make this interaction less awkward.
