She holds back a sob, lowering a hand delicately to her mouth and putting her other hand on Echo's shoulders. "Snap out of it. I need the real Echo back, the intelligent sarcastic one. Echo, come back to us." Charlie tells her calmly, despite her heartbreak.
Then Ellie knelt next to Rita her eyes had a slightly glossy look to them as she gently rested her hand on Coraline's wound. This started to give off a faint reddish glow and heal. It would appear that Ellie's powers were developing and quickly. The wound started to patch up, whatever internal damage had happed was reversed and eventually fixed, saving Coraline's life. When Coraline was healed she hadn't woken up, probably stuck in a sort of coma, but at least she was alive, the steady heartbeat confirming this.
Lucky had watched the whole thing gone down and this was the last straw. Her poor baby sister. Lucky turned to a handful of Inklings and Octolings with Splatrollers and nodded. It was time.
Chelsea nodded, then smiled a little smile. "At least you're here, though. That's what's important. I can go out hunting every now and then if we run out of food. And the water down there," she nodded towards the small hole in the floor nearby, "is clean enough to drink. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but it doesn't seem to run out."

Chelsea shrugged. "I think we'll be able to take care of whatever comes our way. If they want excitement, they can look for that one large boy.. Did you see him? He was massive! Like an ox decided to stand on two legs." She sighed, then laid back and stretched out on the tiles, groaning a little as her back popped a bit. "As long as we stay quiet enough, we'll probably be fine. If anybody tries to come in, though... Well, the aftermath might draw some attention."

Jacovin was sitting quietly, the torch now extinguished at his feet. His right hand was held in front of his face, opening and closing slowly. He didn't seem to notice Rui, even when her feet scuffed on the stone of the tunnel. Liali sat by his side, whining quietly.

"I thought it might be like this. I'd enter the arena and lose one thing after the other. What's your name?" He didn't turn his head, but the question was clearly directed towards Rui. Liali whined again, only finding a little comfort in Jacovin's resting his hand on her head. Still, Jacovin didn't turn his head, even to look at Liali. He remained dead silent after asking the question, only waiting for an answer.
