I usually sleep 7-8 hours, but I might get an extra hour or so depending on how well I slept.
I don't sleep too well most nights though :( and I'm on a really weird sleep schedule for my timezone haha.

Normally around 7-8 hours, on weekends its more. Sometimes I will wake up in the middle of the night too.
